Changing. Dreaming. Risking. Trying excuses — it’s time to start living your life.

In this high‑energy monologue, Shawna Lynne (Delulu Today) declares a personal mission to help 100 people by year‑end adapt to rapid changes in technology, careers, and life. She frames herself as a "shape‑shifter" whose superpowers are continuous learning, adaptation, and sharing knowledge. Throughout the talk she blends motivational coaching with concrete calls to action: building in‑person support groups, offering personalized coaching, and experimenting with biohacking and psychedelics. She critiques generic marketing services, emphasizes the need for mental‑health support for veterans and first responders, and shares vivid anecdotes of clients overcoming trauma, burnout, and relationship challenges. The narrative also delves into intimate relationship advice, advocating for consent‑focused foreplay and emotional connection over purely physical sex. Shawna reflects on her own decade‑long journey of personal growth, acknowledges uncertainty and risk, and urges listeners to discard negativity, embrace positivity, and join her evolving community of change‑makers.

My commitment is to help 100 people by the end of the year move and adapt to what's going on in our world— technology, career, whatever you need, people. That's my commitment. I am fueled and ready to go. Dean and Tony watching their AI Advantage. I have already learned in the first 15 minutes something I'm going to share with you. Listen carefully. Very important. If you are not watching these things, listen to me when I am. Never stop learning, changing, sharing, and doing. Okay, learning, changing, shifting, adapting— that is me. Those are my superpowers. I am a shape-shifter. I flow. I adapt quickly. Join me. Learn how to do this. 100 people I would commit to supporting 100 people in adapting to change. Human potential. New early adapters grow. If you are adapting to AI and you would like to figure out how to ease your life, they said more time, right? Help. We let— with leverage, buy back 15 hours a week. Is that possible? Amplify your business and life. Do it now. The ultimate advantage. Turn your pain into fuel. Success leaves clues. Model patterns. Find people who are doing better than you. Learn from them. Adopt new things. Always strive for better. Ah, look at that! Thank you, Tony and Dean, for validating Everything that I've been chasing. I am chasing everything. There is no stopping. There's no, okay, here I am, I'm done. As soon as I get somewhere, I want to go somewhere else. That is adapting and growing. This world is massive, and there are incredible things happening, things I didn't even know that I didn't know. And now that I know all these new things I just want to know more. If you would like the cheat sheet, if you would like to help— if you would like me to help you find your way back to where you want to be, or for the first time where you want to be, if you are ready, the wisdom is here, the caring is here. I'm committed. Honestly, I've given up most of my practice I've let go of the camp. I've let go of my past to step into the future of adapting. I only want to be healthy, and being healthy means choosing things that are good for me every day, making good choices. It is hard to make good choices every day. Our brains, our energy, our nervous system, our ecosystem Everything around us stops that from happening, so it is our responsibility to step back in and really choose ourselves, choose all the healthy things every day so you build the life that helps you be healthier and get what you want. What do you want? Are you dreaming, or did you stop? So If you want to be mad at me, go for it. I'm boasting. I'm doing fucking awesome. It's unbelievable. What I manifested 10 years ago is right in front of me, and there's no way I am not being proud of everything accomplished in a decade. A decade of hard work, of never stopping, of never letting go of the belief that this could be better. I did it. And that I too could have a life that I dreamed of, that I could step away from everything that happened to me and do something different. I did it. I did it. Now before I go, before I leave here January 1st, and I won't be back for a while, do you want to change with me? Do you want the last chance? At sharing some knowledge to get where you're going and do a decade differently. Are you ready to choose that? We're going on an incredible journey. Well, at least I am. If you want to come with me, you're welcome. But remember, there's leave your negativity behind. Don't focus on what you knew, only on what you know now. Tomorrow will be even better. The only thought in your head is positivity. 90% of the time, and 10% we let pity and all those other feelings in intentionally, in somatic movement, in primal screams, in breathwork, in any activity that you choose. You can let that negativity out, not in your day-to-day, not in your job, not with the people you love. You keep that shit to yourself. Learn how to fucking regulate. Unbelievable. Stop complaining, stop being angry, stop judging, stop putting your opinions out there. Every time someone does something interesting in my community, someone else has an opinion, and I'm like, no, do not judge them. They are allowed to do anything they want to do. Permission granted to yourself. 