In this candid, first‑person monologue, Shawshana Lynne (Delulu Today) declares that she is finally committing to a personal brand and a structured self‑improvement system she calls the “5 Flip/5 Flow Reframe.” She reflects on decades of ADHD‑driven procrastination, past identities shaped by external expectations, and a long‑standing struggle to turn self‑development advice into daily reality. Shawna outlines a concrete daily regimen—one hour of exercise (including 30 minutes of high‑intensity cardio), disciplined nutrition with strict food boundaries, complete sobriety, and nightly meditation. She frames these habits as an embodiment of her “divine feminine,” a purposeful choice of personality, and a promise to her future self to stay physically active (cartwheels, hand‑stands, rollerblading, pickleball) well into old age. Throughout, she balances vulnerability (“terrified deep within”) with unapologetic pride, acknowledging past mistakes while expressing excitement and fear about this new chapter. The video serves both as a personal accountability pledge and an invitation for viewers to join her journey of disciplined self‑care, identity reclamation, and lifelong movement.

Hi, Shawna Lynne, absolutely terrified deep within. It's essential that I commit to a brand and start this incredible journey that I have been procrastinating for a very long time. I got sidetracked by many shiny things, always with my ADHD. And the vulnerability I am hoping to share to lead you on a journey of self-care. There's this place where we are not making good choices for our future selves, and we are going to be very sorry one day when we cannot move or play the way we want to, when we're finally ready to stop working and Things you want to do are not within your reach anymore. It's essential that we stop and pay attention. Every piece of self-development, every— all the research, the podcasts, they all tell you mindset, manifestation, self-care, exercise, nutrition. Get off the couch, do something, try anything. They tell you it's hard, they do, and they give you lots of advice for sure, but how do you take that advice and actually make it a reality every day? I don't know. I've been trying it for 30 years, and I do think that at this point right now at 52, I have put all of those lessons together to get where I'm going. I think I did it this time. And now is the fun stuff— sharing it with you. We're gonna go through my 5 Flip Program one step at a time, rebuilding my life, rebuilding all the pieces. I am deciding Who I want to be, because all the things of the past, I'm not sure I liked all of them. Some of them I became because of situations, and now I'm ready to choose my personality. I am free from the responsibilities of my past where I had a set of rules that needed to be followed in order to accomplish the goals I had for that decade. This decade is a whole lot different. This one, I am showing you exactly who I am, and that is scary for you and for me. It's scary for me because opening up and sharing all the vulnerability, but now sharing it a sense of pride and ego. I'm stepping into my divine feminine. I'm standing up with my smart brain, my incredible skill set, my ability to communicate, to repair relationships when I want to, my ability to stay in the uncomfortable place and grow, to evolve Every day and reflect on it in meditation every evening, where I choose to exercise daily to a total of 1 hour with 30 minutes of cardio with my heartbeat high, where I am choosing to eat healthy foods all day and actually feed my body properly. I've never been able to do I couldn't do that before. My disordered eating was ridiculous. It caused a lot of anxiety. This year, I have spent 11 weeks prepping to finally decide to step into my empowerment. I am awesome, and there is no apology for saying that. There's no ego. I'm not being cocky. I am really awesome. I take very good care of myself with a lot of discipline. I do. It's a hard job. It takes prep and planning and commitment and motivation. It is difficult, challenging. But I'm committed to doing cartwheels till I'm 100 and handstands and headstands, my rollerblades, pickleball, whatever it is. I don't want to ever stop moving. So I'm going to care for this shell the best that I can every day, committed and accountable to this person, my future self. That is hard work. It's annoying for people around me if they don't want to do it. That's your choice. No judgment. Just fuck yourself up. Go for it. If those are the choices you want to make, I'm not saying anything, but I'm going to be so excited for making my good choices all day. My boundaries around food are strong. When I eat out, I gained a pound. I don't want that pound. The food is not good enough for me to gain that pound. I Happily can stay home and eat crackers and cheese or a salad, fit into my clothes that I love with the body I honor, and feel absolutely fantastic. I do not miss alcohol. I do not miss french fries. I do not miss eating out. I love gelato and one chocolate square every night. Those are the things I love. I'm choosing what I love because I know what makes me feel good, and that is the only decision I want to make every day— how to feel good. There is a plan and a purpose. I know it. I've created it, reframed it. I'm living it. It is real. There are mistakes I made, of course, but now we're doing something else. This is a whole new chapter. How exciting! I'm excited and fucking scared out of my wits, but I love risk and I love adventure and I love new things, so let's do it. Jump in, here we go. Woo! Shawna Lynne, 5 Flow Reframe. Here we go. Set me free, I want to leave behind psychotherapy and just do life at its fullest.
