I am so lucky. Luck is manmade, as is positivity. If you want to master your mental health. Join Me

In this 9,500‑token solo monologue, Shawna Lynne (Delulu Today) celebrates her 53rd birthday while delivering an expansive, stream‑of‑consciousness self‑help manifesto. She frames luck and positivity as constructs she deliberately creates, describing a personal transformation from a resentful, over‑stimulated mind to a "butterfly" of freedom and play. Shawna recounts her lifelong struggle with ADHD, dyslexia, trauma, and a massive personal investment in self‑education (certifications, therapy, $450k spent on her brain). She weaves in her Jewish identity, confronting antisemitism, and the importance of sharing that heritage. Parenting neurodivergent children, setting boundaries, and honoring multiple personas (fun, serious, "slutty", librarian, etc.) are highlighted as sources of resilience. She promotes a rapid‑fix mindset—"fix it in a minute"—offering concrete habit tips (e.g., 5‑minute movement, Atomic Habits, Mel Robbins) and announces a series of in‑person community gatherings called New Track (Dufferin & Steeles, Sep 20 – Dec 10, drop‑in $50, themed nights for women, menopause, men, etc.). Shawna also discusses her upcoming tour, collaborations, friendships, and romantic partnership, positioning herself as a disruptor who shifts others’ energy. The monologue ends with a call to subscribe, join her events, and embrace personal agency in creating positivity.

Oh. Okay. First morning of 53. I am feeling fabulous. I am feeling like my skin is only getting better and better as I learn more About how to be. My name is Shawna Lynn, and I am 53. 53 seems to be this big number. I'm not sure why. Five and three is where. Oh, I'm so excited! I'm choking. My body is running full of energy as I discover who I am deep within. This is the exact place where I become that butterfly, where I move from that insecure, angry, resentful human who looked at life from a place of, how did that happen to me? How was that possible? How is that my life? And how am I here today? Every day, that thought was the first thing that entered my mind, and that's not the thought I want inside of me. I would like the thought of, hey, good morning, who are you? What are you doing today? Not an unraveling of so many stories like, am I really okay? Did that just happen? Was I sure that I did what I needed to do to let go of the anger? Am I keeping people in? Did I trust them? Everything that happened to me had 10 stories, and it became overwhelming. This brain was so overstimulated, and then I overstimulated it more so that I wouldn't sit in the thinking. In the evening, watching technology of any sort, I would zone out and go into my own brain and compare my— all the stories of me and the day to whatever's happening on TV. I could make connections and say quickly, oh, if they did this instead of that, we wouldn't have a TV show. People like watching other people struggle. I just want to fix it in a minute. That's it. I want to fix it in a minute. Any stage, any age, it doesn't matter. It's just a pattern of behaviors in front of me. It's like science, like Tetris, like Candy Crush. It is a pattern. Move this here and this goes there and things change. When you're playing Tetris, if you move the blocks, you can make barriers. Duh. When you have Candy Crush, if you don't line them up all the right way, they don't shift and move and go away. That is our life every day. Oh, trying to find the verbiage to share how excited I am without sounding absolutely insane. My brain is extremes. It's high or low. If it goes low, I work. In this motion to bring it to height, I was heartbroken low. It was the invitation to finally love myself more than anything. How lucky am I to have had that opportunity? Lucky. So, in recognizing that my family. Did these behaviors and they landed on me this way. Recognizing that bridge from there to here, I went back and said, okay, they— this is how they did this. This is why. Now I know this. Oh, I feel stupid because they said this. Well, they said it in a minute. My system took it and kept it. That's mine, not theirs. They didn't know they were saying it in the minute. They didn't know I was going to keep it. It's not mine to keep. You can have it back. I'm not stupid. I'm anything but stupid. I am actually a genius. My IQ is so high, and my dyslexic ADHD brain does this with it. You can be really smart here, Shawna, but then we're going to remind you of all the things you can't do, and then it's your Your job to figure out how to get back to smart. And then you're like, oh, look what I can do. No, we're gonna give you something else to learn. Let's go back down again. Okay. And I do it over. I accept that over and over. So you know what? I learned a lot of things, like 6 degrees, about 50 certifications, thousands of hours of conversations. $450,000 in this brain. Isn't that pretty insane that I spent this much money on this brain? And this brain is not valued by people who don't believe in mental health and who stop celebrating. If you do not celebrate, there is something wrong with you. There really is. There is a lack of emotion, a disassociation. There is something wrong with your nervous system. that your body does not want to celebrate and be happy, joyful. If I walk in with this energy and I'm like, it's my birthday, and someone's