Tried Runway to envision my family in K-Pop Hunter outfits for Halloween.
In this video, the creator experiments with Runway ML to transform a family photograph into a set of 15 images where each family member is styled in K‑pop hunter outfits for Halloween. The workflow involved feeding the original family picture and reference images of the desired outfits into Runway, while leveraging ChatGPT to craft effective prompts. Initially, the model only altered the background, but later it began swapping clothing. Some outputs contained errors, such as the outfit reference being overlaid directly onto the son’s face or a missing leg in one image. The process consumed roughly 70 Runway credits. The creator concludes that, despite the glitches, one image turned out well: the son appears taller, the speaker looks slimmer, and the husband looks “pretty cool.”
