Hi, I'm Susan Sanji, here with Spa Sharing positive alternatives. Today we're going to talk about creating a Zen zone right here in your car. You think about how much time you actually commute and think about creating a spa like environment. Every day is a different day. Some days you may be headed for work where you need to create clarity and focus. But today is a special day. I have my grandchildren with me today and we just got done making their vision boards. For those of you that don't know, there is magic in creating a vision board. And a vision board is creating your intentions, your dreams, your desires, and your goals. So, Logan, what did you actually put on your vision board? And keeping it in the back seat is a great place because you get to see them every time you ride with grandma.
Well, when I grow up, I want to go to UCLA and I want to be an actress and I want to go to Italy again.
That sounds like a great intention. I'm glad you put that one on your vision board. And Hunter, what are some things that you want to do in the future? Well, I want to play basketball and go to North Carolina. Very good. So vision boys are really important to be able to put that information into our being so that we know what our intention is and how we can create that every day. You can create a different positive alternative by creating that. One of the little tips that I have found that works great for me is taking your normal CDs and actually putting your intention cards in it. Because some of those crazy mornings when you're running a little bit late, you need a little added inspiration so you can quickly just pull, pull a card, read the intention as you walk out the door. You may even want to keep your little wrap that has a little bit of lavender too. But it's been one of those really hectic days, so we're looking forward with our community to share their positive alternatives. What can you do to create your Zen zone on wheels in your serenity lounge? So if you could respond back to me, what are your favorite shared positive alternatives in creating your commute and drive time? Just a little bit with more spa serenity. I'll see you on the other side. It's spa talks.