1,000%. I'm gonna pause this for a second. Why are we judging and opinions? We're all trying to figure it out every morning, every day. We step into a thought process that can be good for us or not, and it's easy to pick the not. I spoke to 5 people yesterday with so much resistance I'm like, I want— I need help in marketing. I need a good idea. I have like 6 of them and I just don't know how to get started. Where do I start? And not one person out of all those conversations was able to tell me where to start. They all told me they're going to do something for me, I'm waiting. Or they said that they don't know, they wouldn't know how to make that choice either. Or they haven't done it in so long they just don't know anymore. Not one person could help me. That was really interesting to me, that there was no answer. So now how do I find the answer? Well, let's go to Tony Robbins and Dean. They are smarter than me. They are smarter than all the people I spoke to in the last week of marketing. I spoke to this wonderful woman and she sent me a deck that was fucking generic. Like, you want me to pay you $2,000 a month and you didn't even tell me what your strategy is? You didn't ask me for my strategy, you just told me what you're gonna do for me, not what you're gonna do with me. Not okay. What are you doing? I want to learn and grow and be part of it. This is my passion. How do we get the message out there that mental health needs to be taken more seriously? That our veterans are not okay and no one is doing anything for them. They serve our country because there are angry men fighting over money and power over land, and we put people on fields to die and then leave them stranded in their pain. And they walk around our world and they have children who hold their pain in our school systems, and we're not doing anything to change that for them. That is disgusting. First responders who respond to everything that you do stupid, people who make bad choices, our first responders show up. You don't take care of yourself, you have a heart attack. You don't take care of your mind, you're suicidal. You call those first responders and they're there for you. And when they're not okay, they have PTSD, are we there for them? No. What are you doing for them? Have you supported boots on the ground? Have you supported the veterans, the first responders? Do you reach out? Is there anything we're doing? No, because we're selfish in our own lives every day. And in the morning, I love to just sit and dump the problems. There are so many of them, and it really hurts my heart That we are so broken, and every single day I talk to people who are hurting and really trying to change. I have the woman who left the narcissist six weeks ago, still painful. Why is it hard to leave someone who's mean to you? I don't get that in our nervous system. I'm talking to the man who lost his family, but he was so angry and he yelled at them all the time, and now he's. Surprised they don't want to be with him. I'm talking to a man who spent years lying. Everything blew up. Now he's totally done a 360 and no one believes him. They're still judging him. I have a beautiful woman who's in a job that burned her out. She came up with a creative plan. She asked me how to deliver it. She did. She won. She got the contract changed to what she needed while her dad is in palliative care and she's caring for him, and we set some boundaries of what she does for her own self-care. Oh, she's a success story. Those are my favorite. Oh, and there's a lawyer who I've been coaching for like 4 years, and his ADHD opportunity cost was— and now it's a superpower. Thanks to me. Thanks to our conversations. Thanks to me pushing his resistance and him saying, yes, keep going. It's like when you go to the chiropractor or the masseuse and they put their elbow in you and it hurts at the same time it's loosening up the muscle. That's me. I fucking hurt when I come into you, near you, around you, and you know there's something you need to do for magic. It hurts your soul. I get it. And if you decide to let in, to let me in, and if you decide to believe me, magic happens. And I knew this, and then I found 2 other people that role model this for me, so they validated. I have 2 beautiful bookends, 2 beautiful, strong, wealthy, powerful, kick-ass sexual demons of women. who have taught me this year that I am fucking incredibly awesome. I have 13 years on both of them, and we are like one human, although they are very wealthy and very strong in their boundaries. And that is what 2026 is going to be to me. Watch what's going to happen. I have no idea. Here's the limitation: there is a possibility it won't happen. Of course there is, I'm not an idiot. And, and we know that the chances are slim, impossible is in front of us. So here's what we do. All the risk— I know it, I've done it, I've looked at it— it's in a container. If I need it, I'll go back to it. I have Um, things to do quickly if I need to. All of the belief that this cannot happen also in the container. Okay, I might fail. Great, good to know. Thank you. When do we ever know when anything is certain? The only thing we know is uncertainty. Here we go, here's uncertainty right in front of you. I look away because of my ADHD and probably my autism. The light looking at the screen is just annoying. I just want to talk to the air, but I know you want me to talk to you. I'm talking to you. Just imagine if you were in front of me how much better it would be. I can look around and you can see that I'm just looking around because I just like to look at all the things I have hanging around me. I have a couple more months of this place holding me safe or unsafe, really? It's time to be free and see what else is out there and what I actually am capable of doing. Can I do what I say I'm doing? I'm pushing myself to the limit. Why not step in? What's the worst thing that can happen? I come back and rent an apartment and I start again. Okay. I go work for a clinic, I become a psychotherapist, Or I go back to teaching. Any of those are possible, and in 2 years everything could change. Who knows who our government will be, or if we even have a world? So why not take that chance right now, right here, when I can? Why is there anything wrong with that? There isn't, actually, right? I know. So what I'd like to share with you the most is We're gonna get you back 15 hours of your day and make it efficient, and I'm gonna go run around the world and see if you wanted to go away and retire or spend a month somewhere, where would it be? Because no one seems to tell me those answers. I want to collect the data. How easy is it to go to the doctor? How easy is it to find a dentist? How easy is it to go home? What happens if these things