Letting go of some things just kind of do a informal, just kind of stream of consciousness. So if you have any questions, post them below this video. If you have any comments, share it below. Do the social media thing like subscribe, share, do all that stuff. That would be super helpful and you know, if we can take a look at this year. So I was talking about this yesterday, but tonight with some close friends and my wife, we're going to have a fire pit. We're going to write down everything we want to let go in 2020 and throw that in the fire. Because one fire is cool, but two, that the symbolic nature of unloading and clearing up space for good things next year I think is something that we all really need. So I hope and encourage you to find some type of clearing out the baggage ritual tonight and so that you can start next year. Super awesome. But when we think about or when I think about things that I think were really big wins this year, I think having time to slow down and realize what's important, being, you know, about a year and a half now, full time coaching in my own business, getting some processes sorted out and some routines was a huge win for myself. And finding a health habit, you know, found a online personal trainer that allowed me to work from home, work out from home every morning. So those are all really good things to come out of this year. If we're looking for silver lining. All the stress, all the anxiety, all of the things that I couldn't do with my wife, with my friends, you know, visiting my family. This New Year's holiday season, Christmas, New Year's, you know, back in Chicago was a bummer, but it also provided time for me to spend more time with my wife and to start building some habits here at home. So around the holidays, which I thought was really cool. So ups and downs, but things to really let go of are insecurities from the year. Things to really let go of are things that you really couldn't change this year, but you have the opportunity to change next year. Things to let go and release, you know, anything that brought you tension, anything that is not serving you or will hold you back next year. Limiting thoughts like you're not enough because you are enough. If you've survived this year, you are more resilient and mightier than you believe. And I firmly believe that. And because look at everything that's happened, you're still here, you're still kicking, you still have that ambition to go forward and really make a difference out in the world. So I want to honor that in each of you and if you're still struggling, it's okay. We're gonna start over next year. Tomorrow you have a flesh or fresh slate so we can really get after it and start from a good place. And that just is releasing now. So yeah, really, that's all I had to say on this New Year's Eve. It's been really like one of the great things that came out of it, at least for me too, is doing this morning show every day during the week or during the weekdays. You know, the discipline of trying to connect with you guys to encourage you guys, schedule you a little bit, share what I know about high performance. Personal development has been a true honor, true pleasure and has helped me have a little bit of purpose in this time of uncertainty. So thank you, thank you. I really appreciate that opportunity. And so next year, if you're like, hey, what can I do next year to make sure 2021 is the best year ever, please go to SeanButner.com coaching and you'll find out a couple of common things that people struggled with this past year, what you can do about them, and then how to get get a free strategy session which qualifies you for the coaching bundle that I have for the end of the year to make sure 2021 is your best yet. And for those that don't remember or are joining me for the first time, high performance is beating what's ever normal in your life without burning out so without destroying relationships and your health. And I just wanted to have something that made sure you had that taken care of for the first three months of the year is you're getting that coaching, that strategic advice and strategies to get you to that next level. And to also offer a workshop that helps you set your goals for the year, helps you create a plan. Right. So many times with the New Year's resolutions, we're like, hey, I want to do this, but we don't do the planning part to make sure that it happens. Well, that's what the plan. Your New Year's Revolution workshop is on the 16th and you can qualify there by signing up and going through the strategy session. And that's for free if you go through that process. Otherwise it's going to be 2000 bucks. So make sure you sign up for that strategy session. Get going on it. Let's make 2021 your best year ever. I have high hopes for the opportunity of next year if we can do the work now. So go forth, go out there, have a happy new year. I'm so again, very grateful for you guys for being here with me this past year. And if there's any way I can help you, definitely let me know. Direct message me, comment below and I'll answer back. Okay, guys, have a great new year. I'll see you probably on Monday. I'll try to do a show tomorrow. There's a lot of different meetings and things going on. And then we'll get back to the Ask a Coach a Question on Fridays starting next week. So excited about that, too. Okay, guys, take care. See you tomorrow or Monday and peace out.
