Day 14 - Living From Your Heart (in a 3D World)

In this 14‑day wellness vlog, the host opens with a sunrise beach scene and introduces a short "presence ritual" – a guided visualisation of waves, golden warm energy, and heart‑centred grounding. She reflects on a YouTube short that taught that we already embody the vibration of our highest timeline, but that autopilot rushing blocks us from receiving our desires. The speaker links presence to self‑worth, arguing that choosing oneself is not selfish but essential, likening it to putting on an oxygen mask first. She critiques the "shoulds" that drive constant rushing, referencing the concept of "Rushing Woman Syndrome" as a cultural pattern that steals joy. Practical examples illustrate how slowing down (e.g., savoring a shower, postponing dishes) creates mental clarity and better service to others. She offers a simple mantra – "I am who I am and that is enough" – to repeat three times morning and night, reinforcing identity as a divine creation of pure love and universal source energy. The video concludes with a call to reclaim presence in every moment, emphasizing that the now is the only reality and urging viewers to stop living on autopilot.

Good morning, welcome to day 14. I won't do the whole video from here, but I just wanted you to see the magic that I have woken up early and come down to enjoy. Look at the sun, look at the sky, like, just look at the magic. It is really all around us at all times. Like, life is beautiful. And life is just so magical. So I wanted this to be our intro for today so you can just see the beauty that is around you. And yes, this is particularly spectacular, but just notice like the trees and the birds chirping, or the birds playing in the trees like they're singing. Like you can find beauty in almost anything, even in a concrete jungle. Just change the perspective. Look up. Up. Look up and around. Okay, I'm going to finish this. We're going back to the couch today because I really liked that format yesterday. Love you lots. See you on the couch. Okay, welcome back to the couch. Day 14, living from your heart in a 3D world. So, We opened this morning at the beach. It was so beautiful and so stunning. I actually recorded just a presence— it's not a meditation, it's more like a presence ritual to help us just like ground into like our hearts, to center into our hearts and just be aware of the present moment. So— I was thinking it's because it's a YouTube. I won't add it on to the end of this video, but I'll put it at the suggested videos, and I'll put the link to it in the description because it's just like watching the waves roll in at that sort of sunrise, twilight lighting. It's just so stunning. Like, I think play it on a big-screen TV and just sit there and just watch the lighting. And the waves. And just here I've got some just gentle voice suggestions to think about, like, your body, like, glowing with beautiful, like, golden warm energy, and just, like, center down into yourself and your heart. And I think I am going to dig into presence a little bit here today because it's actually funny, I was listening to a YouTube Short this morning and it was like, um, We, like, as in, you know, manifestation, it's like, be the vibration of what you— your ultimate desire is. And it's like, no, you already are the vibration. We already are the vibration of our highest timeline. We just have some blocks in front of it, um, and that is blocking our highest and our biggest, most desires from coming to us. And the thing I heard this morning was, if you're not present and your greatest, like, highest timeline desire comes to knock on your door to deliver you what you have manifested and desire so much in your heart, if you're not there, how can they deliver it? And that was just like a, ooh, okay, yes. If I'm not there, how can I receive? What it is my heart truly desires. Because we're on autopilot. We've gone somewhere else. We have gone somewhere else. We are not home. So I know presence, awareness, just taking that split second. And I think, like, if I want to dig into it a little bit more— saying dig in a lot, I hope it doesn't annoy anyone. Being aware and in presence is actually a self-worth thing. It is putting yourself above all the tasks and the shoulds and the busyness. Sorry about that. I had to— my screensaver was just cutting in and making the video go black. So Courtney from the Divinely Aligned channel, Channel Zero, and she is always guiding us to choose ourselves, put ourselves first, choose you, choose you in each now moment, choose you, what lights you up, what brings you joy. And yesterday she said, like, we feel like choosing ourselves is selfish, like it's a self-worth thing. Like it's selfish to choose you. And then she flipped it and said, but if you choose you repeatedly and take care of all of your own needs, you've filled your cup up. Like, you are good to go. Like, that is nearly the least selfish thing you can possibly do because then you're like, you're vibrant and full of joy and able to help others. It's a little bit like the oxygen mask. Fit your oxygen mask first so then you can help others. Like, choose you repeatedly. Look after all your own needs. If you need nothing from anybody else, that puts you in the perfect place to be able to give to others by you being full. So like, it's just a perspective shift, really. Like, that was— that's a pretty simple perspective shift. It's actually selfish to not choose you and to not put your own self first and choose your joy and choose what lights you up and choose— just choose you. So, like, that's what I've been, like, looking at. It's like, why don't I deserve to actually enjoy my 3-minute shower instead of rushing through a 90-second shower? So I can tick it off the list and keep going to the things. Like, if I'm present and enjoy it and double the length of it, it might actually save me time because then I'm like centered and in a nice grounded place. My brain is not manic. I can think more clearly. I can do my next tasks quite aware with presence. And Just that is going to actually be more beneficial to myself and to everyone else involved than rushing through that to get the next thing. Like, I'm going to be a much nicer person if I've enjoyed myself and been present and felt the beautiful, like, warm, like, water running down my back. Like, it— when you appreciate a shower and don't rush through it, Mm-hmm. It's amazing. I know, like, I know this stuff seems really simple, but it's just giving yourself the split. Like, what is— I was saying 2%, it's probably a 1% of extra energy into a task to bring your awareness into the presence and then feel the appreciation for the task and I know for me, and