Day 10 - Living From Your Heart (in a 3D World)

In this solo workshop, Susie Taaffe guides listeners through applying spiritual concepts to everyday (3D) life. She begins by affirming the foundational truth that each person is created from divine source intelligence—pure, unconditional love. Building on this, she explains that any fear‑based or “unaligned” belief system (e.g., feeling not enough, self‑righteousness, shame) conflicts with that truth. She describes how such beliefs surface as emotional triggers when external information (a name, accusation, or situation) clashes with the ego’s protective narratives. Susie offers practical methods to recognize and transmute these beliefs: turning the accusation inward, journaling or verbal “dump” exercises, and asking where the same pattern appears in one’s own behavior. She references Neale Donald Walsch’s Conversations with God for deeper understanding of why we incarnated, and Debbie Ford’s The Dark Side of the Light Chasers for shadow‑integration work, emphasizing that integrating the “dark side” is the “magic key” to rapid transmutation. The session concludes with a simple mantra—“I am who I am and that is enough”—to be repeated three times each morning and night, reinforcing the core identity of pure source energy. Throughout, Susie’s tone is conversational, instructional, and supportive, encouraging listeners to experiment with these tools in their daily lives.

Hi, welcome to Susie Unshaped, day 10 of living from your heart in a 3D world. So wow, after yesterday's aha, like, I just want to say how amazing it is we've cut— I've got the God hands again today down here. Anyway, how amazing it is, but now it's practicing it In the 3D world. So that's like, we understand the concepts. So if you're new here and you haven't done days 1 through 9, we, um, have defined that one, we exist, and we know we exist because you're watching this and I'm speaking on here. So we exist. And if we exist, we are created from divine source intelligence, divine source energy, creator God. Universal energy, the universe, whatever you want to call it. If we exist, it is an absolute truth with no conditions attached that you are created from divine source intelligence. Like, that is a fact. And then we know that divine source intelligence Is just pure love. So if you exist, you are created by Divine Source Intelligence, which is pure love. So you are made up of the energy of pure, unconditional, absolute love. So like, it is unconditional. There are no conditions. None. There's no ifs, there's no buts, there's no maybes. So we have understood the theory of that. We understand the theory. And so then we've been working with unaligned belief systems. So anything that's popping up into your field, which you are actually projecting into your field, that does not align with that truth that you are Divine Source Intelligence, Divine Source Energy, Divine Source Creation, that you are pure love. Anything that does not tell you that, anything that's fear-based— I am not enough— that is not your truth. So I think we've done a good job at actually conceptually understanding this, but now it's like the— now it's putting it into practice in the 3D world. This is the part, like, it's very easy to understand the concepts, but now we're going to practice them. Hmm. So I think I did a meditation before this because I was like, but we know everything now. Like, what else can we talk about? There is always something more to know. We like— oh, as I love my darling Maureen would always say, come in with an I know nothing state. So I went into my meditation and said, tell me what I need to know. Tell me what I need to know. And it was like, now, like, we're gonna look at the nitty-gritty of the 3D applications. Like, how do I recognize an unaligned belief system? How do I, how do I, um, sit and look at the stories? Because it's like a process of unraveling a big knotty twisted ball of yarn, and you think you've got somewhere, and then another knot will pop up, and you think you're getting somewhere, and you've got to unravel that one over there, and then you think you're unraveled, and then you get another one over here. So... That is putting this living from our heart into practice in the 3D world. So, so I suppose I'd like to dig in a little bit to— and the reason why we're going to dig into these unaligned belief systems and how they might show up for you and how we can identify where the story has come from, because then that's going to help us in our 3D, in our, um, like timeline choosing frequency choices. Because if we understand where the unaligned belief systems come from, we're going to be able to transmute them so much faster. So it's going to— in our, um, creation of our choosing our frequency, choosing our frequency— this is going to just help those wobbles be transmuted into the love that they actually are much faster. So that's what I wanted to talk about. So I know I touched on— I can't remember what day it was— I touched on, um, Conversations with God, which is, um, by Neale Donald Walsch, and highly recommend it if you want to dig in really deeply into this, um, into seeing why we chose to come in this human form and, and to understand what, what we— like, the reason we chose here was to embody These theoretical, um, like, um, knowings, I suppose. We want to embody the, the knowing. So, so that's like, we wanted to experience, like I said, the face scanning, um, like all the facets of joy and pain and love and loss and suffering and