Day 19 - Living From Your Heart (in a 3D World)

In this 33‑minute YouTube episode, Susie Taaffe leads the 19th day of her "Living From Your Heart" challenge. She opens with a brief breathing exercise, urging viewers to return to the breath whenever they feel panicked or on autopilot. She frames the present moment as the only reality and invites listeners to contemplate what they would do if today were their last day, encouraging a bucket‑list mindset. Susie then shifts to the themes of regret, forgiveness, and anger, using the metaphor of a heavy emotional “backpack” that we carry for others. She argues that forgiving others is ultimately an act of self‑care, releasing weight that blocks joy and creativity. Throughout, she weaves references to the movies City of Angels and Avatar to illustrate the idea that humans are divine creations, interconnected like a mycelial network, and that our souls incarnate to experience embodiment. She emphasizes that each person is a 1‑in‑400‑trillion miracle, a spark of universal source energy, and therefore worthy and perfect. The episode concludes with a call to play a 33‑minute sunrise‑ocean affirmation loop (linked in the description) to reinforce self‑worth, love, and the practice of sending love to those we need to forgive. The overall tone is meditative, encouraging, and affirming, aiming to help viewers release emotional burdens, choose love and joy, and remember their divine nature.

Hello, welcome to day 19 of Living from Your Heart in a 3D World. I'm Susie and this is my channel where I would like to unshape— which is why it's called Susie Unshaped— unshape all of the belief systems and programs and stories that you've been told and have stored down in that subconscious filing cabinet That you are not enough. So, how do we do that? Well, this is day 19 of our challenge, and I started this challenge originally to actually make myself accountable to start remembering to breathe, remembering who I am, remembering what the point of all of this is. Just remembering how amazing and how special you are. And it's Day 19, and I can— like, we have had so many aha moments, like, you just can't even imagine in 19 days. Like, I think around Day 8, 9, 10, we're really getting some big— like, it all clicked into place. And then by Day 15— Day 15's excellent. If you haven't watched it, I'd watch that because It's from— it's using the City of Angels. And that movie is so good because it's showing you the perspective of living as a human down here on Earth from an angel's perspective. So what can be more divine than an angel? Do you know what I mean? Um, so anyway, I just love that episode, and I've been going back and watching the episodes. That I've recorded, and like each time I'm like, ah, yes, I love that, I love that. So anyway, here we are. Take a deep breath in. Ah, let it all out. Another deep breath in and let it all out. Oh, so breathing. Come back to your breath whenever you feel panicked or Notice you've gone into autopilot, just come back into your breath. And just that split second of awareness, that's what we're trying to catch. Just that split second of awareness so that you can stay in your present, that you can stay in the now, that you can be aware of this now moment because we now know this now moment is all that exists. The past is gone. Like, it doesn't exist. And the future is just a figment of your imagination, is all the future is. Right now, this present moment is all that exists. So choose each present moment nearly like if it was your last. Like, I do remember this exercise I did with beautiful Maureen. And she had one of her breathe sessions, and she got us to sit there and write down, what would you do if it was your last day on Earth? Like, what would you do? Write it down. Pause this video. Take 5 seconds to sit there and just think about what are the things you treasure most in this world. Like, what— What are they? What do you treasure most in this world? And then do that. And then do that. Do you know what I mean? Fill your life with that. Fill your life every day. Like, if I had finite time to experience things in this world, what do I want to experience? Like, Bring that bucket list forward. Start ticking things off. Like that, that is it. That's what we're here to do. Like we are souls that have come down from— we haven't come down, down it feels like down, but it's not. We have incarnated in these human bodies, and these human bodies allow our souls to have a human experience. And as I touched on in City of Angels, Angels and the divine realm and universal energy, it understands things conceptually, but it can't feel it like a human body can feel it. Like, it can't embody that knowledge. And that is what we're here to do. We have been embodying this knowledge for eons and eons and eons. Like, you name it, you've probably done it. And now is the time where we get to choose what We want to embody. Like, choose the love, choose the joy, choose bliss, choose whatever it is. Like, if you only had that last amount of time here, what would be the things you would choose? Like, or what do you feel like you've missed? Like, that's what I want you to think about. What, what Are there any regrets that you have? And if you have those regrets, are they something that you can rectify like right now? I didn't know I was going to go here today. I didn't know that this is where today was headed. But, and it's an interesting thing, regrets. Like, imagine And if we don't want to be so morbid about this is today is our last day, imagine you're on— it's your, like, your, your 80-year-old self. What would your 80-year-old self come back and tell you now? Like, fast forward, even though there is no future, but I want you to look back on you with that higher perspective. Like, if you could look down at yourself or have a conversation with yourself, Once you have all that wisdom and you're towards the end of life, like, what are the things that you would tell yourself to worry less about, and what are the things that you would tell yourself to do more of? Oh gosh, and now we're in regrets. We're going to get into forgiveness too. Okay, I had not thought we were going to go here, but forgiveness and regrets is the topic for Day 19. I suppose we can throw in anger as well. Just take a breath. Take a breath. So, I suppose regrets and forgiveness do kind of go hand in hand. Like, if you regret not having done something that you're in control of, That's an easy fix. If you're in control of it, you can put things in action to make it happen. Especially now with— I don't know where this came from, but with VR or something, I'm sure you could— if you wanted to bungee jump or skydive or something, cliff base jump, I'm sure you could get VR goggles now that actually put you into that position, even if you physically couldn't do the actual thing. I don't know where that came from, but anyway. We may as well use technology for To its utmost. But no, I want to talk about regrets and forgiveness. And