So today we're going to be talking about how we make our day with our intention and our ability to create the feelings that we want. Because if you've ever, like, woke up and something small completely throws off your day, right, Maybe you got off on the wrong side of the bed and, you know, you can't find your keys, and so it sets you off into a spiral of anxiety and angry emotions. Or maybe your spouse or kid or family member or housemates just a little too chipper before that cup of coffee or before you've had that time to wake up. And, you know, maybe, you know, had this idea like you're a night owl and in a world of early risers and, you know, the world really discounts the fact that you need to wake up at noon or that when you wake up before then that it's going to take you a little bit to kind of get into, you know, being a full human being and not just like a, you know, zombie of reaction. So if you get up in the morning and you feel frustration or annoyance or you have a case of the grumpies, maybe, I don't know why I said it like that, you know, if you're just grumpy. But if you have these feelings as a high performer, it's your job to transform that into productive energy and into how you actually want to feel each day, with intention. Because, you know, you can acknowledge those feelings that aren't maybe ideal or that's how you feel. You want to bite everyone's head off before the second cup of coffee, maybe in the morning. It's a little bit like me. It takes me a little bit to kind of have all the systems come online. We can't let those feelings spoil the day. And so how can you shift your energy? It's really all about having a tool set tailored to you that you can shift your energy with habits or with things that, you know, can. Can help elevate the mood or create the. You know, exercise, going out for walks, doing some stretches, doing some breath work, activating your body. It's knowing what elevates your mood. It could be a playlist that has the feeling that you really want. So if you're really into music. You can have the, like, angry, productive music. You can have the, like, chill, happy music. You can have the creative ambiance like classical box station or whatever it is for you. You could do a quick meditation. You can do an act of art that something you create that just brings you a little bit joy or gardening or the like, right? It's knowing the people around you that you can cheer on or appreciate to get out of your head so you're doing something good for someone else. And that feeling of, oh, I made a positive impact in someone even when I'm grumpy, you know, that type of action can help switch the direction of your day. So doing that early in the morning, appreciating someone, cheering them on can really help.
