Day 12 - Living From Your Heart (in a 3D World)

In this Day 12 lesson of the "Living From Your Heart in a 3D World" series, the speaker recaps the foundational premise that every being is a creation of a divine source intelligence—a universal truth rooted in the heart. She explains that most of our mental programming consists of unaligned belief systems and stories that keep us feeling separate and imperfect. The core practice she introduces is cultivating moment‑to‑moment presence by deliberately slowing down and appreciating ordinary activities—showering, drinking coffee, watching hummingbirds or dolphins, even taking out the bins. She highlights how the constant "shoulds" and expectations (e.g., a tidy house, completing chores immediately) drive us into autopilot, draining inner peace. By pausing, taking a few deep breaths, and asking reflective questions (what truly supports my presence?), we can strike non‑essential tasks from our list, honor the feminine way of receiving, and make inner peace a non‑negotiable foundation. The speaker shares personal anecdotes, practical tips (short meditations before actions, savoring a 5‑minute coffee), and encourages listeners to use these small awareness hacks to break the busy‑trap, stay connected to the heart, and consciously co‑create a more joyful reality.

Hello, welcome to day 12 of Living from Our Heart in a 3D World. So to recap, if you're new here and haven't watched the other days, we have defined our truth, which is our heart truth, and we have aligned it with the fact that if we exist which we do because you're talking— I'm talking to you and you're watching me. If we exist, then we are a creation of divine source intelligence. That is an absolute fact. There is no, um, conditions on that. Like, if you exist, you are created by divine source intelligence, energy, God the Creator, whatever you want to call it. Everything In the entire universe is created from that same energy. So that is an absolute truth. That is our truth from our heart. And then what we've been doing is step 2, is seeing all the areas that our 3D brain wants to tell us, the stories, the unaligned belief systems, all the things that, that keep us trapped in this idea that we're separate and we're not all just the same connected energy. So anything that pops up in your field, in your 3D awareness, that says you are anything less than perfect and love is an unaligned belief system. And it needs to be examined. We can dig as far as you want to go into it, like where has it come from, if you need to understand it. I'm actually finding now, like it's only day 12, I'm finding now I'm just so much easier flick, flick, flick, transmuting those energies because now I know our truth. I know it like in the core of my being, like it is a truth I cannot unknow. Like, I cannot unknow it. So I'm finding it much easier now when things pop up in my reality to see where that's feeding the old story and the old unaligned belief systems. And then we also have touched on how awareness in our now moment, like how being present in our now moment creates our next now moment. And our next now moment, and our next now moment. So I really want to dig in. That's what I'm going to dig into today because that's what I noticed. That's the part of— for me personally, like as I said, I'm doing this with you at the same time. For me personally, if I'm not doing, I feel really wobbly. Like I feel like I can't be— I can't receive without doing. So this whole premise of the feminine way to receive, which is to actually relax and, and relax into your being with the knowing and the trust that everything that is aligned for you will just make its way to you, this concept Is a bit rocky in the 3D world for me. So today I just started to practice becoming aware of the small things. So like a shower. Normally I would just rush through my shower, like in and out, bang, done, probably 2 minutes. And today I was like, no, today I'm actually going to really appreciate shower. And I think that that's what I was doing yesterday with the— wasn't really a meditation, it was more like just a presence exercise at sunset. Like, I think just the noticing of the presence and the appreciation of the small things, like the small little things. Like, there was a hummingbird this morning. There's hummingbirds everywhere here. I absolutely love the hummingbirds. Like, just— and the appreciative watching it. It was playing in the palm trees and swinging on these funny vines, and I was just sitting there this morning. This was like really early. I decided to go and drink my coffee in this chair I've put in the front yard instead of just slurping it down and rushing around the kitchen whilst getting the kids ready for school. I was like, you know what, I'm just gonna pause. I probably was only out there for 3 minutes. Felt like 10. So just little things like that, that's what we've got to bring our awareness to. Like, enjoy your coffee for 3 minutes, sitting down somewhere and just appreciating the location that you're in. Like, I don't think it's going to make you late. And if you go to work without the dishwasher being unstacked, so be