In this guided meditation, the narrator leads the listener through a series of calming practices designed to foster presence, self‑compassion, and inner peace. The session begins with paced deep breathing and a gentle gaze toward the horizon, encouraging the listener to relax and let go of external concerns. A warm, glowing sensation is visualized spreading from the heart throughout the body, releasing tension in the limbs, neck, and head. The listener then repeats a series of affirmations—“I am safe, I am secure, I am supported…”—to reinforce feelings of safety and worth. The meditation concludes with a gentle re‑orientation: wiggling toes and fingers, returning awareness to the body, and carrying the cultivated sense of calm into the day, accompanied by a reminder of the listener’s inherent value and divinity.
