In this spoken‑word video, Shawna reflects on a recent walk and draws a confidence card titled “Just Watch Me.” She declares that if she felt confident she would bravely delete all her past videos, which she describes as steeped in despair and scarcity. Shawna then affirms a shift toward positivity, describing the physical sensations of breath, tingling fingertips, and a clear mind. She urges herself to stay in this state of clarity for the rest of the year, describing the experience as a third‑eye awakening, an open heart, and grounded feet that turn the impossible into an incredible story. She frames this transformation as the reward of a decade of self‑discovery and invites listeners to try the same breathing and letting‑go practice, encouraging them to be brave and experience similar clarity and happiness.

And now I came back from the walk and here I am sitting. The next card I picked was Just Watch Me, and it says, if you were feeling confident, what would you do? If I was feeling confident, I would be brave and erase all the videos that I have made up to date. They are all in the personality of despair, scarcity. Not enough uncertainty. All the bits and parts of me from the past had fear. Now just watch me. Watch out world, here you come. It's time to make your entrance, to leave your mark, to let yourself be seen and your presence known in positivity, in energy, with belief that we can be okay. I know everything is broken and negativity is surrounding us. I get it. I can walk in it every day. I'm going the other way. I am positivity. I'm thinking it, feeling it, breathing it, breathing it. Oh, when I say that, it's like my fingertips are tingling and I feel amazing. It is the climax of my mind, and without The energy of man, I am clear to think again. Stay here in clarity, Shawna. Don't go back to foggy. Stay in clarity for the rest of the year. Just watch me. What happens when I stay clear and true to me and use all my energy for me? That is a powerful place to be. And the first time I'm in it with my third eye feeling clear and ready, my throat comfortable in what I need to say, my heart open to the spontaneity of what comes next, and my feet grounded in the belief that once again the impossible is in front of me. And the impossible always becomes an incredible story. It has been so far. Why wouldn't I believe that it's going to be another one? I've developed and evolved and stepped into all the pain. What's ahead of me is going to be the reward of the hard work and a decade of self-discovery. What's next? Is going to be is what's next is amazing. I'm already here right now every day. I am I am bliss and happy. I am feeling settled. Do you want to feel that way too? It has really feel like you're breathing again in and out without. A blockage. Let's see if my nose feels the same way. Let's check in in a couple of days. Start breathing and thinking and letting go. Maybe you too can be brave.
