In this short video, high‑performance coach Sean Buttner (also spelled Shawn) leads viewers through a quick centering routine designed to improve focus and reduce anxiety. He explains that posture and diaphragmatic breathing are foundational for feeling grounded, especially for people who sit at desks and tend to hunch. He demonstrates a simple breath pattern—inhale for four seconds, hold for four seconds, exhale for four seconds—and suggests repeating it a few times whenever a break is needed or before important calls. Throughout the session he references a live chat, engages with a participant named Dave, and uses the moment to promote his certified high‑performance coaching program. He outlines how interested viewers can apply via the “Sean Coach” website, receive a free one‑hour session, and potentially continue with personalized coaching if they’re a good fit. The video blends practical breathing guidance with a brief marketing pitch, encouraging viewers to adopt the technique for daily performance and consider deeper coaching support.

Foreign. Everyone, this is Sean Butner with. Start your day with a high performance coach today. Just wanted to do a quick kind of centering activity for everyone. With everything going on, it's a good reminder that, you know, we have some capability to find our center. Admits the chaos. So, yeah, this week, you know, we've talked a lot about high performance. We talked about what holds people up. I just wanted to do a quick video today on what you can do to just, you know, get ready for the day. And it's as simple as taking a couple of deep breaths. So, yeah, and. And this is super important because, you know, how you show up is based on how you feel, and how you feel a lot of times is based on your breathing. And, um, it might seem kind of super common sense, but people tend to forget it. Especially, like, if you sit at a desk all the time, you're, like, hunch over. You don't realize how you're kind of goofing up your body and your ability to take in deep breaths. But, you know, getting that oxygen into the blood, into the brain can help you feel less anxious, can help you get a little bit more focused and. And, you know, just make your day feel a bit better. So because this shows a lot of the time stuff that I need to be doing, I thought I'd share that. So, yeah. So really, you just want to, like, sit in a noble position, I guess, you know, with good posture, have your feet flat on the floor, if you're sitting down, if you're standing up, you know, course that'll work out on its own because gravity. But you just want to, you know, take a deep breath through your diaphragm, which is kind of right above your belly, and you just want to go. So it's inhale for four seconds, hold it for four seconds, exhale, and do a couple of those. When you need a break during the day. Can really help you, again, get centered so you don't have to be the stress ball that you normally are. Or at least in my case, that's how I am. And I really like doing this before I do coaching calls, before I have big calls with other folks. So it's a really great exercise that can get you going. So. Feel like I'm kind of spinning on this on the live show. Hey, Dave. What's going on, man? I see that you're here. You guys have any questions, let me know. I do have a couple of coaching slots open where if you're trying to feel more confident, more joyful, or have more impact in your communities.
