Sa. Sa. Foreign. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to start your day. Great. Start your day with the coach. I am your host, certified high performance coach Sean Butner. And it's Friday, so that's weekly reflection time. So wherever you're at in your life, whatever you're going after, it's good to have a habit, you know, to take a look back and see what went right. Let's see what went wrong and, you know, make some course corrections, get some support if you need it so that you could go out there and really crush it. So yeah, so that's what this Friday show is all about. In my life in the business realm, had some stuff launching this week, so that's been really exciting. So just kind of managing that on the health front was dealing with some shoulder injury stuff from, you know, my workout regimen. But that seems to be good. Yeah, you know, relationship wise, doing pretty good with the wife. You know, there was a couple of communication things that always come up when you're in close communications with or close proximity with people. But we have a plan to work on that too. So overall this week, personally, life's good, you know. You know, of course if you take a look around the world, it could be a lot more anxiety provoking, but we won't go into that here today. We'll acknowledge it and we'll go on. So, you know, what was good this week for you? What really, you know, were you excited for that happened to you? What, you know, thing did you accomplish this week? What really went well for you and why? You know, I think that question of why are things going well can really serve you. Second question then is, you know, what didn't go to plan, right? What are you struggling with? You know, so, you know, mention that new thing that I'm launching in my business. You know, I'm still working through kind of feeling like a hot mess with some of the messaging. You know, am I communicating what I really want to effectively in a way that, you know, is engaging, you know, doing that whole thing. So, and that is always a struggle and that's part of the job and part of the frustration, but part of the joy of it too. When you get something figured out, it's like, okay, cool, so, you know, what is, you know, what are you struggling with this week? How can you reach out to people to get some help? How can you get moving on that path? Oh, and before I go even further, please do the social media thing, like subscribe, you know, if you have a question, leave a comment wherever you're Watching this video, it helps me out, and I really do enjoy that. So seeing you guys interact with what's going on here, it gives me more to talk about, too. So help me out if you can. If not, no worries. And due to technology, I might not see it in real time, unfortunately. I noticed sometimes afterwards, I'm like, oh, somebody commented. So I'll highlight you next live show, which is on Monday. So, you know, so I want to be talking about. So this show. Start your day. Start your day with a coach. Too many. Too much caffeine, maybe. So on Mondays, we do a motivation thing where we think about what we're looking forward to. On Fridays, we reflect back. These are two essential habits I think everyone needs in their life to really make sure that they're feeling connected, that they're feeling fulfilled, that they're feeling their progress through their life so that they can continue to achieve, Continue to succeed, because that's important. You know, I. I think there's been times in my life where I was just going through the motions, and you just feel terrible, and you just feel like, what's the point? You feel like, you know, I'm just doing the same thing over and over again, and you're slowly going crazy. And so, like, these are two things that they talk about in personal development, development all the time, and two of kind of the basic things. But the hardest thing to do about them is to be consistent. So I'm hoping this show, if you're just joining me or you've been with me for a while, just really clearly communicate that this show is to try to help build some of those habits or to remind you to build those habits as many times until you start doing it. So. So I thought that was funny. All right. Okay. That's all I have really quickly on a Friday today, again, if you have any questions or comments, please put those below the video and I'll address them now if I can see them, or I'll address them in the next show just to kind of start building more community, because that is one of my intentions, is to get a bunch of awesome people cheering each other on in whatever they're going after or supporting you if you're, you know, struggling in a particular way because, you know, we're all in this together. It's something I firmly believe. So. Okay. That said, guys, I'll keep it short today. Take care. I'll see you on Monday with Motivation Monday shot butter, saying, live with more joy, more personal growth, and more impact in your communities. See you next week.