like, I don't really celebrate birthdays. Really? I don't understand. All you need to do is choose my energy, not the low one you have. I'm not going low with you. Come high with me. And not weed high, just life high. I think the weed high is about not being able to be me with all these people with low energy. Get the fuck off of the couch, get into your life, and start moving, vibrating, changing. If you're not celebrating, that is not good for our energy of our society. Start celebrating. If you are Jewish, you are celebrating the belief that we can get past this antisemitism, right? Like, this anger and hate is not real. Like, something has to blow here. It is not real that there are people on the streets yelling, I hate you, you're a Jew, and it's okay. Like, how is that okay? How are we accepting that? I don't get this. It really does not make sense to me. I spend 30 years about mental health, and then people hate me for what reason? Because I have DNA. Not, not accepting it. If I see somebody, I talk to them about I am Jewish right away. Everywhere I go, I'm like, hello, I'm a Jew. Are you okay with that? They're like, no. Like, tell me, please. I need to know why. And then we have a conversation. Sometimes they're like, yes, I love Jews. Victor at the notary loved Jews. He told me a 10-minute story. And then there was Katie in line at Shoppers. She also, Asian, loves Jews. There are lots of people, they just don't know what to do. So I'm just spreading my love, and then they're like, I met a Jew that I loved, and they talk about me. That's what I seem to be able to do. That is my destiny. I am lucky to be alive. And I really invite you to share this with people around you and listen to this. This is a serious wake-up invitation to you to step into your disassociation and your mental health and start doing it differently. We are all not okay. Every one of us has anxiety and depression and stories and judgment and something— resentment, anger. Our world is creating that. It's making it, and the only way to make positivity is from inside. You are the only one who can make positivity. You are the only one that controls happy. It's only you. Nobody else can take it away or make it for you. It's just yours, and I know that in the life that I had, in the history. There was not a lot of joy to be found unless I made it, and boy did I make it. I chose adventure and fun and joy, and I am so lucky. Lucky. Someone once asked me if I was lucky, and I was like, how could I be lucky with that life that I was gifted and that cost me so much of my identity and my dreams? How do you call that lucky? And this is how I call that lucky. This is lucky to me at 53. Here we go. Are you ready? Oh boy, do I feel absolutely amazing in this moment. Hang on a second. This is important. Okay, here we go one more time. I'm gonna play with you a little bit. It is time to play, to let go of being an adult every day and remembering what it was like to be a kid. We need to play. We need to find some fun. This is really serious, and I'm going to tell you how lucky I am. It's going to be a little interesting. Here we're going. Okay, so first, coffee. Second, welcome to Shawna Lynne. I am a butterfly and I am growing. I am coming out of the cocoon and I— I'm coming out of the cocoon and I'm being true to me and all the identities that I want to own, all of them. I would like to be fun. And play all the time. That is what I like to do. It makes me feel good to have fun and be a kid. Adulting sucks, by the way. It absolutely sucks. The responsibility of all the things I have to do to stay healthy and happy, they suck. I don't want to do them. I would like to sit and play all day. I would like to Jump on my trampoline in the middle of my living room. That is fun for me. I'd rather do that than sit at a computer, wouldn't you? And then I sit at the computer every day staring at myself, telling people to listen to my words and try and do something that I say. That is what I do every day. I sit here like this and talk to people staring at myself. It has not been easy. And instead, I am so grateful. Instead of complaining, I am lucky. So as I turn into a butterfly and show you my identity, I can be anything I want to be every day. I have choice. Today I could be fun. Tomorrow I could be serious. On Wednesday I could be slutty. On Thursday I could be a librarian. On Friday I could be anything that I want to be. I could choose any identity. I love role-playing and dressing up and playing. I love shifting and moving and being dancing. I am lucky I like a lot of things. It has kept me young and fun and free, and I know how to play. Balancing life, work, and responsibility is the key. I'm living proof, and I'm lucky. Here is how I'm lucky. Think of me and my butterfly and all the freedom that I have now that I'm recognizing my luck. And shifting resentment and anger to a whole new perspective. I am lucky to be alive. There were days I didn't think I would make it. I'm lucky that I'm brave and try anything. I'm lucky that I have a personality that is pushy. Look what I did with it. I'm lucky to have had the opportunity to raise incredible children with unique disabilities. I'm lucky to have a healthy ego and let them be free and decide who they want to be. I'm lucky to have the logic and understanding to let them move away from their toxic family, including me. I'm lucky to