I call it a five minute peace out. And maybe it's a one minute peace out. So one way to start practicing intention and connecting to breath, which again is our life force, right? Like without breath we're gone. So it's a good thing to be able to practice and is even if you have to like hide yourself in your bathroom or in your car or something, if you're getting like. And I would say before you're in the stressed out space, because again, we're building our robustness and we're practicing this before we need it. So practicing it when you're in a nice calm space. And this going into literally breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth for a couple minutes, maybe 30 seconds, if that's all you got, and if you have one word that you really want to bring into your body and life, like if it's love, if it's compassion, if it's abundance, if it's strength, just think of that one word, one word, that's all you need. In and out through the nose, in the nose, out to the mouth and just hang out with it. That's it. Like, that's a super simple practice to be able to do that can very quickly shift your state of consciousness, your state of mindset, your state of gratitude, and. And then after you know how to do that, which doesn't take you any more than about 30 seconds to go. Okay, I got that. Then that is a very, very, very powerful tool when stuff gets crazy.
