Welcome, beautiful soul. This is your time, a space just for you. No expectations, no pressure, just a soft place to land. Before we begin, please make sure you're in a quiet, safe space where you won't be disturbed. This meditation is designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed emotional state. For your safety, please don't listen while driving or operating any machinery. Give yourself this time just for you, a moment to soften, to breathe, and to come home to yourself. We spend so much time taking care of others, being strong, holding it all together, and somewhere along the way we forgot to take care of ourselves in the same way. This meditation is your reminder to You are worthy of your own love. You deserve kindness, not just from others but from yourself. And even if self-love feels out of reach right now, we're just here to practice being a little more gentle with ourselves. There's no perfect way to do this. Just bring your breath, bring your heart, and let yourself soften one moment at a time. Now let's begin. Find a comfortable position. Either sitting or lying down, allow your body to settle, supported and relaxed. If it feels right, gently close your eyes or soften your gaze. Now bring awareness to your breath. No need to change it, just notice. Feel the inhale and the exhale.
Now let's take 3 deep breaths together.
Breathe in through your nose, gently filling your belly, and exhale through your mouth, releasing tension. Again, breathe in softness, And breathe out all the pressure and expectations. One more time, breathe in kindness and love, and exhale anything weighing you down. Now imagine a soft pink light above your head, gentle, warm, and nurturing. With each breath, feel it slowly flowing over you. Like a soft, warm pink cloud. Feel it move across your forehead, softening all the tension you are carrying. Feel as it gently flows down over your cheeks, then softly let your jaw relax, feeling warm and peaceful. Feel it continue into your neck, And shoulders, releasing all the tension, and let them drop slightly as you exhale. Let the pink cloud of warmth travel down your arms into your hands and And fingers. This soft pink light now moves into your chest, gathering at your heart space. Feel its warmth as it swirls around. Let it gently hold you here. Let yourself be soothed. Let this light continue down through through your belly, around your hips, into your legs, and finally let it travel down to your feet. You are held. You are safe. You are enough. Now imagine yourself walking through a quiet space. It might be a warm forest, a glowing garden, or a peaceful room filled with soft light. Somewhere that feels completely safe, completely yours. As you walk, you feel the ground steady beneath your feet. Each step helps you drop a little deeper into calm. A little deeper into your heart. Up ahead, there's a mirror, but not the kind you normally see. This mirror reflects more than just your face. It reflects your story, your strength, your softness, your soul. As you stand in front of it, Take a breath and really look. Notice what you see when there's no pressure to be anything. No judgment. No performance. No shoulds. Just you. Take a moment to really look into your own eyes. Gently soften your gaze. Can you see the courage it's taken to be here? Can you see the strength in your survival? The tenderness you've been carrying for so long? Now bring your hand to your heart. Let it rest there. Feel your own presence. Now begin to speak to yourself. Not as a critic, but as someone who is finally ready to come home to themselves. In your mind, whisper, I see you. I know it hasn't always been easy, but I'm here with you now. And you are worthy of love. Let those words echo gently through your body. Like ripples across a calm lake. Just plant the seed. Of love and kindness. Let them sit in your heart like a soft promise.
Breathe.
And just be with yourself here. There's nothing to fix, nothing to change. Just this moment. Just this kindness. As you rest here, bring to mind a version of yourself who once needed love. Maybe a younger you, or even who you were last week. Offer this version of you the same What would you say? What would you give her? Now speak this into your heart. I forgive myself for being hard on me. I am allowed to be both growing and enough. I offer myself the love I have been waiting for. Let these words land Let them settle. Let them feel soft, kind, and full of love. Now give Give the other version of you a great big hug and speak these words into your heart. I am kind to myself. I am worthy of my own love. I am enough, exactly as I am. I will leave the music running for a while, and when you are ready to return, bring this feeling of love and gentleness with you. You are safe. You are worthy, and you are allowed to meet yourself with compassion again and again and again and again.
