Foreign. Good morning everyone. Welcome to start your day Great. Start your day with a coach. I am your host, certified high performance coach Sean Butner. The feed's been acting a little bit weird today. You know, exited out while we were warming up, waiting to go. So my apologies for that. I'll have to make the appropriate sacrifices to the tech gods to hopefully appease them in the future. But at the very least it's going to be a lot of coffee and some time trying to figure that out. So anyways, today is, you know, of course, start your day Great. Start your day with a coach. This is Friday, so it's our weekly review where we take a look at the past week and just kind of highlight our progress, the things that we've learned, things that we struggled with and how to move forward. So you know, today for me, I guess since I'm the one live here just to pick somebody. Let me, let me say this, if you would please do the social media and like comment, subscribe if you're not already doing that and if there's something you're really proud of that has you've accomplished this week that you've done, please put that in a comment below this video so we can cheer you on. Because I want to have that type of energy here with this community. So yeah, there's anything exciting going on, there's anything good that happened in your life this week, we'd love to know and cheery on. Also, if you've been struggling with something and you're like, I'm stuck, I don't know how to get through it or what to do next, put that in the comments too and we'll talk through that next week. Okay, so that's it. Now we'll get into this week. So this week for me, good things going on is making progress on some of the projects that I stalled out that I've been talking about the last couple of weeks. So that feels good. You know, I think I'm finally getting to getting it to where I want it to be quality wise, which is always good. So that's, you know, I feel happy about that. Been helping my dad navigate some of his retirement stuff because he got, you know, he was forced to retire at the beginning of the month, which is unfortunate. But so that's been good, keeping in contact with him, working through all that stuff, which can be really frustrating when you're not there with the person. I'm not sure if you've ever had to do any type of tech support and you can't See what they're seeing and they can't see what you're seeing. It requires a lot of deep breaths, a lot of just letting go of frustration so you can actually do the work. So that's pretty cool. Um, let's see what else is great this week. Yeah, you know, I've been doing the workouts. Workouts are going pretty well. So overall I'm pretty happy with my progress. And it's just been, you know, trying to get the time and still work on my energy to work on the things that I need to. It's gonna take me a little bit longer than I had really hoped to get, get into some of the tasks this week. So just making a note of that and then figuring out like, okay, maybe I need to switch up when I do walks, when I do my workouts, that kind of stuff. Drink more water. Kind of the basics that we talk about in energy. So really that's, that's all I got for you guys this week. Very soon. I do have a couple of open coaching client slots. So if you are looking to really shift into, you know, advancing your career into creating the life that you really want to, really, you're like, I need a change, but I don't know what's next. High performance is the best tool for that. I'd love to walk you through that. You can go to seanbartner.com book if you'd like to have a free one hour session to kind of check out the process. Develop a plan for you on that call too. So you walk away with something that's actionable, something that'll help you and your situation tailored to you. I'd love to do that for you. So. And there'll be more about that coming out next week. I have a couple of new things going on for that, so really excited for that. But I just want to let you guys know, since you're here with me, you guys get dibs. So go to shopwater.com book if you'd like to qualify or apply for a free one hour strategy session. And go out there, live with more joy, more personal growth and more impact in your communities. And I'll see you guys later. Take care.
