#SYDWAC - Let’s Celebrate!

Sean Buttner urges you to celebrate every win, no matter how small, because sharing progress builds momentum and keeps you from getting complacent. He names community members like Christopher White, Dave, Josh, and Ashley as examples, then asks you to post your own wins or struggles in the comments so others can cheer you on.

The coach, the show where that helps you have a great day with concepts from high performance, personal development and insights to increase your productivity and live better. And today I'm really excited to be talking about how we can celebrate together because, you know, I'm highlighting the community. I've not really done the best job with this in the past, but you know, I just want to celebrate you. If you've decided to make a big change in your life, that something needed to change, need to transform your career, you need it to, you know, build better relationships, transform your health, just feel better every day and focus on your well being. And you made that choice and you're out there trying to figure out how to get to that next level. You know, if you've been doing the work, toiling, sweating, crying, you know, hitting challenges along the way as you go forward and just keep at it, you know, you guys are doing great. If you know you're hitting challenges, you're learning and growing. If you've reached your big goals and you're trying to figure out what's next, that's awesome. Good job. And there are so many reasons to celebrate each stage of a high performance life cycle in a community like this. Like, each of you should feel a sense of pride for being on the growth journey because it's special. You know, so many people stop learning, stop progressing after school or they get a little bit of success and they get complacent and there's nothing wrong with that. But you can't live into your full potential and build the great life that you want for yourself in comfort and complacency. Right? So folks also really tend to, to forget to celebrate the wins of every significance along the way. So if we never share our wins, we're never able to reflect and feel our forward progress, feel the momentum, feel all the great things that we're putting out in the world and it almost can feel like we don't care about our successes. So let's change that today. No matter where you're out, that's celebrate where you're at. So if you've just made the decision to have a huge change in your life, to chase a big ambition, great job. If you've made that decision and you're doing the work right now, keep going then share that below this video. If you've hit challenges and struggles and you're trying to learn and figure out how to progress again, keep going and let us know below. And if you've achieved your success, level of success or, or any level of success, and you want to incorporate it more, and you're trying to figure out the next steps that celebrate you. Put that down in the comments below, too, so let us know what you're celebrating so we can all cheer you on. Right? So if you see someone in the comments below, say, hey, I just ran my first marathon. Like, good job, man. You know, give them some love, give them some excitement, give them some energy, because that's what this community is all about. And just, you know, I guess to sum this up, folks, you know, sharing success is caring success. So we want to be on this journey together. We want to have comrades at arms. We want people that'll help us when we're struggling, that'll encourage us when things are going great, will inspire us to be our best. And, you know, that's the inspiration I get from each of you. For people like Christopher White who comment a lot on the videos, or Dave on Instagram and all like Josh, there's so many other folks. Ashley is consistently engaging in the community, and I'm very grateful for you guys and I'm cheering you on. So that is what we're talking about today. Tomorrow we have Ask a Coach a Question. So if you have any questions on high performance personal development, you're stuck on something you need to figure out. How do I get unstuck? Just ask a question below this video or direct message me and we'll address that in tomorrow's Ask a Coach session. Okay, guys, I'm so grateful that you're here. Keep striving, keep growing, keep, you know, internalizing all the great work you're doing because I see you, your family sees you, the people that you work with, your community sees you. And we need more of your good out in the world. So I just want to recognize that and see you guys tomorrow with Ask a Coach a Question. Sean Butner saying, live with more joy, personal growth and impact in your community.
