I recognize that over my lifetime I as an athlete, as just a person in the world, I began to do things over a course of time that would create a sense of grounding, a sense of purpose, a sense of intention and things, things that were collectively like I would start noticing that we're in like in the collective conscience right of, of people and how they would, how they were going about preparing for things, creating intention or mantra for an activity or for performance, for a competition of sorts and then things that they would do afterwards to be able to like reground themselves in the present experience. And so for me ritual is really a set of things that you do or I do that help really ground. For me it's about grounding into the heart space and in that sense of love because in that space of love I think like anything and everything is possible and is also where healing is. That's where healing lives as well.