it. Like, I think it's all those shoulds. I need to have the house perfect before I leave. It's, it's really digging into which ones of those you actually need to do, because where are they sabotaging your ability to be present in the moment? Because you can have all, all the tidy houses in the world, but if you're just autopiloting through life, it's, it's irrelevant. Like, if you're not connected into your heart A tidy house means nothing. It's just another badge of honor to wear of all the doing that you're doing. I can promise you your heart is going to appreciate much more sitting out and watching the hummingbirds swing in the palm in the palm vines. That's what brings us joy. That's what lights us up. Well, that's that's my interpretation of it anyway. So. Drink your coffee slowly, or your tea, or whatever you have. Just pause. So I think that that's the unraveling today. It's to slow down. And I am 100% a million miles an hour person. Like, like, I used to wear it as a badge of honor how many things I can fit into one day. So much it would actually make your head spin when I like would write it out to a friend. So all the things that I'd done, it's just like And what was it for? For me, it was like this oh personal achievement. I'm a good girl because I've crammed so much into my day that it's not funny. But was I present for any of it? No, just down through the list. Da da da da da da da da bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang. And then you come back and you're exhausted and definitely on autopilot. And all you're probably doing is showing and bringing into your 3D awareness that you can cram so much into your day so you get more days like that and more. days like that and more days like that, just sending you further and further away from this true soul, heart essence and joy and blissful life experience because you can't even think straight. So yes, so I'm doing this with you at the moment. I had my coffee outside. I actually was present for my shower and actually enjoyed the water, like the hot water just running over my head. I just actually was really like, I didn't just rush through it. I went and actually had a coffee this morning down on the beach, and guess what appeared? Dolphins. And I mean so many dolphins you cannot imagine. Like, it was just amazing watching them. Like dolphin, like And just appreciate where you are. And like, I remember, like, back in Australia, and I would appreciate when I was taking the bins out because that— and this was a hack, a life hack— because I was really actually— how I went into the bins was like, oh my God, I gotta do the bins again. Oh, I'm all by myself, I gotta do the bins again. And so every time I would snap out of it because I knew what— like, that was like victim. I didn't want to be victim. It was so glaringly obvious. And so whenever I was taking the bins, I would always pick something in the surrounding nature, like, oh my God, I can smell the jasmines out early, or oh my God, look at the sun like steaming through those leaves. And I would always choose something that I was appreciating in that now moment because I'm not a victim. I have bins that I can take out, like I have a house that has bins that can go out. We had food that we could eat to In order for the bins needing to be taken out. So there's no need to be a victim in the taking out of the bins. I'm lucky and I should be appreciative. If I can't appreciate the bins, I can certainly appreciate what's around me at the time of taking out the bins. You must be going, oh my God, she is rambling today. And yes, but this is like, it's, it's a million little things that we now need to just like become aware of. Where is our attention? Where is our energy going on that? Are we present? Are we being aware of it? Or are we just autopiloting our way through? And then who knows, we could— it'll be, it'll be, it'll be June. We'll be like blinking, it's like June. We've missed half the year. That's how fast time is these days if we don't ground ourselves down into the present. Just take a few deep breaths into your heart space. Oh, like it feels so good. And I don't know about you, but yesterday, that like presence as the sun was setting, like I just feel like that was just so, so special. And I think I will do some more of them for you because that presence and appreciation of just the beauty around us, like taking the time And like, I think I was only there for 15 minutes. I wasn't there for a long time, maybe 20 minutes. It's not a long time when we have 24 hours in a day. It's not a long time at all. So give yourself that 5 minutes for the cup of tea or coffee. Give yourself the 5 minutes to be present in the shower. Like, a 5-minute shower is really long. Well, coming from me that's used to like zooming through it in a minute like Speed Racer. How quickly can you get in and out? Just slow everything right down. And I know it's so easy to get into the busy trap, like the busy trap with all the shoulds, but what, what can you strike off your should list, e.g., unpacking the dishwasher In order to buy yourself a few moments of peace, to be in the now moment, to stay