have learned so much about parenting, letting go, shifting, respecting, and changing expectations as I watch them grow. I'm lucky to know self-development. I'm lucky to understand Human Design. I'm lucky to put it all together and understand that I did the best I can. Of course, people watched me do a lot of things no one else would do. I did the impossible. I'm lucky I achieved that, and I'm lucky I'm here to talk about it. I'm lucky My head is as clear as it is with all of the stories and decisions I made and the regret I could have for how it went. I don't do that. I'm lucky I stay in the present. I'm lucky I have a future. I'm lucky to have learned so much about mental health along the way that my ability in therapy is beyond anything. It could be. I'm lucky that when people are in front of me, we can fix it in minutes. I'm lucky to be able to do that with them and with me, to trust that energy. I'm so lucky. I'm so lucky for my intuition, medical and spiritual. I'm so lucky that I nurtured that. energy inside of me over the years, and I trusted it. I'm so lucky I could do that. I'm so lucky I realized I was smart before it was too late, and I keep trying to prove how smart I am to myself, which is why I'm doing my PhD, and I'm loving it. It's, it's, it's beautiful to my brain. I'm lucky that I came up with a theory right away that I'm excited to To nurture conflict, curiosity, and change. Everyone's in conflict. We need to be curious in order to activate change. Follow it through with any development or thought you have. It's simple. Get out of your own way. I'm so lucky to be able to be me over and over, making tons of mistakes until I find my true identity. I have no idea. All those years were not about me. I found pieces of me. Now I'm going to put them all together. So lucky to have had the opportunity to experience the history of trauma and tragedy. Joy and adventure, fun and play are so much more valuable and important to me. I'm so lucky I had a lot of happy. I'm so lucky I made a lot of happy. I found a lot of happy, and that there was a lot of happy moments in times when there was a lot of unhappy. I am lucky that I can celebrate everything and make things exciting. I am lucky that I still enjoy meeting people and learning to trust them. I am lucky that I can make friends and Anytime I want. I am lucky that I am more discerning and my friends are so special right now. It is a full feeling. I am so lucky that the empty is dissipating. I'm so lucky I could share pride with so many people. I'm so lucky I do not have envy anywhere in my system and that I celebrate everything that you do. I am so lucky I have pride for me and for you. I'm so lucky that my heart is able to care so much about people even though it has been hurt so much by people. I am lucky to still want to open up and be loved and love. I am lucky that that energy courses through me. I am lucky. I am so lucky that I am attractive and now I know it. I am so lucky that my head is healthy, and I'm lucky that even if I didn't feel it or my insecurity was bigger than it, that I used it to my benefit. I am lucky that I am cute and sexy and that some days I could be really ugly, and I am lucky that I honor every single part of me And I love every line, every piece of skin. I love every part of me. I am lucky that I got there before it was too late, and I am lucky that I'm honoring this body with discipline and routine so that it will take me on this future journey with grace and grit. Angel powers, you are in my heart every day. I am so lucky that I meet special people every day. Every day I meet someone special who's doing something special, and I am lucky to witness it. I am lucky to open conversations to get that information, to witness the special, and we both walk away more joyful, connecting on positive energy. I'm so lucky to have that. I'm so lucky I'm so strong and I have the discipline to honor it and work out consistently. I'm so lucky that I've had communities to support me. I'm lucky that I wake up in the morning feeling as full as I do, considering how empty I feel with all the people who left me or who are angry at me. There's still a whole spiral Of loving people who were really mean to me, and that I am lucky to have experienced that. Now I know what real friendship is and how people can treat you with pure acceptance and no judgment. I'm lucky to know that after not knowing that. I'm lucky I feel so satisfied from within And that my mind has learned to do that with me. I'm so lucky my inner critic, Trixie, was so tough. She kept me safe, and now she has let me free. I'm free every day. I have choice every day. Every day I can choose what I want to do. And it is my responsibility to be true to me first and then think of you. When I say something so strong in positivity, my body says stop. There's a tingle that goes through from my fingers to my toes and it goes breathe. And I do that. That was a breath of moment where I'm so lucky that I know that now. I'm lucky that I wake up in the morning feeling as full as I do, looking as good as I do. This is first thing at 6 o'clock. Like, wow, I must be doing something right if this is what I'm gifted. Considering how empty I feel with the— no, I'm so lucky. My inner critic. I'm so lucky to be Jewish. And have this incredible DNA inside me. I'm using it every day to tell people my story. I am lucky to have