I think this goes for a lot of other women, is if we get rushed, we do not behave very well. Rushing is like the killer of presence. So I want to propose to you that— where are you rushing? And denying yourself of being in the joy and the now and the presence. And do you need to be rushing? Like, is it just shoulds? Is it a basket full of shoulds that have you rushing? Like, I know I've covered this already, but I think the shoulds, we gotta throw them out. No, I think we do. We gotta throw the shoulds out. So, oh, just breathe. Like, maybe you go to work or drop the kids to school and the dishwasher hasn't been unpacked and the sink is full of dirty dishes, but you had that 3-minute shower and you really enjoyed it. And then you get in the car to drop the kids to school and you're feeling good because you've given yourself some presence and some peace. You put on some fun music, off you go. Like, you deserve that. The dishes will wait. I promise you, they're not going to go anywhere. I promise. And then later on, at some point in the day, you'll be doing something else and it will carve out a window for you to do the dishwasher and put the dishes in there. It will just— the time will pop up. We've got to reevaluate this list of expectations we have on ourselves that is robbing us of our presence and our joy and enjoying the moment. Maybe you don't make your bed today. Maybe you don't make it tomorrow. Maybe you make it before you get back in it. I don't know. Like sometimes you've just got to breathe. Breathe and just cut yourself some slack. Do you know what I mean? Just cut yourself some slack. And just breathe and be present. Like, and I know if you haven't watched any of our other videos, you'd be like, what is this girl going on about? Because I haven't done my daily recap, which I normally always do first up. But maybe today is just all about presence. And the fact that you are worthy of your own presence and the space that that takes up. That is what today is about. It is about your worthiness. So yesterday we talked about all the signs that we get told that we are not enough. And that is completely linked to our self-worth. If we have all of those signs and signals and messages that we are not enough stored in our subconscious filing system, it can feel really uncomfortable when you start saying, no, I am actually enough, and I am worthy of that extra time I'm going to allow myself so that I can be in presence with myself. And then allow the joy and the appreciation of the moment to flood my body and my soul. I am worthy of that. The book that's coming to mind is Rushing Woman Syndrome. I haven't actually read it, but it's obviously a thing, and it robs us of our joy and our presence because the only thing that exists is this now moment, is the only thing that is real. So rushing through it, you are devoiding yourself of living. Living is being in the now and not on autopilot, being in the now and feeling worthy, feeling worthy. Just going to say that, just feeling worthy. And we feel worthy when we start looking at all the messaging saying we are not enough and call BS on it. We're calling BS on it. I am not that. I am enough and I am worthy. And I did record a little mantra the other day and I'm going to repeat it today. Just say this, maybe write it in lipstick on your mirror in your bathroom. I am who I am and that is enough. I am who I am and that is enough. I am who I am and that is enough. 3 times in the morning and 3 times at night before you go to bed and when you wake up. That is who you are. You are, we are who we are, and that is enough. Exactly. No performance, no conditions. And then we'll go back now, we'll do the quick recap. Number 1, we have proved we exist. Because I'm talking to you and you're watching me. So, that's a fact. Number 2, if we exist, then we are created out of divine source energy, source intelligence, God the Creator, like, whatever you want to call it. We are all created from that same energy. That is a fact because everything is created from that same energy. And that energy is created from— or it's not created from, it just is pure love. So the energy you are created from is just— is pure love. And any story or belief system that is telling you that I am not enough E.g., I am not smart enough. I am not fast enough. I am not clever enough. I am not skinny enough. I am not, you know, whatever it is, put in your dot dot dot. I am not dot dot dot enough. All of those information things projecting into your life coming at you are not your truth. Your truth is you are a creation of the divine. You are like universal source intelligence. You are magic, like pure magic. You are the sunset, the beautiful sunrise. You are the stars, the moon. Like, you are the galaxy. You are everything is created from this same energy. And that is your truth. So now can you see why you are enough? And I am who I am, and that is enough. Like, you are the divine. You are like universal source energy. Like, that is enough because it is everything. It is all-encompassing, and it stems from pure love. So we are going to work on these patterns that are telling us that we are not enough, and we are going to claim our self-worth and our space. Reclaim back your space in the present moment, in the now, because you are so deserving to be in your joy and your bliss and your Creation. And, you know, like when you're in a good mood, like your presence, like you're just bouncing along. Like, you deserve that 1% split-second, split-second of awareness to say, I am having— I am not going to unpack the dishwasher, and I'm having my 3-minute shower, and I am going to appreciate it and love it and enjoy it. And then I'm going to leave the dishes in the sink, and I'm going to skip off to take the kids to school, and we're going to play some fun music, and I'm going to appreciate how fabulous it is that I get to drive the sun's out, like, driving my kids, listening to them chatter and laugh. Like, how lucky am I? How amazing is this? And just skip through life in that appreciation. Because it is magic. Every moment is magic. And the now moment is all that is real. So stop sleeping through it on autopilot. No more sleeping through it. Okay, so I'm going to link the presence ritual, just, which is just a beautiful sunrise light. And I say a few things and there's some beautiful music. Just put it on your screen and just be present with yourself and feel your body glowing in love and peace and like, oh, that gorgeous energy. And let's start choosing our each now moment from this place of magic. Okay, I love you lots. Um, Yeah, I just love you and you're amazing. Like, you are, you are a creation of the divine. You are divinity incarnate. Okay, love you. Bye.
