Sa. Sa. Sam. Hey, good morning, everyone. Welcome to start your day. Great. Start your day with a coach. I am your certified high performance coach, Sean Buttner. And today we're talking about Monday motivation. Right? What do you guys got going on this week that's exciting, that's fun, that's coming up. I'll share a little bit of what's going on on my side and yeah, we'll go from there. So, you know, usually on Mondays, we start with Monday motivation because, you know, from my experience and high performance, we know that you want to start the week with excitement. You want to start the week looking forward to something. And so this is just a reminder for everyone to do that. Right? So, you know, for me this week, I have a couple of meetings with some friends and some people that I talk business with. I'm really looking forward to that. I'm working on a new launch for the business that is should be of interest to some of you folks. So, you know, stay tuned for that. I'll share a little bit about it today. And, you know, just continuing to do my workout stuff, you know, so, yeah, that said, let's get into it. So, you know, three questions I like to start the week every week with. Which, which are, you know, what is exciting this week, what am I looking forward to this week, and then what's really going to make me excel this week? And I find that these three questions really ground me. They could be different for you, but I, I think the act of reflecting at the beginning of the week does everybody good. Right? It's just like vitamins. Like, you should be doing that way more often than you probably think. At least that's my case. So, yeah, so those are the three questions. If you have three questions that you like to start your week with or your day with, that really get you into that positive mind space where you feel excited and really looking forward to the week. You know, post those below where you're watching this video. I'm always interested to hear what other people are into, and if not, you know, I'd love to hear why not, right? Is it. What's. What's preventing you from doing a little bit of reflection at the beginning of the week? I know it's a little bit more challenging of a question on a Monday, but there's. People are like, oh, I don't want to, you know, why are you asking that question, Sean? I get that sometimes. And it's more for me to help understand how I can help you guys. So if you do struggle with you Know, getting regular reflection time, whether that's a Sunday or a Monday, just one day a week. Let me know that too, and I'll. Maybe we can work on a plan together where we can get you in the game because I think it will change the game for you. So. Okay. The new launch that I'm working on is, you know, I'm still going to be doing high performance coaching. So I'll still be doing the coaching side. Excuse me a second. Yeah, okay, thanks. Get some water. So, yeah, still doing the coaching, but I'm going to be shifting into this idea of how to be a high performance introvert, right? Highly performant introvert out in the world. Because I think one of the clients that I've helped, I've really connected the most with the people that tend to be a little bit more quiet. I think. Excuse me. We have. I'm also an introvert. So I think we have certain skills, certain ways that we can contribute to organizations, to causes, to the things that are important to us that need to be amplified. And I think too that I get a lot of questions from clients on like, I just need alone time and my partner doesn't understand. I just need some time to think everything through before I'm able to confidently speak to a subject, that kind of stuff. And so I just want to help support that group of folks a bit more. So you're going to be noticing a lot. You probably have gotten hints of it before, but you're going to see a lot more of that type of content geared towards folks that are a little bit more introverted. And if you're not introverted, it's a way to help understand introverted family members or teammates or people that you interact with regularly. So you have language, you have a better understanding and we can really just help, you know, everyone's leadership, right? It doesn't matter if you're introverted or extroverted. And you know, before we go further, you know, some people think that introversion is shyness. And that's not. It's more of just where you get your energy, right? Do you get your energy by focusing on internally, on thoughts and feelings and things of that nature? Or do you get it from interacting with the world and the environment around you? Right? So at a very base level, it's just, where are we getting our energy? So with that said, and so if you get your energy through thinking, through doing, through kind of working solo before you can, you know, get into a group and share your ideas and creativity and whatnot, you might be a high performing introvert and you're in the right place. So okay. With that said, guys, this later this week, early next week, I will have a webinar called the Six Secrets of Highly Performing Introverts. And I'd love to invite you guys to attend that live. And I'll have that. More details out this week on that. But it'll probably, it might be Friday, it'll probably be earlier next week just to get that first round in. So message me if you're interested. I can send you the details when we are ready to launch that. So that's what's exciting, that's what's going on, what's motivating me this week. I'd love to again hear what's motivating you. Put that below here so we can cheer you on and highlight that. And yeah, so lots of big changes in the world and I'm really excited to be. Be really kind of or not really kind of really speaking to just introvertedness and how great it can be for the world. So. Sounds kind of grand, you know, grandiose, but yeah, anyways, it's cool. All right, guys, live with more joy, more personal growth and more impacting communities. This is Coach Sean signing off. See you guys on Wednesday. Take care.
