Sat. Sa. All right. Hey, everyone. Good morning. Let's see. Got some technical difficulties here. Let's see if this works. All right, there we go. Morning, everyone. Welcome to start your day. Great. Start your day with the coach. I am your certified high performance coach, Sean Butner. And this is Friday, so it's the weekly review. We're going to go over the good, the bad, the ugly of what's going on in, you know, I want to say the world. Like, we all know what's kind of going on in the world. I want to touch more on, you know, what is going on in your productivity. How are you keeping on task, especially with everything going out on in the Ukraine. So however you feel about that, which I think most of us are like, that's bad and we should, you know, support the Ukraine as much as possible. You know, if that's not your stance, cool too, kinda. But without getting into geopolitics and stuff, let's get into what happened this week. Right. So how have you been progressing? What have, you know, what were you excited about that you're able to get after what is really working. And so for me, I've been doing this huge rebranding effort in my business to help highlight and help introverted professionals. Introverted leaders stand out in their organizations, in their markets, in their field. And I'm really excited about this as something, it's being introverted one and having worked in two of the largest companies in the world at different times, you know, Walmart and Apple, you know, being able to do your work, do the deep thinking, doing the, you know, deep planning that introverts kind of bring to teams, to organizations and being highlighted. Right. So you're not just the workhorse that gets everything done but doesn't get the recognition. So you get, you get passed over for promotions or that you are not able to communicate your great ideas in a way that is effective and so people don't take up your causes. So I've been really excited and really been working on that this week. I have a new video training called Six Secrets of Highly Performing Introverts. So if you've seen my Six Secrets video, this is more tailored towards the introverted folks. So far, the testing I've done, people seem to really like this idea, seem to really connect with it. So if you identify as someone that gets your energy from, you know, being alone, from calm environments, from being a little bit more quiet, maybe a little more thoughtful, then this is definitely the training for you. You should check that out. I'll have it if you go to shopartner.com links, I'll have the link up there very shortly after this video. I was working on that before the show started, so. Yeah, but I'm really excited about that. How does that resonate with you? If you like that idea, let me know if there's something you'd love to learn as an introvert or a quiet leader, someone that gets things done behind the scenes but doesn't, you know, want to draw attention to themselves. You know, let me know what help you might need, what you're struggling with. Let me know if you have big goals that we can cheer you on. I want this to be a community of those kind of quiet leaders to just highlight and encourage and make sure that we're really making sure that you're putting out your good and your perspective out in the world. I think we need a little bit more thought, a little bit more passion, a little bit more focus on what we're doing, you know, day to day. So if you're with me on that, you know, please do the social media thing, share this with a couple of folks, tell them to skip over that rambly part about trying to address world issues that I think we're all grappling with. So again, won't get caught up in that. But that's the update for me this week. You know, I think Win for me has been really finally crystallizing around that idea of introverts and getting some things into action in my business with that. I think that, you know, part of another thing that went really well this week had been, is personally exercise. So I've been able to do that and I've been without severe injury for a while. I kind of hurt my back and had a bunch of issues going on, but that's over. So I'm really grateful for that. Things that need to happen at a better pace, I think really like redoing all this messaging, pivoting this business to be more towards those quiet leader folks, leader people is something that I'm. I really need. I have some urgency with and I don't feel like I'm progressing as quick as I want. So in those instances, maybe you feel that way. It's, you know, time to take a breath, be okay with the progress you made, and then figure out if there's any tweaks you can do to get going. So that's, you know, for everyone. That's also a message for myself as I go into this next week, and that's part of this reflection process of like, how could we really, you know, reach, kick into that next gear of productivity, of effectiveness? So for me, I, I think the immediate thing that's very evident is I need to get to batching a lot of the content I do for you folks. So as I start getting more solid on the introverted stuff, as. As I start, you know, continuing my research with it, I'll be sharing that with y'. All. So, you know, stay tuned on this channel. I'll keep. Keep you guys going and informed and hopefully advancing your careers, advancing your lives in the ways that you want to. So, all right, that is the review, you know, today. I mean, the ugly thing is geopolitical stuff, but I don't want to focus on that. Try to avoid the news. You still hear everything that's going on, but I'm not sure if you're like me, but doom scrolling does not lead to happiness. You know, you can quote that, so don't do that. But, you know, take care of yourselves. Keep focused on what you're going after, guys. You can do this. And if you find yourself getting pulled into that distraction or into the news too much and you're getting upset, take a breath, maybe do a meditation. Get back into your work. Put your good out in the world, because we really do need it now. That's not evident. So, all right, that's it, guys. Go out there. Live with more joy, more personal growth, and more impact in your communities. We'll be back next week on Monday with start your week with a coach, Sean Butner, signing off. Take care, guys.
