Day 27 - Living From Your Heart (in a 3D World)

Susie Taaffe teaches that you are pure source energy beneath 3D illusions of shame and negative labels. She uses a restaurant analogy for manifestation: place your intention as an order, then enjoy the present moment while the outcome arrives. Practical shifts include climbing a thought ladder, using gratitude as a life hack, and Dr. D. Martini's technique of pairing negative emotions with opposite positive ones to balance universal energy.

Hello, welcome to day 27 of Living from Your Heart in a 3D World. Well, wow, oh wow, oh wow, day 27! Like, we started this as a 31-day challenge, and if you've done all 26 days, listen to them all, please leave me a comment and see, tell me where you're at. I would love to know. Um, I'm Susie from Susie Unshaped, and this is where we unshape and peel off All that emotional shapewear that you're wearing, you don't even know is there. So what we have— just a quick recap— we have proven to the absolute truth that number one, you exist. I exist because I'm talking to you. You exist because you're listening to me. And the definition of non-existent is to not exist. So therefore, by the definition, you must exist. And if you exist You are made from universal source energy. It's just a fact because everything is. Like, everything is made from that same universal source energy, divine intelligence, God creation, whatever you want to call it, it's all the same stuff. So that universal source intelligence is just pure love. Pure love. That's what you are. Your soul essence is made from pure love. That is it. So those are the facts. Like, those are just the facts. Yes, they're the facts. That's it. There's no more truth. That is your truth. So then once you know your truth of who you are, any information that you get in the 3D that this brain tries to tell us— this brain tries to tell us— that does not align with your truth That you are a divine creation of Source Intelligence, of pure love. Anything that does not align with that is not your truth, and they're the messages that we're projecting into our reality that we need to transmute. So, okay, so we now know who we are, like, with absolute clarity. There is no conditions on that. It is unconditional that you are Source Energy, and that is pure love. That is just a fact. That's right. That is, there's no conditions on it. You don't have to do or be or anything. Like, just as you are, that's who you are. And so these— we, we've, we've really dug into like personality traits that we feel shame about or guilty about, um, because in our 3D programming they tell us that we're not worthy if we are lazy or rude or arrogant or selfish or any of these, you know, negative traits. That we try and hide behind, like that we try to hide. We put the mask up. Oh, I'm not lazy. Look, watch me do this monkey jump, monkey dance, monkey jump. It's like, it actually doesn't matter if you are lazy. Even if you're lazy, you're still a creation of divine intelligence. Like, you're still source energy. You're still pure love. You're still worthy exactly as you are, even if you are any of those negative traits— lazy, Selfish, rude, whatever you want to whatever you want to lump into the basket of the negative traits. You can be every single one of them, and you are still worthy of love. They are irrelevant. You are always worthy. You are always enough. And the same goes for the positive traits. Oh, if I do this, I'll be good. If I do this, I'll be good. I'll be a good girl. I'm well behaved. I'm polite. Oh, I don't want to rock the boat. Oh. I won't. I'll like martyr myself. People, please. You don't need to do any of that. You don't need to be good to be worthy either. You can be bad and still be worthy. Well, bad. Every all of this is inverted commas because it's irrelevant because we know our truth, and that's why I really wanted to hammer this truth into you. And I only did a quick recap here, but go and watch the other videos, especially like days one through ten when. When I see— I'm only figuring this out with you at the same time. Like, I am literally learning this as I talk to you. And then the, then the universe is popping up things in my algorithm, on my YouTube algorithm, that is just explaining things a little bit better to me. I don't— that— so then I can just explain it to you how it just got explained to me. So I'm literally learning this and uncovering this with you as we speak. And the reason we need to know our truth Is a then we can transmute all these so-called three three D projections that we see, which are just trying to trying to have us not remember our truth. So anything any belief system like I am not pretty enough, smart enough, thin enough, da da da enough. I am not enough. That is an unaligned belief system, and now we can just go cha ching boom boom boom boom boom. I see you. You're not real. I see you, you're not my truth. Because we know our truth. There is only one truth. That's you are divine soul essence, like of the— I can't speak, you know, of the divine universal source energy. Like you are, uh, like