is there someone in your life that you would regret not forgiving for yourself? Now, that's something about forgiveness. Forgiveness, you forgive another person In order to forgive yourself. Carrying on to the anger or the hurt or the frustration with another person is not doing you and your heart any favors. Like, we're talking about the backpack, the backpack of shoulds and expectations. Well, When you're carrying on to that anger or hurt or sadness or whatever it is that you're feeling, that is more weight on your back. The other person is not carrying that for you. In fact, it's potential that they're— potentially they're totally unaware of it. So you're carrying that. So The forgiveness for another person, for those emotions that you're carrying around in your backpack, which is heavy. The gift is to yourself. So just breathe into that. We will forgive others because by their forgive forgiving them, we. Allow ourselves to take off the burden. Like, just let it go. It's heavy. Like, would you, if it was your last day today, would you bother? Would you bother this with your space and energy to be harboring those resentments and angers? Like, you would be pushing them to the side so quickly. You'd be like, I don't have time for you. Kick you out of bed. You would kick them out of bed like that, and you would bring into bed all the things that brought you joy. And I'm gonna cry. Like, all the things that light you up. And like, that is what you would fill your life with. You would, you would let go of them so quickly. So let's just fast forward to that point now, and let's just kick them out of bed. The forgiveness is for you because that stuff's just too heavy to carry around. And if you're carrying that around and it's occupying your space, there's no room for, like, to create and play and joy. Like, we've got to dump that stuff. It is heavy. Get it off our back. Like, get it off. I don't want to carry it anymore. I'm not carrying it. I am not carrying it, and I'm not carrying it for me because I am choosing me, and I am choosing my love for myself over anything else. I am choosing my love for myself, and that I only want to bring into my space That which brings me joy and calm and peace. So we just, we've got to thank ourselves. Like, we didn't know any differently. Like, we have been doing the best that we can. You have been doing the best that you can with what you know at the time. Like, we can only be where we're at. And you don't know what you don't know. But now we do know. Number 1, we exist. So we're having this conversation, and by definition of non-existence is that something does not exist, and we do exist because we're right here. So number 1, we exist. Number 2, because we exist, we are a creation from the divine. Like, universal source energy, God, whatever you want to call it, that is what you are created— that is your soul essence— comes from the same energy, as does everyone else's. And I don't think we need to get into the weeds of why we have conflict With people, we might touch on it slightly, but people are just a mirror for us. They are a mirror to to reflect back to us the parts of ourselves where we don't feel whole and aligned, and like our full self. So that's why. If we forgive the others, we forgive ourselves. Any aspect about them that we have projected onto ourselves, so we can look at it to heal it. Because now we know our truth. Now we know our truth. Our truth is you are creation from the divine. The fact that you're here on earth right now. Is a 1 in 400 trillion chance biologically for you to actually be here right now. So if that's not a miracle in itself, I don't know what is. But you are a divine creation of God, from the universe. We all are divine creations, every single one of us, and we are not separate. We are all the same energy. Like Avatar. I know I keep banging on about that movie Avatar, but if you haven't seen it, please watch it, because the way they interact with the energy of the planet and the, and the Earth and each other and the animals, and they know they're all connected by the same life force energy. They know you hurt one, you hurt yourself. Like They know, like, they understand how everything is connected. Like the— if you think of the— gonna get the name wrong again. Is it the mycelium? No, that's not the name. Something like that. It's the, it's the roots in the trees and the forest. It's like a fungus. Maybe it is mycelium. I don't know what it is. You probably know better than me, but how everything is connected. And even like when things die and rot and they go into the ground and that provides food and nourishment and And then things are growing again. And this intricate web of energy— when you understand that we are all from this same web of energy, you can understand how to forgive another is to forgive yourself, because we are all connected. And to drop down all those, like, with that big heavy backpack, the expectations, the belief systems. Any anger, frustration, disappointment you have with someone else, drop it down because it actually is being projected into you by you. So just take a deep breath. And I actually just spent the morning at the beach again, and I did record, and I've actually made it into an affirmation loop. And it's the beautiful sunrise ocean setting, so put it on your big screen. I'll link it in the description and the suggested video at the end of this. Just— it's like a 33-minute affirmation loop just with the waves and some nice peaceful music, just to remind you that you are so worthy and you are enough as you are right now. Because you're a spark of the divine. So if that's not enough, I don't know what is. And just send love out to— you don't have to say it in person. Send love out to anyone that you need to forgive, or that even if you feel like they need to forgive you. Oh, that didn't make sense. Whatever. Just send love out to everyone. Everyone you possibly know, anyone Anyone that you feel like there might be a bit of tension with, send them love because you're sending it to yourself. And then you can dump that backpack. And oh God, it feels good when we dump that backpack. That backpack, it's heavy. Oh, and what's the point in carrying it? The other person is not even aware that you're carrying all All of these emotions, so let's just get rid of them and feel that relief. Feel that relief. So I love you a lot. Play the affirmation loop whenever you just need to be reminded you are worthy and you are whole. Like, you are so, so special and so, so loved. So just breathe that in and feel it in every ounce of yourself, because you are a miracle. You are amazing. As I said, the fact you're even here is like 1 in 400 trillion chance, they calculated it as. And you were created by divine intelligence. So It knows all. So how can you be anything less than perfect? It's actually impossible. Why? Because I said so. You are created by divine intelligence, and you are divine intelligence, and you are absolutely perfect, and I love you.
