In this 5‑10 minute guided meditation, the speaker welcomes listeners with affirmations of worth and invites them to pause for self‑connection. The session begins with a series of deep, audible breaths and sighs to release tension. Listeners are then instructed to maintain their natural breathing while visualizing a past event they regret or feel uncomfortable about. The guide prompts them to identify the emotions the past‑self experienced (overwhelm, sadness, stress, etc.) and to ask what that younger self needed at the moment. Listeners then imagine providing that need—often a big hug, reassurance, a safe space to cry, or a supportive conversation—offering love, acceptance, and validation. After the imagined comfort is given, they are asked to say a final loving farewell, promising to revisit whenever needed. The meditation ends with repeated affirmations of love and an invitation to stay with the music for additional time, leaving the listener with a sense of peace and self‑compassion.

Hello, my lovely, amazing, beautiful people. This is some time for you because you are special, you are deserving. It's your time to take 5 or 10 minutes out of your day To just connect back inside with the amazing, special person that you are. We get so caught up in the busyness of everything. We need to take time out, as little as possible. I mean, as little time as you can carve away To just come back into self. So here we're going to take a big deep breath in and just let it out with a big audible sigh. Now do that again. Big breath in and a big audible sigh. Let all the tension out at once. Ah. If you're somewhere where you can't be noisy, you can do a quiet sigh. Let's do another big breath in... and a big breath out. One more time, big breath in, right down into your belly, big belly breath in. Hold at the top, hold, hold, hold, hold, hold, and release it out. Hopefully this is bringing you a bit more peace inside your body. Now we're going to do a little hack. Keep breathing at your original pace. And now I'm I'm going to teach you how to change events in your mind. I've used this practice a lot in my life. So you think back to a time when you don't like how you behaved. Or you don't like how something happened. And we're going to change the memory in our brain. So I want you to think of the memory that you would like to change into a positive one, and I'd like to see I would like you to visualize you at that time. And now I would like you from this time to go and ask you from that time what they really need. Are they feeling overwhelmed? Are they feeling stressed? Are they feeling sad? Sad. I want you to ask them what they were feeling in that time. And now I want present you to give them what they needed then, now, in your imagination. Do they need a hug? It's often a hug, a very big hug. Do they need reassurance? Do they need someone to tell them they're going to get through this and they're going to be okay? Whatever past you in the memory needs, I want present you to give them. Do they need to sit down and talk? Do they need to cry? Do they need a big hug and just cry it all out? Are they lost? Do they need reassurance? Take some time to ask them and spend time giving it to them. When they feel ready to let you go, give them one last enormous hug. Tell them, I love you, I see you, and I am here for you. I love you. When you're ready, you can let them go. Tell them you'll visit them whenever they need you. I'll leave the music playing if you need more time with them. I love you. I love you. I love you.