you are the same energy that has created, that creates the entire universe, that creates world, that created all of Earth, the moon, all the planets, all the universes, all the galaxies that we can't even see. It's all created from the same essence that you, you hold within you, your soul essence. So now we know our truth, and now we're transmuting all the things that are trying to sway us from the knowledge of that which we chose. We chose to come here and not remember who we were on purpose, and then now we know because we've peeled it back. Because this is the lifetime where I call it the veil of illusion. The veil of illusion is anything that's blocking you from seeing that direct truth. That's what the veil of illusion is, and that's like the 3D projections that we need to transmute now. And so then now when we're in our truth and we know our truth, that's when the fun begins, and that's when we get to create and have fun and Be in joy and bliss. And like, we are here having this human experience. Like, that is amazing. This soul chose to come down here and embody this so we could feel and embody the experience, because divine soul energy can't experience the physicality of being a human. And that's why we chose to come and be a human, so we could feel it in the— in a physical body. So now that you know all of that, what are you going to choose? Like, you can choose anything you want to do because you know your truth. We don't need to muck about with that anymore. There might be a bit more of dissolving of the 3D illusions, but now you know it. Like, just put some stickers up around the house, like little, like I don't know. I know who I am. Like little stars or something. I am like universal energy. Like whatever's going to remind you. And then every time if something pops up, it's like, no, I know who I am. I know who I am. That doesn't align with it. It's not my truth. I'm bringing into my— I'm now— I get to choose my reality. I can do whatever I want. And there, so this is what I'm getting to. I wanted to recap that. So I'm hoping that, like, you might just hear it a different way and then it will click for you as well. But, um, I was listening, I think Sarah Landon and Emilio Ortiz, they were talking. Um, she was channeling, I'm not sure who she channels, but someone. Um, and they gave it as a restaurant analogy. I think I've used the parking ferries, but the restaurant analogy is so much better. So much better because you know it's coming. So basically her analogy is Manifestation is basically you're in your truth, you know your truth, and you put in your order. So say your order with the waiter at the restaurant. Now you know you've put in the order, you know the cook's out the back cooking, like chefing it and stuff. But at the same time, you like imagine you're at a table with friends, you're there to catch up. You don't just like— if the food comes out straight away, you eat it and then you've got like— where's the experience? So, the experience, this is like manifestation. It's like knowing you've put in your order, but— and so you know it's coming. Like, you know the chef is going to cook it up and it's coming, and you don't need to go in and ask the chef, have you got my order? What— where are you at with cooking that? Like, you don't need to bother the chef. It's coming. Now what you get to do is just enjoy. Like, enjoy the experience. Like, like, enjoy the ambience of the restaurant, the setting, the decor, the The talking with your friends, the laughing, the— do you know what I mean? Like, you go to a restaurant for the experience. You know the food's coming, that you don't need to worry about that. You put in your order, it's coming, and then you're just enjoying the experience. And then she did go on to follow on to say, um, she was saying like, uh, manifestation Is what you put the energy of— I am as happy as I could be right now, like I'm so happy, nothing could make me happier. And then she says, but how fun will it be when I get to go to that retreat in Bali? How fun will it be when I, um, like when I have— no, it's not even when I— like I'm getting the verbiage wrong here. How fun will that retreat in Bali be? How much fun am I going to have if I— we're sharing all that abundance? To help bring joy to other people. Like, it was like a little bit like if you're sitting and waiting at the restaurant, like you put in your order, you were super happy, you're having a fabulous time at the restaurant, you know it's coming, but how fun would it be to maybe like order that soufflé as well? Like, and then you know it's coming as well. Do you see what I mean? Like, I don't know if I explained that very well, but it's not the presence of that you're lacking it in that time. Like, in that time you are absolutely the happiest that you could possibly be, and that's an inside job. That's feeling inside. Like, I am the— and that's because the present moment is all that is real. And so we keep choosing each present moment, each present moment, each present moment, and that keeps us in like, um, it's like the stills of a motion