Hopefully that's been you guys. It's been okay. Let's see. So any case, kind of rusty doing this stream stuff since I've been doing more stuff on the phone for Instagram. So thanks for bearing with me. Like most times, this is a hot mess as I've foregone trying to be perfect and have been focused on trying to be in motion and trying things out. So hopefully you find that endearing and not infuriating. But I know there are a couple of folks in both camps, so just know that I see you and we'll probably hear you, but might ignore you in the comments if you're mean. So yeah. So the Meaningful Revolution podcast, it's been a lot of fun. It's been. The last month has been pretty intense trying to figure out how to launch this thing, get it on, everything, actually doing the content, you know. So I was talking about Season one is mostly interview. Season two is me talking to the mic just in case I can't find people to interview, which so far has been a knock on wood, super easy. I've had a lot of people in my networks and communities that have been willing to be like, yeah, I'd love to talk to you about rituals. I'd love to talk to you about leadership. I'd love to talk to you about teaching. I'd love to talk to you about psychology. So there's been a lot of really good folks pitching in to help, and I can't extend my thanks enough to those folks or the friends and family that have supported me and have subscribed on Apple podcasts or have listened through my website at the link below this video or in my bio. You know, y' all mean so much to me. It's been such a treat to share this part of my life with some of you. Some of you have been with me for a while, so. And again, I just have to say I'm so thankful and grateful that I'm able to try this crazy idea out. So we'll see where it goes together. So that's been my big focus. If you've been on my newsletter, it's been mostly focused on this podcast launch. Is that all I've been doing is recording podcasts and editing and trying to find good nuggets and again, my voice through this. So that's been pretty fun though, you know, big shout out to Michael Seeley, who's been done a lot of promoting. Big shout out to Nicole and Emmanuel and James again for. For really helping me with season one. I have so Many folks lined up for doing their weekly launches after this week because every day I'm launching a new episode this week for season two. Just make sure there's enough of content so you guys get a feel for what the podcast really is. But I think I really love the interviewing more than just me talking to the mic. So I'm looking forward to get back. Getting back to interviews in that next season with some amazing folks. So I'm really excited to be able to highlight them and to share them with you and their insights and highlights again to inspire. Inspire you to put your goodness out there in the world a bit more. And so that said, questions I've had, yes, I'm still a coach, so I will be talking more about high performance there. I think what I've learned from this podcasting experience is that we need to get back into our performance. We need to get back into putting and pushing ourselves into creating. Right. I am a huge believer in the power of making things. And you know, my dad was a carpenter, so the magic of being able to build a cabinet from scratch, you know, or build a toy chest for us growing up when we were little, or to fix things around the house with your hands has been always been something that's fascinated me, something I found inspiration in. And whether that's creating software, which I did for quite a while, or, you know, now doing content, like the act of doing and doing it in service of others has always felt really great. And it's almost necessary too, when your head's in the computer. So for so long, for so many times. So, yeah, I hopefully you are inspired to go out and do great things and if not, stick around, guys. So I do have a new community that I'll be highlighting going forward after this crazy week of people really focusing on connecting around what they find inspiring. Right. So I tend to talk to and work with a lot of introverts. I'm trying to make this a little bit more open, but I imagine just because of that aspect of my business this last year there might be a lot more of those types of folks and I absolutely love that. I love working with the people that are a little bit more quiet. So that's really the update. I don't have too much to like tactically give you today other than please go subscribe. Please share the the podcast with three friends if you would help me get the word out because I think it'll be something special and something that's going to be building for the next year. So that said, guys, absolutely. And super grateful for you and thankful again. It feels really great to have this new thing out in the world and to be able to share it. Yeah. Let me know what you think. You know either you know message me back wherever you're watching this or leave a comment, whatever you'd like to do. Yeah. And we'll see on Wednesday for start your week with a coach hopefully trying to get back to a more regular cadence. And then like I said I've been doing more on Instagram this last week. I've been playing around with that I might continue doing that so you could always go to Oach Sean Butner with underscores in between those words on Instagram if you're not following me there already to get the most recent updates. So. All right. That said guys go out there live with more joy, more personal growth, more impact on your communities. Check out the podcast and we'll see you guys on Wednesday. Take care.
