Of course, this is not working to see. Here we go. So we got the election coming up soon and today I just wanted to talk a little bit about health. It's going to be a little bit more rambly because sometimes you don't have much to say. But I think we can still talk about things in the context of the big news that's happening this week. So I'm Shawn Butter. This is start your day with a high performance coach where we help you live a life with more joy, personal growth and impact in your communities and so that you can live the life that you really want. So I'm just really, you know, I think like everyone here, especially in the states, focused on what's going to happen tomorrow at the election and I don't want to get too much into the politics of it, but I think whatever happens, there's probably going to be a lot of anxiety today. So the one thing I did want to share is I've been using a app called Future Fit which is basically a personal trainer from home. So in order to manage anxiety, you know, sometimes you need to work out. And that's been something that I've found out in my life overall. When I moved to Arkansas years ago for my first gig after college, it was marathon training that helped me kind of manage the stress of new work environment, student debt, all that kind of stuff. And I can't say anything bad about Future Fit. It's really awesome to have someone that's to support you, to make adjustments if you hurt yourself or to just keep you on your on track with your goals. So shout out to those guys and you know, what are you guys doing for self care, you know, what are you going to do this week assuming that you're in the States again to help managing anxiety or the stress or the circus that I think we'll have tomorrow, you know, so like I said, working out is one of those things I think, you know, just kind of having the intention to not get caught up in the drama. Like it's going to be important. You're going to find out how things land one way or the other. You don't need to be glued on to any type of news or whatever. So I know me and my wife are going to plan on watching movies and then checking in on what's going on in the election. So we create that space in between. So comment below with anything that you would do for stress management since I think that would be pretty awesome for the group other than, I guess working out or watching movies. There's tons and tons of different ways, but I just seem a little bit rambly today, so there we go. All right, I'll make it short and quick, guys. See you tomorrow. I guess, for pre election, just shout out and we'll compile what you guys say about how to manage stress so you could share it with everyone. Okay. All right, take care, guys.