picture where it's just still moment, still moment, still moment. And so if you're choosing each now moment— I'm the happiest that I could ever like be right now— you're not letting the past dictate it. You're not bringing in that baggage. I don't remember what day we kicked that baggage out of bed, but it's gone. We're not bringing it with us. It's no point. There's no— absolutely no point. Yes, fun memories if it, if it lights you up and it's in alignment with your true self. But anything negative, it's not your truth because we know our truth now. We know it. I don't know why I keep doing that, but that is your truth, like true north. You are a divine creation. So yeah, you can bring the fun, joyous memories with you. That is not a problem. But anything that's negative is gone, kicked out of bed. And there's no point worrying about the future because the future doesn't exist. All that exists is this now moment. So you choose, you get to choose to feel like nothing can make me happier than this now moment, right now, right now. And I was actually listening to a bit of Abraham Hicks this morning. I'd woken up stupid early and I'd didn't want to loop on negative things, so I feed myself with positive things. And she was— she's far out, she cracks me up, Esther, who channels Abraham. She's so funny. She was like— she's like— and she, she's coming from the perspective of someone who's like Eeyore, negative, negative. Like, she's, she's like, oh yeah, you're saying everything's amazing? Mm-hmm. Well, I just lost my house, I lost my job, I've lost my this, I lost my that. And you're trying to— and so how am I going to positively find the feeling of being the happiest I could ever be right now? How can I find that when I— my 3D world is showing me everything is bad, doom and gloom, horrible, horrible? And that's when she says, she says, okay, so maybe you can't get to I am my happiest right now that I could ever be, nothing could make me happier. Maybe you can't get there first, but Can you maybe just come up a little bit? It's like, because if you choose one thought that is just higher than what you're— where you're like, if you've lost everything, can you just choose a thought that does align? Is maybe— and it could be like general, a generalized thought, anything that's better than I had. Like, say, lost everything, I have nothing. You're in that energy. I've got nothing. Do your legs work? Can you breathe easily? Did you wake up after breathing all night without having to tell yourself to breathe all night and you're still alive? Like, see, you've got to like generalize it and just climb the ladder. So find a thought that's better than, I've lost everything. It's like, wow, my lungs are breathing all by themselves and I don't need to ask them to do it. Do you know what I mean? Like, my heart is beating for me. I don't have to ask it to do it. Look, it's keeping the blood pumping around my body, which is keeping me alive. And just slowly climb the ladder, because with each of those choices of this, like, you're slowly climbing the ladder. So you might not be able to be at, I'm the happiest I've ever been right now, but you might be able to climb the ladder and find something with, like, oh my gosh, the sun is shining and that's actually really pretty. So even though you've lost everything, if you're telling yourself the sun is shining What do you have? You have something. You're having an experience with the sun is shining, and the experience with the sun shining is actually pleasant and enjoyable. And then just choose another thought. And that's where appreciation and gratitude can come in. It's like, well, what— okay, instead of focusing on the negative stuff, what can you focus on that you appreciate, that you're grateful for? So appreciation and gratitude are your biggest life hacks that you can have. in order to choose this still motion of your life. Because the reason why we keep— like, we want to just choose the better thought and choose the better thought and climb that ladder up is because what we're thinking in this now present moment brings in what we're going in the next present moment and the next present moment. So if you can slowly climb up the ladder of each now moment's thought pattern and just slowly choose the better thought and choose the better thought and choose a better thought, and then You'll watch. Like, you're creating this movie. Like, it's— you're doing it. You're creating it all because we know our truth and we know what we're here for. See, that's why you have to understand that part. So now you know you are in the driver's seat and just keep climbing and choosing the better thought and choosing the better thought. And yeah, 3D stuff is going to come in and it might make you sad or angry, and that's okay because You know how to get back there. It's okay to feel sad or angry. And then once you've like allow yourself some time to sit in it, you're allowed to feel sad. It's not; it's part of the human experience to feel sad and to feel anger because without sadness we can't experience joy, and without anger we can't