in the present. Like, is there some things on your list that are only shoulds? Like, why do you need to unpack the dishwasher? It'll eventually get unpacked. Does it need to be done then? Like, where have these belief systems that that has to be done when we're used to doing it come from? Why can't you just take 3 minutes to drink your coffee outside in the morning or somewhere peaceful. I think it's like, that's the part that I really want you guys to look at now. And because I'm looking at it for myself, it's like, where am I doing tasks that are getting in the way of my presence and for— and, and my ability to be appreciative and, and in gratitude? Where am I Like front-loading expectations on myself that's blocking my peace. It's like auto— like, it's like these things are conditioned. It's autopilot. It's like, do you know what? The beds aren't made. Well, they're not made. Like, who says the beds have to be made if it's getting in the way of your peace? Like, eventually they'll get made, or they may not, and they sleep in them unmade. Like, I think it's just these expectations we have of ourselves that we need to just really identify. Are they ruining our peace? And what are they giving us in return? A sense of satisfaction that a bed is made? Yes, I love a neat and tidy house, but at— but not at the sacrifice to my own, like, inner peace. It will eventually get tidy, do you know what I mean? But if tidying it 50 times a day is going to take every spare ounce of the time that you have for yourself, I say just let it be a bit messy. Like, the clothes eventually— like, you eventually will do a sweep around and wash, do the washing, and you will eventually put the washing away. Like, it happens. But do you see what, like, I'm trying to get at? And this is for me as much as it is for you. Like, let's carve out those little bits of time for ourselves. And as I said, it's like a 2% investment at the beginning just to bring our awareness to what we're doing in the present. Just like give myself that split second to just center. And say, like, we have a late basketball training tonight, so we don't even get home till like 9 PM. So maybe before I go to the basketball training, could I do a little meditation, a 20-minute meditation or something that will recharge my batteries so I'm not dragging myself in at 9 o'clock? Like, what can I do beforehand to support myself being present in the 3D activity that I've committed to for my daughter. Like, how can I support myself to stay present in that moment? Is it by having a little rest before I go? Like, this is all questions that you need to ask yourself. Like, how can you support you in each little 3D moment so that we're not automatically on autopilot and that we're really living from our heart space? And just breathe. Always just breathe. And even just giving ourselves like that a few moments before any decision, just breathe into it. You know what I mean? Just learning to connect inside. Breathe in like a couple of deep breaths and Then make the decision. Just practice it. Or, okay, I'm going to have my shower now. A few, couple of deep breaths before I hop in, and then just be present in the shower and notice how good the water feels. Like, it feels so good when you just notice it. Like, it's so simple instead of zooming and rushing through it. Like, I don't know. Anyway, that's what I'm playing with today. It's just slowing down. Let's just slow down and be aware of where our energy is so that we can actually stay in the present and then choose our next now moment and choose our next now moment from an aware Like aware place, an aware presence full of appreciation and gratitude. And this is how we're going to like dream our most amazing realities into existence, because we're not just moving through on autopilot. So I hope I haven't lost you today. I'm gonna link in the, um, You know, the suggested videos after this. I'm going to link that yesterday's presence meditation into that just because I think just sort of with your eyes slightly just not even closed, just relax and just watching it and letting the words wash over you to remind you of how amazing you are whenever you need a reminder. And they always say like, I'm too busy to meditate. Whenever you say I'm too busy to do But that is exactly when you need to. So if you're too busy to take five seconds to drink your not five seconds three minutes to drink your coffee somewhere nice and peaceful or to appreciate your shower, then you got to get some stuff off the to-do list. Some of the shoulds, some of the invisible expectations that you've put on yourself. What can you? What can you strike off in order to bring back some of your inner peace? That's the role. That's the, that's the what we're digging into today. What, what is a non-negotiable? Inner peace should be our non-negotiable. Inner peace should be our non-negotiable. And anything that gets in the way of that, it needs to go further down the list, potentially even struck off for that day, because we've really got to anchor into this present moment. And that's what I'm working on. So I hope you are too. I love you lots. Happy day 12. Bye.
