Of optimism for you this morning, because why not? So many people wake up and dread the morning. They, you know, have a case of the Mondays, which is fine. But ultimately, how we show up and how we prepare for the week emotionally is going to determine the quality. So if you wake up and you're dreading the week, dreading the day, really, it's, you know, you're setting yourself up for negative emotional intent. Right? So this is more technical than I really wanted to do this morning. But, you know, by having an optimistic thing, no matter what your struggles are, you know, we have an enormous amount of struggles in today's world, but we have a reset. It's time for a new week. It's time to make some better choices. It's time to get up there, get after it, get going. You guys got this. And, you know, for me, I was always the annoying guy at work. That was like, happy Monday. How are you guys doing? Because one, it. It bugged my co workers and I thought that was funny. But two, it really was a psychological trick to help me get the week right. So I'm not sure if you need to get the week right, if you need something different, but, you know, the question I have for you is, what is your intention for the week? How do you want to feel this week? And have you thought about that? Because if it's not with excitement, if it's not with joy, if it's not with a sense of doing something awesome and something you love, then you might need to do a little bit of journaling. You might need to really think about that and think if you're not super pumped about the week, is that really serving you? I think that question is really important because if it's not, then it's time to change. And it can be as easy as shifting your attention or going for a walk or doing some journaling. There's tons of things you can do, but as soon as you know your emotional energy is not where it needs to be, you can make that shift. You can make that change. So that's all I have to say for today's morning show. I hope you guys go out and have a great week and crush it. Like I said, I'm cheering you on. I really hope that you're making the progress that you want. If not, shoot me a comment and ask me a question or let me help you work through what's going on. So it is a great week. So I want to let you guys know that I'm here for you. So direct message me or you can ask questions at seanbugger.com ask. And we could do a live coaching thing later this week if you're into that. Or I can just talk through your questions. So that said, guys, go out there again, have a great week, cheer you on, go crush it, and let's hear about all the good stuff you guys are doing out there. Okay? Take care of.