experience like peace and calm. Those polarities of the experiences. Is is it what it's about to be human as well? We can know we don't like feeling angry, which is just more of a reason to choose to feel calm and peaceful. But without ever feeling anger, how do we know that we like calm and peaceful? So that like does that make sense? And then when you're choosing all the better thought, choose a better thought, choose a better thought, choose a better thought. And then you can, from that place of when you're in alignment, which is when you've chose, which is like alignment is like nothing could make me happier than I am right now. Like nothing in the world could make me happier. And it's an inside job. It's not things, it's feelings and thoughts. Nothing can make me happier. But how fun is that soufflé going to be? Like you've ordered it at the restaurant. How fun is this soufflé going to be? That's— oh, we've ordered it early and it's going to take a while to cook, but Oh my God, it's got a gooey center and the warm chocolate fudgy chocolate soufflé is coming. I'm so excited to eat that soufflé when it comes. I know it's coming because I've ordered it. But right, but you're sitting in that, I couldn't be happier right now. We've got, oh, we've ordered that for entrée, that's coming. We've got main course coming and we've just put in the long order for the soufflé. Oh my God, like I'm here with my friends. This is amazing. We're having great conversation. There's like a band playing or a little string quartet or who knows. They've got great music. The lighting's amazing. The tablecloth is beautiful. The silverware is like polished and gleaming, and like, does that analogy make sense? Like, to me it was just like boom! I love that analogy because it's not where's the fun if you order the meal straight away? All the food's there, bang bang bang, you eat it, you're gone. You're like, that's not the point. It's like experience, and that's what living as a human is about. Like, I just. I know I love to come on here and tell you about when I hear like an analogy and like how when it just, it hits the aha moments, but the restaurant one is just the best. Like, like it's the experience of being in the restaurant with your friends and having fun, and you know the order's coming and you can just enjoy yourself and relax. And that's what, like, manifesting, I suppose, if you want to call it manifesting, but that's what living, that's what Coke. Like you creating your own reality, you choosing your own reality. That's what that is. You're just ordering, and this restaurant doesn't even have a menu. You can order anything you want. It can make you anything, this life restaurant. So just choose to see life as the restaurant. You create your own menu. The chef can make you anything, anything you want, absolutely anything. You put in your order and then you know it's coming and you just enjoy the experience because you know you've already got— like, you know it's already there, it's already coming. Your— all your job is, is to enjoy the experience. And if you have something negative come in, I don't know what, like something comes in at you and yeah, it can knock you off your perch, but Once you know how to climb back up out of it, it's not even a worry. You just choose. Go back to basics. Choose a better thought. Is the sun shining? It's funny. I had someone write on a short the other day because I was like, I'm I did a little like mantra ranty thing. It's like I'm I'm choosing to feel happy right now because I I'm too I said so. I'm feeling happy right now because I said so. I'm choosing to feel happy right now because I said so. And I filmed it out in the— in my, um, my altar, my chair that I've got stuck in the very front yard, which my daughter is extremely embarrassed about because it's nearly on the road. But it's amongst these rose bushes, and I can— I have a bit of a view from there with the chair. And, um, and I just gotta cancel that call. I'll get her in a second. Um, and anyway, so I was doing it and the sun was streaming down, and I so recorded it with the sun streaming on me. Oh, that's beautiful. And someone commented and they were like, oh well, if I was— it's -8 here— if I was where you were right now, I'd, I'd feel good too. And I was like, you're missing the point. You're missing the point. The point is you can choose to feel good right now. Is it— it might be -8. Do you have a fire? Like, are you— do you have enough warm clothes that you can actually stay warm? Do you have a gro— like a supermarket or a shopping center you can go to that has good heating? Like, You're in the driver's seat to choose how you want to feel. It's up to you. You can see negatives in any situation, but you can also find positives in any situation as well. Actually, I know I didn't expect to to to ring this. Sorry, I didn't expect to record this long, but I'm going to actually talk to you about. When my marriage was dissolving, it was like it wasn't my choice. There was a lot of other stuff going on. It was anyway, doesn't matter. There was it just is what it