family, and I'm even luckier to be part of changing our generational history. My cousins and me, we have done differently than our parents, and we're letting go of the anger and resentment of all of their negativity. They were awful. They did an awful job. They were really mean and did not know about mental health, and we have a lot of it in our DNA. We also have genius, so nurture the genius and master the mental health, right? Grow with the genius and master the mental health. Master the mental health. Master it. Except as a person over 70 that You did not have emotional literacy. Your mode of communication is complaining and it is fucking annoying. And I am so lucky that I am able to say, stop complaining and tell me something good. I don't want to hear everything that's going wrong in your life. Share it with someone else who cares about the wrong. Tell me what you're doing. How was your day? Did anything happen that was good? Tell me how you're feeling good about your body. Check in with me. Don't complain. I am lucky I have the energy and interest in staying in touch with people who have come into my life and love me. I can travel and go visit them. I'm lucky that they want to have me because my positivity is intoxicating. I'm lucky to have friendships all over the world who invite me to stay because they like the fun I bring to their day. I'm lucky that people allow me to push them out of their comfort zone so they can change and grow with me. After spending a couple of days with me, something shifts in you. There's always a sense of I could do it, urgency, excitement. I shift your energy and your your I fish I fit blah. I shift, I disrupt your stuck, and I shift your emotions. It's a good thing. Enjoy it. Something good happens after it. I know. I witness it. If you reflect with me, you'd witness what I see. It's beautiful. I know I can hold the space of that without you even coming to tell me. The glow for me is that you are enjoying life with me and moving and doing, and I love that about you. I am lucky that I've accepted my role as a disruptor in the most spiritual way and help people get unstuck. See, I said that and I wrote it. I'm lucky to be loved so many different— by so many different people at different times in my life when I needed them. I'm so lucky to always find love and friendship during each one of my transitions. Every time I shift my life, my personality, my environment, there seems to be a man in love that comes with it that opens up my triggers and really invites me to look at myself differently. And try new businesses. Seems to be my pattern. So here's my pattern again. The pattern is there. It's not a bad one. I love love. I'm finding someone who matches my energy. That's what's important. I think I did that. We are going slow and it is really nice. We are glowing up together and letting go of toxic With true authenticity. And I say things that I hadn't felt free to say to other men before, and it is accepted on the other side in pure, like, yeah, of course that makes sense. I'm like, really? Yeah. If this happens and this happens, that's how you feel. Can we change that together? Like, yeah. And we do. So I am lucky to be able to find somebody who I think I'm falling in love with. I am lucky to feel so good to want to do that. I am lucky to have the strength to take the risk to put this place up for sale and change and move. I'm lucky to do that. It's a little scary. I am terrified and excited at the same time. I'm lucky to live in I am lucky to have new opportunities for business, and I am lucky to be sharing this with you. If there is something you want to do in this life, well, you would be lucky to come have a conversation with me, and I'd be lucky to have you do that. It would be my greatest honor to share in a transition, a transformation with you. And be able to feel the movement you're doing, and you feel the movement you're looking for, that you're yearning for, you're wanting. That would be glorious for both of us, and I'd be lucky to have that honor. I am lucky to have everything before me. I am lucky to be able to go touring with a band, with a man that I really Respect and admire, and who has shown me that I am so valuable. And I was able to integrate that energy from him and own it. He was the first person who fed back to me what I feed to others. That was my— one of my Geminis. And then this beautiful soul, Debbie. How lucky to find a best friend at 53 who witnesses me and loves me for everything that comes out of my mouth without any offense or ego. And the conversations we have had over the last year have been incredibly impactful for both of us. It is life transformation. She is becoming a psychotherapist, has changed her energy. Her children are moving and grooving. They are reaching their readiness to go out there and be secure. Watching her family and her has been the greatest honor. It is Glorious to be part of a vibration and movement so beautifully with someone who respects me and honors how smart I am every day, and I honor how smart she is. We are a match of brain and spirituality, strength and resilience, and wounded child consistently. Our inner critics have the best time. Debating. We're like, we did faith last night. Why don't we have faith? Where is faith missing? My faith is like ridiculously huge for no reason, and hers was like way down here for no reason. And