like all the polarities. With one, there can't be the other. So we have to experience it in each facet. to understand and see the— and understand the whole. So that's what we've been doing in this human existence over the last eons of lifetimes that we've been doing this. Um, it was to embody the conceptual understanding of what we knew as Source Energy. So it was to embody the experiences of it. So in saying that, that's now why Um, that's where we need to now though unlink those experiences with— like, this is— we need to decouple 3D experiences from what our core essence is, which is pure love. So our entire lives— well, this lifetime that you're conscious of, but for eons of lifetimes, like This ego consciousness has let 3D information shape who we think we are. So, and a lot of that information is that you're not enough, that you're separate, that like we were, we were here. Like, I don't know if there's too many people that have a higher I am enough just as I am. In their buckets than they do with all the stories and proof that they're not enough. Maybe. Yeah, I don't know that many people— like, people might pretend that they do, but hiding behind the masks, etc. Because until you know your core essence of who you are— oh, maybe there are. I don't know. I just come from a world where most people I know do not at their core think that they are good enough. Maybe they are, I don't know. Comment if you know anyone that's like that, like truly like that. But anyway, we're all going to be like that in a second because we're going to keep practicing this and identifying when the— like where these unaligned belief systems. So I think I use the example of if you're a Martian and, um, someone comes like— well, no, you're not a Martian. Someone comes up to the street— ah, I can't speak. Someone comes running up to you in the street screaming, "Oh my God, you're a green Martian! I hate green Martians. What are you doing here? Go away. We don't like you here." And you're like, "God, what are they talking about? I'm not a green Martian." So you just completely you don't hook in, and it's this hook in that I want to discuss, like the attachment to something. So let's use the example of. You're a cheat, like you're cheating the system or something. Say someone called you a cheater, and when you know that you're not a cheater but you still get defensive— I know this isn't a good example, I don't think, because everyone's cheated. Like, we cheat on our— we cheat ourselves. Repeatedly. Every time we tell those lies to ourselves, we're cheating ourselves. So I need to actually— it's what I'm trying to say is we get an emotionally charged response if a 3D piece of information tells us we're something that we refuse to integrate. And we often refuse to integrate it In an ego way of protecting ourselves, because if we are that, the ego is telling us that we are bad, inherently bad, and not enough. So I think I butchered that massively, but that's the concept. It's that We have come here to experience all these polarities. So we have been the beggar and the queen. We have been the, the thief and the honest worker. Like, we have been all of these things so we could experience all these disparate different aspects, so we could integrate them to us. But that doesn't make them who we are. So Yes, you are the thief, but your your your core essence is pure love. I think I need to explain that. I don't like I'm really butchering this. But anyway, I'm going to keep muddling through in case one of these descriptions like makes you like go aha. Okay, I'm going to keep muddling through. Okay, for example, okay, um, there's actually a really good book if you. Want to do all like a book on this to actually really dig down and see all these parts of yourself. It's called The Dark Side of the Light Chasers by Debbie Ford, and it's about— I suppose it's, um, like it's experiencing what we perceive as our dark side, as our shadows, the bits that we think aren't worthy, that don't make us That don't make us, um, a good human. And so it's exploring and digging into the bits that you think are shameful and feel guilt about. And it's— this is the key. Like, this is the magic key. I am telling you right now, integrating the parts of yourself That you feel guilt, shame, any of those icky yucky feelings about integrating those parts of yourself is the magic key. And how we integrate those is we go back to our theory of that we are source energy because we exist. So we are pure love. So. Any of those stories that tell us we aren't are not who we are at our core essence, and so then we can transmute them. So we know the theory of that, but now we need to get into the weeds and actually, and actually see the patterns and see where we hook in and see where if someone calls you something, a name of some sort, if someone calls like You— something that you hook into, say it's a cheater. If you hook into that and like you get, I am not a cheater, like I am definitely not a cheater, that's not who I am, that is highlighting that there's an unaligned belief system there. And if you feel really strongly about it, that's just your ego trying to protect you, like a way to keep you safe in Making you think that you're safe. I don't— like, I've butchered that as well. Like, I'm really struggling through this to explain it, but the, the, the emotions you hook into the most are the ones you're not integrating into yourself. So if you feel something like, I am not— I am not a cheater, I don't cheat— you feel strongly