is. And we went to there was this person called Dr. D Martini, and I've only ever done one of his courses. But this course was really good because what it did was it actually got you to neutralize emotions around a particular subject. So for every emotion on a subject, there was an equal, like, emotion for the opposite argument. And he was like, we need to hold our emotions in balance like that because the universe will recalibrate it if you don't. So, and that's what I think I've spoken about— I don't think, I know I've spoken about this universal recalibration. Something happens to you, like someone cuts you off in traffic, to recalibrate that energy instead of putting your focus on that energy is you be generous and kind in traffic. So, that's a physical act of doing, of actually doing the opposite action. And then I heard a manifestation, like a money thing. Every time you pay a bill or, um, pay groceries or fuel, you need to use your imagination because our soul doesn't know the difference between imagination and reality. Use your imagination to see the reciprocal money coming back into you, however you need to do it. Like, at the moment I've been doing just writing myself a check. Write myself a check and then imagine in my back in my bank account to balance the out with the in. So we're not just focusing on all the outs; we're balancing the energy back with the ins. And so that's what Di Martini, and I remember he got it was so any situation, and he made you just spam think. Okay, you think of all these good good positive points of this situation, but he wanted you to then spam the negative points of that situation. And for and the same with. Okay, if there's a negative reaction that you have to a situation, I want you to span what the potential positive emotions can be with it as well, if you take a step out and look from a different perspective. And he even went so far as to get someone up on the second day or third day or something— I can't remember how long it went for— onto the stage to actually, like, to process the emotions of someone close to them dying. Now I know that that's a bit morbid, etc., but he actually got there and spammed— like, they have got all the negatives about that person dying, and he spammed enough positive outcomes from the person dying to neutralize the energy around that person dying. How did I even get to this? I can't even remember how I got onto this. Anyway, it's about balance. It's about balancing the out so that we can remain neutral, and from neutral we know our truth. I don't even know how I got there. I think I was trying to— I don't know, someone needed to hear it. Now I've just confused myself. Maybe I'm trying to talk about perspective. Like, there's always— like, we have a skewed perception on something about whether it's perceived as good or bad, but when you take the global perspective, there is no good and there is no bad. Maybe that's the point. Like, there's actually neutrality because we are whole and enough exactly as we are. So if you take universal, universal, um, perspective is neutrality. I don't know if that's the point, but I'm gonna run with that anyway. So that was a bit of a tangent at the end there, but like, just think of life as a restaurant. Life is a restaurant, and I mean you get to choose your restaurant. You can create your restaurant. Have you ever gone to a restaurant like, and you've just sat down, and you have just felt so excited to be there? Like you're there with some great friends. They've got like the yummiest food that you really love on the menu, and like you just get that feeling inside like I have. And like I used to have certain restaurants, and I don't know whether it was like literally the ground where they were built on or why these particular restaurants would just make my whole soul light up with like, oh my God, I'm so excited to be here. Oh my God, they have that. Oh my God, they have that. Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. Uh, like, I just love it. Well, that's how we're gonna— like, that's what I want you to choose for your life. Like, oh my God, I'm in this human body. Oh my God, I can choose whatever I want because now I know who I am and I've kicked all of those underlying belief systems out of bed. What do I get to choose? What do I get to choose? So excited, like, what am I going to choose? And, and I think, yeah, go back into the middle of the video if you're like, oh God, not one of those like positive thinkers. But just choose the next level up better feeling. Span out, like, like don't desensitize yourself to the magic around you. Like, there is so much always. You've just got to change your perspective on it. Maybe that's what— where I was going with the D-Martini thing. It's like he's -8, but like, I know where I normally live, they're like 40 degrees, which like, that's in the hundreds and humid and awful. So you can have too hot as well. Like, so anyway, I think it's just change your perspective, zoom out, see the miracles, order what you want, and then be excited while you're waiting in and know it's coming. Bye.