we kind of put them in together into a healthy place. How do we check in and keep it neutral here? I'm not going to be here and she's not going to be there. We're just going to be here. Good decisions. How grateful! And in the morning, I started my day yesterday with my third Gemini. Seems Geminis are my people in this chapter. My third Gemini is my grounding, linear spiritual math. She keeps me grounded in what I'm doing with my money responsibly, responsibly, responsibly. She teaches me how to budget over and over. How to be aware of what's in front of me to organize myself with my ADHD. The opportunity cost of running a business with my ADHD is anxiety and depression. Running a business is anxiety and depression to me. I am a talker and a teacher. I would like to be in front of groups of people teaching about mental health. Can we find me that job somewhere or create it? Put me on a stage with Groups of people, and I can talk like this for hours about anything you need. I love mental health, and I am lucky to be able to talk about almost anything. Those experiences that have landed in front of me— my life experience is invaluable. You cannot put a price tag on it. I am here to share it with you. I am lucky enough to be outgoing. happy, energetic, and comfortable enough in this personality to talk about anything you want in positivity for change. I am not going to that negativity. There are so many therapists that love that. Go. I'ma fix it in the minute. Let's go. You want to know how to put your kids to bed and change your bedtime routine? So many kids sleep better because of me. Would you like to understand how to Shift your energy with your child so you can be on their level and be curious and ask them questions so they don't dysregulate and take tantrums. In a minute, I could fix that. You'd like to understand how to start working out? 5 minutes every hour. Start with 1. Again, a minute to fix it. Everything I do is a minute. Read Atomic Habits. It's exactly what it is. Look at Mel Robbins. Think about all those things you're not doing. Stop thinking and start doing. I'm the doing. I'm the doing person. I do, I do, I do a lot. I do a lot, a lot. My birthday weekend was Thursday night, Friday morning, Friday afternoon, Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Saturday night, Sunday morning, Sunday afternoon, Sunday night. And Monday morning, already moving and going till Tuesday night. And then Wednesday, Thursday, Friday will only be working, putting it all together and packing. And then on Saturday, I'm going touring on a tour bus for like 7 days in California with this incredible man on this amazing experience, looking like this, feeling like this, putting this up on the market, transitioning. It is time for something different. I have no idea what that is. And isn't that the best thing ever? Can you imagine feeling safe and secure enough to start again? You're scared to let your kids out. You're like micromanaging them and like doing things for them. Let them go. I could do what I do, no fear. I know how to self-regulate. I understand what I need to do to feed myself. in the fridge, in the cupboard, had a budget. I've just learned that my whole life. Do your children and yourself and your parents— do not take care of everyone. Let them be. Let them theory. It is brilliant. The next level is the activation. Come to me. That's where it is. It is knowing it It is feeling it. Now it is doing it. That is the scariest part of all. And I do it all the time. I change. I take risk all the time. I activate. I let them do what they want. Let them. I am letting me going on this tour, letting my heart open, letting this man love me, letting this man show me that I am as special and as amazing as I think I am. I can be that person. I am deserving. I am valuable. I am lucky enough to have let go of my limiting beliefs and stepped into my true authentic being. I am freaking awesome, beyond awesome. I have done incredible things, tried so hard in relationships to make them work, brought all my mental health to the table. Here's what's going to get in our way. Can we talk about it? Can we look at it? Can we put it on the table to bring up later? These are all the things we're going to need to do. It is true. If we're not going to look at them, they're going to come back and bite us in the ass. Tell me when that hasn't happened to you. Honestly, it's quite amazing, isn't it? And yet when that happens, everyone's angry. Not me. I'm like, oh, look what I didn't see. Ha! I wouldn't have known that. And now in this relationship, it's quite interesting. And with my friends and the people who surround me in my 360 circle now, there are about 6 special souls that I keep really close to my heart in this transformation of me. The movement of positivity are the only conversations I can have. Leaving negativity behind was really challenging. A lot of people in my life complain, and setting boundaries made them mad. They wanted to give me their opinion. I'm not ready. I don't want it. Thank you. No. They want to tell me all the things I'm doing wrong. Really? I know. Trust me, my brain goes over all the things I do wrong all the time. I don't need you in it. I'm good. I would like you to help me find the positive solution to what I'm going through so I could change it and not keep doing it. Thank you. I don't need you to point it out. I've