happen? I'm going to just test all of those and ask questions. I'm going to ask people what they've done and what they know. I am going to get smarter by the minute, and you can come with me if you want to. Along the way, we're going to learn so much about psychedelics. We're gonna pop in on anybody who's doing psychedelics, ayahuasca, DMT, whatever they're doing. And every month, there is going to be something in my body to bring me to that higher self and let go of all the beliefs that I have to be anything other than my destiny. I'm not holding on to one thought of anything. I am everything and nothing every day. I am something that is changing every minute. This morning I've already listened to 2 hours of Tony Robbins before many of you have even decided to do today differently. I wrote my notes. I looked at my book, I'm ready to start editing. I smoked my doob, I feel nice and relaxed, and I've emptied my thoughts to you. And soon I'm gonna go to the gym and I'm gonna feed my body the movement it needs. I'm hoping— I'm looking at this, it's so bad today. Not sure why this keeps happening. That's something I'm gonna start looking at. Do we know anybody who would look at this? It's definitely not like filler good because filler didn't work there. It turned me green. But like, what is this? I— where is that coming from? I would like to get to the root of this. If anyone can get to the root of this, I'd like to know. That's one of the last things on my face that I haven't figured out. Oh, and we need a little more Botox. I don't want this. I want this to stay smooth and I want that line never to grow. That is my vanity. I own that shit. Pickle and preserve. This is as old as I want to get. If I'm going to live to 103, I want to look like as good as can be from the inside out. That is just a commitment to me. And now I'm committed to 100 people. Have conversations with me. There will be some groups. The more in person, the better. If you can catch me in person, I will be at that clinic for the next 6 weeks. You just have to call to make sure I'm there and come in. We're going to sit around and we're going to make movement, shift you out of resistance, change the things you want, use each other, make friends. I had 7 women looking for friends this week, 7 beautiful humans. And I'd like them all to come together. So if you are a beautiful human and you're looking for beautiful human friends, only positivity, only change, no complaining, obsessively talking about all the things of biohacking, what we're doing, how we're fixing our mind not to think of the narcissist, to want men with sex who aren't going to treat us well. No way. No way, no more. This is a commodity and a hot piece of feminine energy. I am beautiful during the day and I'm beautiful in bed. I love sex. I will never be ashamed of loving something that is free, that gives my body so much joy and releases so many beautiful chemicals. There is no shame in your body, in sex. It is all a beautiful thing. Everything we are, every muscle, every fiber, every line. Think about when you run your fingers just here, how sensual it is. And yet men go right for the breasts and the pussy. Like, really? Run your fingers through a woman's hair. Play with her hair. Don't you see us playing with our hair all the time? It feels good. Play with our bodies before you play with our parts. Tease us. Hold us. Make us feel safe and wanted. Make us feel beautiful. Feed our souls before you touch our parts. Our parts only react to the inside feeling, so make sure you feed that feeling before you want to bring the ecstasy and the orgasms out. That's why we fake it. You guys are really dumb. There's no big fucking— of course we want to get fucked for like 3 minutes of every session. The rest of the time we want intimacy and foreplay. The fucking is only fun for a few minutes, not for like rounds and rounds. It's lying in bed and talking naked with feet entwined, touching each other, running fingers, intimacy, sensuality. It's the time spent in bed, not the time spent fucking. Quickie in the kitchen? Go for it. Pull up my— pull down my pants, Rub my shoulders, put it in. Tell me when you're putting it in. Tell me how awesome I am. Tell me how amazing I am that I'm stopping what I'm doing so that your penis can go inside me. I don't need that in the day. That doesn't really turn me on. It turns you on, which turns me on, but it doesn't really turn me on unless you've made it about me too. If you want to learn how to do that, I can tell you day by day exactly what to do. If you want to learn how to do that for your woman, I'm in. If you want to learn to do that for your man, I'm your person. Yesterday, a man asked me to send him a naked picture because I care about him. What is in that for me? I'm gonna put a naked picture of me on his phone for what reason? Why would I do that? Why would he ask me to do that? A grown man would ask someone so smart and professional to put my naked picture on a phone for him. Isn't that awful? That is the type of men that I'm dating, or I was, or I'm not actually, but those are the ones on our dating apps. No wonder they're awful. Send me a picture of your naked body to please me. Dick pics? What the fuck? I am not dating your cock. Chances are I won't really like it. There's not too many I found that are really beautiful, and when I do, I do try and keep them around longer, and there's a whole personality attached to it. You can't yell at me or put me down or not be respectful and expect me to want to please you. I remember what you say and how you make me feel Monday through Monday, from the moment you wake up to the moment— I feel what you bring to the table, and if you bring joy to the table and you're an asset to my life, I am going to want to please you. Why wouldn't I? I got a beautiful message this morning from someone who said, I'd like to promote you on my social media. I'm really proud of what you're doing and I believe in you. Isn't that a beautiful message to receive this morning? And it felt so gorgeous to get that.
