All right. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to start your show. Start your day. Great start. Start your day with a coach. I'm your host, Sean Butner, certified high performance coach. And today we're doing a quick update. I was going to start the work from home challenge and I've been freaking out about it over the weekend. I think I could do a little bit better with it and so I'm going to delay it for another week. So if you're looking for that, I'm going to have a mechanic where you can sign up up later this week. So check out YouTube, check out Facebook, check out Instagram for a link to sign up for the work from home challenge. And really like the idea with the work from Home challenge is with so many people starting businesses from home, so many people being able to work from home or anywhere, we need a way to be more productive so that we're a force to be reckoned with in our organizations so that we feel comfortable working in distributed teams. And having been able to work from home in my corporate career as a software engineer for a while, there's a couple of tips and tricks that I picked up as a high performance coach. We live and breathe performance, and so I want to be able to impart that, but really I just want people to be able to live their best lives. Right. And in order to do that, you need to be able to not be stressed at your work from home office or work from vacation, work from the beach, wherever you're going to be. So, yeah, so getting that nailed in a little bit more solidly this week. And today I'll have some announcements on social. So keep an update for that. And it comes to the topic of today, which is to make time for excellence. And there's one thing that I learned working at Apple is that, you know, doing something right. And this is something that my dad would always say growing up too, but if you're going to do something at all, do it right. And sometimes doing it right takes time. And I had been behind schedule on a lot of different things since jury duty. I thought that I'd be able to pull it off and get all these different moving pieces together to make this the best show. And then I realized that in my, and I think we all do this, but in my rush to try to get something out to you guys that adds value, that helps you, you know, with your productivity and performance, I was cutting corners. And I, I, as soon as I realized that, I'm like, you know what? I can take an extra week to do this right. It's almost there, but it'll be worth the wait. So thank you for your patience. I do appreciate it. And so if you have any questions on the Work from home challenge, please ask the question below. Wherever you're watching this video, stay tuned to the social media stuff and, you know, again, thanks for, you know, understanding that. Yeah, this felt rushed to me so I just do the adult thing and say, okay, we'll, we'll delay it a little bit. I'm not going to delay it for indefinitely, but I can definitely, I can most certainly in the next week, the next couple of days get everything set up in a way that's a little bit more organized in a way that I think is going to serve, you know, you guys a lot more. And that's what I'm about. So. Okay. If you have any questions again, post them below. Do the social media thing. If you're looking for the social or the Work from home challenge, it's going to be a 10 day challenge where we're going to talk each day about a new habit to adopt to make sure that you're, you know, forced to be reckoned with at your home, in your productivity. You can go check out the link on my bio. You'll find a little box there. Click on that and sign up. That'll be updated today too. But yeah, I'm really excited for this, guys and I, I am a little bummed that I wasn't able to get my vision set up for you guys today. But next week we'll start it next Monday again. Check my social for more information on that. So that's that, guys. Thanks. Happy Monday. I hope you guys are motivated. I hope you guys have a lot of intention today. I hope you guys are out there crushing it and if not, shoot me a note. As a coach, I have tools and strategies and questions I could ask you that might help you break through. Also testing out a new camera setup. So let me know if you like that. That's it, guys. Short, sweet, you know, hey, Dave, what's going on, brother? See anyone else out there? Comments? Any comments? No comments. Okay. Anyways, guys, go forth with more joy, more personal growth and more impact in your communities. And I'll talk to you guys tomorrow. Take care.
