Sa. Sa. Foreign. Good morning everyone. Welcome to start your day. Great. Start your day with the coach. I am your certified high performance coach, Sean Butner. And today we're talking it's motivation Monday guys. So sorry, technology distracting me. So this week we're going to be, you know, practicing our weekly, you know, getting excited for the week practice on Mondays. Here we talk about what's exciting, what we're looking forward to, what's a struggle we might have that we should overcome and just kind of come together as a community to cheer each other on, to help problem solve. If you're struggling with, you know, getting motivated for the week, let us know in the comments below. And please do the social media thing to like share, subscribe and of course if you have a question, comment below and I'll try to catch it on stream. Otherwise I'll check it out when afterwards and get back to you shortly after we conclude. So, okay, Monday is essentially the habit that I suggest with my clients that I practice myself is to think about, number one, what is something you are excited or looking forward to in the week. And this week I have a lot of meetings with some peers on just business stuff. So I'm really excited about that. I am going up and seeing a concert with my wife on Thursday evening with one of our favorite bands, the ocs. So that's going to be pretty awesome. So we're pretty stoked about that. Let's see what else we got going on. Got some work things making some good progress on, you know, putting stuff out online, making content, that kind of stuff. So pretty exciting, you know, for me and again for you, like if you would below, wherever you're watching this video, what is something exciting or something that you're looking forward to this week, right? Something that really, really, you know, gets your mind in psychology. Like, okay, no matter what happens, that'll be good. I will be happy for it. So that's the first thing. Second thing that is what is something you think you're going to struggle with this week? And then the follow up question is what can you do to mitigate it? Now for me it's been been messing around with some of my work processes and so I know that I'm still not where I want to be with my productivity and effectiveness, you know, still, you know, always a student, always learning, always tweaking, always trying to get ahead. So for me it's I have some stuff I need to get done by Wednesday. It's kind of arbitrary, it doesn't actually need to be done but maybe that's part of the problem, talking out loud. So, yeah, you know, so don't be so tough on if things don't work because I know that I am just tweaking things and it'll either work better or not, and then I'll know and just keep trucking along on that. So what can I do to get around it, you know, always, you know, again, connecting with, you know, what's happening later this week? Well, it's kind of the reward for getting stuff done on Wednesday. But I, you know, the, the blogs and whatnot that I'm hoping for just in my situation. But outside of that, you know, it's just keeping a log, you know, keep on reminding myself that you want to be in a learning mindset. Right? It's one thing to try something and fail. And some of the best advice I ever got in my career was when I worked at Walmart and my manager was like, hey, it's okay to make mistakes as long as you're not making the same mistake over and over and over. So as long as I keep trying new things, different things, I think I'll be in safe territory with that phrase. So again, what, what is something maybe that you're struggling with, that you need help with, that you know, what you need to do to get around it if it happens. So it's not as a shakeup in your week or day coming up this week. So that's, you know, the basic questions here for motivation. Monday, again, you start with two. Ask yourself this every day. If you're really looking to be, you know, I want to say overachieving, but if you really want to maximize the power of it, I like to do like a bigger, deeper one on Mondays. I'm going more like just what I was sharing with you guys today so that, you know, just kind of get a good feel for the week. So. All right. On top of that, guys, I've been doing a series on what I call high performance introverts, or you know, those quiet leaders that tend to get things done behind the scenes. Very detailed, oriented, but don't like a lot of attention. And, you know, sometimes you struggle with the environment, with open floor plans, with people walking up and interrupting you. Sometimes as an introverted leader, you struggle with that self promotion so that you get promoted, right? You'd rather just focus on the task at hand, do good work. And sometimes if you're not showing people or telling people like, hey, look at what I did, look at why this is awesome. You don't get promoted in that organization and other types of problems like that. But if you're that introverted leader and you're trying to take your career, relationships, health or well being to the next level, I have a webinar for you on demand webinar. If you look below this video or go to my link in my bio, you'll see the six secrets of high performing introverts, which are six secrets that anyone can use to increase their leadership, to be more effective, be more productive to, you know, find more joy throughout the day, have more personal growth and impact in their organizations and communities. It's something that I absolutely love doing. And you know, if you go to that link either below this video or on the links in my bio, the link in my bio to links, it's kind of meta. That's funny. If you go there, enter in your name and your email, then you'll get access to the free video training. It's just as simple as that. So I hope you go and check that out if that's you. If not, have a great week. I hope you have something you're excited for that you're looking forward to. And I will see you guys on Wednesday on the next show. Okay, Sean Butner signing off. Take care, folks. See you then. Take care.