been doing the same pattern over and over for 30 years, maybe 40. I'm good. Thank you. And every day I change it just a little bit. You know how I know? Look right now. Look at me. I can breathe through a nostril with a deviated septum and a mouth that is a mouth breather. I breathe with my— I sleep with my mouth open. There are lots of things that are wrong with this face. My insides are not put together properly. My speech is hard to find some days. My ears are sensitive to some things. My nose cannot breathe. My mouth cannot stay closed. My eyes are consistently holding the weight of the world. And there are things that I do every day to make sure that this face is honored. I am lucky. To be able to do that every day, I am lucky. I am lucky, and I make my own luck every day. I make positivity every morning. Positivity is man-made by me. I make it every day. You too could make your positivity if you let go of the negativity and the worry. Yesterday. Debbie and I talked about all the words that we don't like, that are limiting, the ones that stop our thinking from going in the direction of beautiful vibration and energy, like just or should. I'm worried. I'm not worried. I'm not worried. If you're not worried, Then you are worried. The vibration of worry. I am excited. That is my extreme until I get to neutral. I am not worried about anything. I am excited about what the future holds. I do not know what that is. Honestly, I do not. Time to stand. I have no idea what the future holds, but I'm a butterfly and I could fly and it doesn't matter. There is something in front of me, somebody who might need me, something I am called to do. What happened in the last 30 years was nothing that I knew before. So why would I think that I know what's in front of me now? Why would I hold any control of any of that? If everything that happened before was nothing I knew, then everything I know now is nothing I know. And if I don't know anything, I can't control anything. So I'm just gonna stand here. I need to show you my shoes. It's very important. So hard. They are gold ballerina slippers. They are my shoes of the summer, glittery and pretty, just like me. I could be that person. I could be anybody I want to be. I could be any identity I want to be, and I could change that every day. I have choice. And if you are in my life, you recognize that I have choice, that I take chances and risk, that I'm going to flow and glow and just be everything I want to be. And you— Ah, so much better. You can watch me. You could cheer me on. You can be next to me. You can come on the journey with me. The only thing you can't do is yell at me, judge me, or tell me what I'm doing wrong. Welcome for a conversation of, Shawna, have you thought about this? Have you thought about that? I would love to have that conversation with you. I'd love to think about all those things. If there is a place in this world where I am allowed, where I allow myself— no, where I create a place of safety where the people I choose do not yell at me. And if someone yells at me, I stand here calmly and I'm like, are you done taking your tantrum yet? Did you get all that out of your system? Thank you. Can we go back to the playground and share? Sharing and caring, not yelling and screaming or shaming, any of that stuff. Not necessary. If you are talking poorly to somebody and insulting them and putting them down, please stop. It's ugly. It's ugly. I don't want to hear it. I don't want to be around it. I don't want to see it. You don't need it. You want to make fun of me? By all means, make sure you love me first, then you can make fun of all the things. I am definitely comical. I do things that you could laugh at all day. As long as you're loving me and being proud of me and telling me that, you can laugh with me, at me. I'm okay. You can make fun of me all you want. I make fun of myself, and I love myself too. So I'm lucky to be here. I'm lucky to be with me. I'm lucky to be with you. If you are here with me, I'd be honored to walk you on this journey if that's something you want to do. I'm grateful for everything in front of me. Please stay with me. What is it? Subscribe, follow, all those things. Then I'm going to need a script to say— I'm going to like keep it somewhere. I'm probably tattoo it on my arm. Subscribe and follow for more advice. Fix it in a minute. Let's go. Any stage, any age, we can grow. We know this. Change is possible. I love it. I know you love it. Happy birthday to me. Happy birthday to you. If today's the day you're gonna start something new, maybe September 1st could be your new beginning, and we can do this every year ongoing. Maybe I'll put in the universe that next year I would like to be on a stage with— no, not a stage. I'd like to be in the middle of a circle with like 40 people around me, and I'd like to talk and move and kind of like stand in front of someone and feel their energy, answer a question, give some positivity. I'd like a circle of 40 sharing energy, sharing and caring, fix it in a minute. Who's going to organize that for me? That is something I am not interested in doing, but I am here if you would like to organize that for me. I am happy to be in the circle of sharing and caring, compassion, empathy. Cheerleading. I could be a cheerleader in the circle. Yeah, I don't want to stand on stage, that power, not for me. Teacher in a classroom. That's