Working through another thought.

Shawna Lynne talks about fighting insecurity and exhaustion through daily acts of bravery and in-person connection. She suggests small daily actions that improve your mood, real-world community gatherings instead of isolation, and sharing energy to raise the group's vibration.

Are you insecure? Are you feeling down on yourself? Are you overwhelmed every day by all the things you need to do, the responsibility on your shoulders, the demands of your day, the energy it takes to go to work and do your job and match the energy of negativity from the middle management and for things just not working? Are you exhausted trying to take care of yourself and on that upward battle, walking up the hill and keep going down no matter how many steps you take? If you've been working towards something for a while, this card is an indication that your effort will pay off. We need to believe that. If others have doubts or underestimate you, this is a sign to keep going and trust yourself. Hardest place to be, trust me. I'm standing in it right now as a beacon of possibility. It is scary. I am terrified, and I am working on the bravery and the courage day by day to let go of the insecurity and be confident in the things I say. What would you do if you were truly confident? How would you hold yourself, and what would you say? I would tell you that there are So many ways you can be better, and I just like to show you one or two, walk you through it. Stop the resistance, see if you can change. If you can do it, trust me, we'll go a little farther, a little bit. I'll help you find the people to help you. Just let's do something collectively. It's— I'm getting tired of everyone being here, and let's like raise the vibration. I'll help you. I've got enough positivity for everyone to raise the vibration. I'll let you be. I'll keep moving, I'll come back to you, we'll go slowly. If you knew, if you knew it would work out, what would you do and how would you do it? Whatever the answers, do it. I personally would love to have a day, 4 hours, where we sit and talk about things like this, how to feel better and what's— how do we let go and share ideas over and over and over and see what everyone else is doing. I think collectively we have a lot of knowledge and it's getting interrupted by technology. We're forgetting to trust one another in reality. I'd like to bring back reality and intimacy of community and talking about our mental health. Support groups were the way I dealt with everything, and now they're harder and harder. They're online. We need to share energy in Reality. I know it's harder to get around, but it's worth it. Please trust me and try it with me. Don't waste your time worrying about what others might think or say. Don't look back. Keep your gaze straight ahead and let them watch on. Please, I implore you to start with something to make yourself feel better every day. Stop sitting in stuck and try and feel that you can do something to feel better every day. And every day you do that, the destiny in front of you will shift with clarity and ease, and responsibilities will be lifted, and your day will work way better than it does with resistance. Shawna Lynne. Believing that we can do it again, that we can build positivity in our energy.