about that. The 3D world exercise is to, well, maybe you are a cheater. And like, you'll be like, no, I'm not, I'm so honorable and I do not cheat. And it's like, but cheating comes in like many forms. Did you cheat yourself by lying to yourself about why you didn't speak up for yourself or something? Was that cheating yourself? Like cheating isn't necessarily in a negative. No, that's not even the right word. Like we are all aspects of everything. Like we are, we are all the us. Like we are the cheater. Like we have all cheated. We cheat ourselves on a regular basis when we lie to ourselves, which we do all the time, all the time. Like the lies you tell yourself will be the worst lies than you tell anyone else. So if we're lying to ourselves, we're cheating to ourselves, we're cheating on ourselves, aren't we? Every time you don't speak up for your core truth, like what actually you want, is cheating on yourself, is lying to yourself. It's also lying to the other people. So if people want to be like adamant on right self-righteousness, actually that's a good thing. Like if you feel self-righteous about something. Unaligned belief system, unaligned beliefs. It's a part of you. If you felt self-righteous, like, yes, I am so this, that is definitely a part of yourself you have not integrated. Whatever the flip side of this is, self-righteousness is a massive aha moment. Like, let that sink in. If you feel like that, it's just because you're trying to protect yourself. Like, we've been doing this as a method of survival, and we didn't know what we didn't know at the time. So I'm just trying to— this today has been a workshop. It's been a very clunky workshop in trying to integrate the 3D reality of this, but If something triggers you, like really triggers you, even if it triggers you a little bit, if it's only a little bit, it's going to be much easier to transmute. You're going to be able to see through it much quicker and much faster, and then it's unlikely to come up a lot more because they're just like, what's the point? You don't need to project that anymore. She's got that one. She's integrated that one. But the ones that really, like, really niggle at you, they're the ones that you need to just— Take a step back from— maybe write down, just do like a journal dump or a speaking dump. Maybe even you can trick yourself into showing you where you might have not integrated that part of you. Like, I am not a cheater. I like— like, I don't know, just try and have a verbal like, well, have you ever cheated on yourself? How about that? Let's just turn it inwards. Have you ever lied to yourself? That's a really— look, I just figured that one out whilst I was talking to you. Turn it inwards because we're self-righteous about doing it to others, but what do we do to ourselves? There we go. I think I nailed it. If you have a strong feeling I think I said this at the beginning, but now I'm just— do you see what I mean? Talking it through with you. I'm, I'm right there with you too at the moment, like step by step. But if you hook into something someone says, it means it's not an integrated part that you have integrated into yourself. This is a recap. So I want you to ask the question of whatever the emotion is Whatever the name they've called you, whatever the situation has brought up, and just ask yourself, where have I done that to myself? And that is where you're going to find the integration, in where you've done it to yourself. I'm not an angry person, I'm not angry. Where have you been angry with yourself? And see, when you can see that you are actually an angry person— we all lie, we all cheat, we all do everything because of the polarity. Like, we all do it all, every single thing. We all have those qualities in us, and it's only the shame we put around them and the guilt around these qualities And the self-righteousness, that's the part that's actually harming you. That's the part we need to integrate and love. So there we go. And actually, I'm going to link on here a little video I did actually for you yesterday down at the beach. It's a little mantra, and it's just 3 days in the morning and 3— not 3 days, say it 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night. I am who I am and that is enough. I am who I am and that is enough. Anyway, I— you're 3 times. I'm gonna link it here. I'm also going to make it a separate thing if you just want to have that. I did it with the ocean waves. I may put some music to it. It's only a minute long. A minute twice a day. I am who I am and that is enough. And we're just gonna remember Who we are. And the I Am is Source energy, pure Divine Source intelligence. I am who I am, and that is enough. And the Universal Divine Source intelligence, Universal energy, is enough because it is the everything and the nothing. Like, it is the all. Of course it's enough, and that's who you are. Okay, 3D world, big 3D world action steps today. Apologies for the bumbling along, but that's just the way I had to, um, process it in my brain. So I hope that it helps some people process it in theirs. Who knows if we'll revisit this again tomorrow, but let's see. Okay, love you, bye. Oh, okay, and the video's coming now. Bye. Hi, we're just going to do a little mantra that I want you to play morning and night. So just close your eyes, take a breath in, take a breath out. Now say softly to yourself, I am who I am and that is enough. I am Who I am, and that is enough. I am who I am, and that is enough. A few more breaths, and open your eyes.