that idea for me. I want to do a course on mental health. I'm adulting in person. Well, you know what? I am doing that. I inviting you to New Track. New Track is at Dufferin and Steeles from September 20th, whatever that Monday is. I should know the date by now. ADHD. The Monday of the 23rd is Tuesday is Rosh Hashanah. So the Monday the 22nd or 21st again. Check it out. Do your own homework. That Monday at New Track at Dufferin and Steeles until December like 9th or 10th, 4 nights a week, maybe even Sundays. I'd like to add on the 5th. If you keep coming, I could do that from 6 to 9:30, 6 to 9. Again, we'll see how many people show up and how long we'll stay there. We are offering drop-in For $50, you drop in for the evening and there will be therapists there and students and like-minded healers. And we are having conversations of adulting and mental health. What do you want to know? What do you need? Modalities, questions and curiosity. Instead of technology, come use our brains, critical thinking. Come in person and talk to us about the things you're thinking. And And let's see if we can help you move a little bit with a limited cost, right? We can help you find things easier. We know things you don't know. And the collective of us, if we don't know it, we know someone who does. It's like networking for mental health, right? And this is not psychotherapy. This is a big group gathering. This is 2025. Making mental health matters, right? We need to do something and help each other. So this is my birthday wish, is that you would come visit me any of those days. Make sure I'm there those days. I have some other obligations. So if you're looking for me, just make sure you check in, maybe text or whatever. Find me, you know how to do that. I don't have to tell you that anymore. Or call there and see if I'm going to be there, whatever it is. Otherwise, there's going to be some beautiful other humans there. I have a great community of people that will be there. You'll see the list and the topics we talk about. Monday will be women. I think it was like 15 to 55. We're keeping it at that for now. Tuesday is menopause and hormones. Again, I think that's going to be like 25 to 65, 80 even. Again, whatever. I'm not aging it, but if you're in this conversation, you know your age. How's that? Maybe no ages, just the topic. Wednesday is men. So there's rooms for different men and different groups. Any questions they have about women, how to be, how to understand them, how to take care of themselves, maybe how to make a friend, how to find a hobby, how to retire. Men do not have people to talk to and they need someone to bounce things off. So with men, we're talking about resistance. Why are you stuck? Why is changing and things women tell you— why is it not working for you? Why are you still not doing it? I got— there was a fight with a man I had on Saturday night. He was sitting there telling me what to do. I'm like, stop, I don't need you to tell me what to do. But like, no boundary. He's like, and like, I just said I do not want that story told to me here and now. He's like, ah. Like, goodbye. Walk away. I'm not going to be part of you putting things on me without consent as a woman. Men and consent and resistance, that's what we're dealing with. We're dealing, we're talking to, we're talking with. See those words, right? For me, it's just like flows out of my mouth and people get attached to that word deal and they're like, look, that's not what we're doing. We're just shifting it, shifting. We're shifting everything. Shifting, changing, whatever you want to be shifting and changing. 3 days of pills, getting ready. Okay, now I have work to do before I go. I'm really excited about this transformation and everything that's happening, and I'm so grateful that you were here with me, that you stayed to the end of this or watched it in parts. Whatever you did, you can pull parts out. I'll do that real thing and opus with it after. Oh my God. I ate bread last night and I'm paying for it today. Antihistamine time. That's not true. It's the— now I take homeopathic stuff and aromatherapy. Another whole lesson in learning of what to do without Western meds. Thank you. Grateful for you. Grateful for me. Happy birthday to me. Happy birthday to you. If you're starting new today, maybe we'll celebrate again next year. Not maybe, we will celebrate next year all the changes we have made. Don't forget to track them, right? That's really important. Track your changes. You'll forget all the things you did. I have a whole series of videos of all these conversations with myself. I'd like to have them in person and not go back to those and re-record them and edit them. So, oh, okay, time to go. Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to you. I am so lucky. I hope you are too. Have a wonderful day. Do it in your way. Be anything you want to be. Be confident in being free. Take some chances. Take a risk on yourself, on others. Open your heart. Love a little bit, a little bit more. Be a little bit more. Be everything you want to be. You can do it. You know why? I believe in you, and I believe in me, and I'm living proof it's a possibility. Shawna Lynn at 53, fixing it in a minute. I like that one. And really happy today. Subscribe to all of those things, and if you're ready to start working with me, oh, you know where to find me. It'll be exciting.
