Day 29 - Living From Your Heart (in a 3D World)

In this daily reflection, the speaker explores how to embody heart‑centered alignment while navigating the practical demands of a 3‑dimensional (3D) life. She shares a recent experience of launching a new wholesale venture, noting how excitement quickly slipped into autopilot and numbness. The core message is that staying present—through continual awareness—prevents old conditioning from hijacking our energy. She illustrates this with everyday moments (a frustrating vacuum cleaner, a silk pillowcase) and demonstrates how one can feel sadness and gratitude simultaneously, using perspective shifts (e.g., comparing personal challenges to historical tragedies) to reframe emotions. The talk weaves spiritual insights about choosing peace over happiness, the role of grief as a measure of love, and the belief that we are divine source intelligence whose truth remains intact regardless of external circumstances. Practical advice includes pausing to notice sensations, reminding oneself of alignment during tasks, and trusting that the universe supports the desired outcome. The overall takeaway is that by anchoring in our inner truth, we can experience the full spectrum of emotions without losing our sense of worth, thereby living joyfully in the 3D world.

Okay, welcome to day 29 of Living from Your Heart in a 3D World. So day 29 was actually yesterday, but— and this today we're going to really talk about the 3D part of this living from our heart and staying in alignment with our truth and who we are. Because yesterday I was just sort of— I don't know, it's hard to describe. I felt really numb, um, and I felt really sad. And I've also been throwing myself into, um, this new avenue for my work, um, to do wholesaling of my product, um, with, um, which I've always been an e-com. So wholesale is great because it's got, um, like, I'm really excited by it. And, and, but I found that what I did was I threw myself into the doing of everything that needed to be done, and I really missed the, like, I I was not present with it. I was on autopilot, do do do. Like I reverted back to old programs and old patternings, and that's why I think this is really important because we can understand all of this stuff theoretically and like get it. Like when we're in the moment, when I've been going on like a big rant of like all of the positive stuff and like totally aha get it get it get it. But applying it in the 3D world is the part where it gets tricky. It's a dance. And especially because, like, I've got 45 years of conditioning here, like 45 years of conditioning to jump into that autopilot and start doing and achieving and producing. And so now I'm in the dance, and the dance is just to bring back your awareness. And the awareness is so that you don't go into autopilot and sort of feel a bit numb. And instead, it's the awareness of, oh my God, I'm so excited about this new opportunity, this new pathway. It's super exciting. How exciting is this going to be? And staying in that energy as you're doing the 3D efforting and work. So it's coming from like aligned inspiration and not defaulting back to autopilot. So, and I think it's just like we just have to catch ourselves. Like, I feel aligned, I feel joyous with this. Like, the inspiration to do this is joyous and aligned. And so it's just Staying in that energy, remembering. It's just the awareness. It's just that awareness. Like, we've practiced doing it in the shower, like, and just, oh, just being present and aware of how nice the shower feels. So now we need to practice it in our day-to-day, like, 3— like, work, if you call it. But, but it's not— it, it's not work in the, like, grudgery sort of sense. It's like exciting. I've got like— I'm excited by it because I've got all these new avenues, and I've got like— like, I'm so excited to support like the boutique's communities because I know how amazing my product is, and I know how many people— like, how many people have been like— had their lives changed by my product. So I like— it lights me up, and I'm so excited to help all these other women feel good and help the boutique owners Like, help their customers feel good. So like, it just— like, that is so exciting for me. Like, so exciting. So it's just staying in the energy of excitement and joy and fun, like, and not going into the autopilot of it. And like, I even noticed just before, I was like really engrossed and deep in Deep in searching and and coming up with strategies and researching and things like that. But you've just got to add in that little awareness part. Awareness, awareness, awareness. So as you're doing the task, you're staying in that flow. I was also cleaning the house too, and I have a really annoying vacuum cleaner at the moment that doesn't do what I want it to do. It doesn't have the the abilities of my past previous vacuum cleaners, and I'm finding it very frustrating. And so I was definitely not in high vibe when I was trying to wrangle this thing around. Like, oh my God, it's like from the '80s, I think. And I definitely had dropped out of that, and I was in the drudgery, and I was in the autopilot, and I hadn't taken that split second and that time to Remember the, like, appreciation. Like, and, and that's what— like, I still have a vacuum cleaner. Like, I, I still have something to be grateful for. Everything is just a matter of perspective. Like, I have floors to vacuum. I have, um, do you know what I mean? Like, I have things. I own things that need to be moved around while I vacuum. Sometimes you've got to make it that general. Like this morning when I woke up and I was feeling sad— try not to cry— but, and I was wondering this actually, this is— I was wondering it at the time. It's like you can be sad and grateful at the same time. And so you can The first thing is, is we don't— like, we don't try and pretend we're not sad. We have to— if we're sad, we're sad. That's how— that's being a human, and we're allowed to feel that emotion. But I think it's how you view the sadness. Like, when you view it from a place of love, like I'm sad because I love that thing so much. Like, I'm sad, do you know what I mean? Because it brings me so much joy and so much love. And I was also— this is what I was playing with, is like, I might not be able to feel grateful for the situation that's causing the sadness, even though we did talk about neutralizing it, neutralizing the situation, and you can see all the positives. Of course you can. It doesn't mean that you're not still allowed to feel sad about it. You are allowed to feel sad, but you can also feel grateful. So I just played with this this morning, and this is a 3D world. It's like feeling sad, but then being grateful. Like I was just going really general. I was grateful I have these really nice silk pillowcases on my pillow, and it was like when you put your hand underneath the pillow, it's really cold, and I love that. You know, does anyone else do that? Slide their hand. Under the pillow and just love to feel how cool it is. And you even sometimes flip the pillow over and get the cool on your face. So I was feel— I was just— that was— I was— and in my head I was just like, choose a better feeling, choose a better feeling, choose the better feeling. It's like, yes, I'm sad, but I'm also grateful for this beautiful pillow like that I have right now. I have something I can be grateful. For like right now, like you, you can be two things at once, I think, is the, um, is the moral of the story. And that's how you can still choose your present moment and choose your present moment, because while something might be happening in your life that makes you sad There's still like amazing, like everything around you is amazing. And actually it's funny because me and my daughter were talking yesterday, last night, and I was still feeling sad and, um, trying to like just work through it and neutralize the emotion. And she started talking about the Holocaust in Nazi Germany and I was like, gosh, well If that's not a perspective flip, then I don't know what is. It's like, my life is actually pretty good right now when you compare it to that. So talk about polarity. Like, there's actually nothing wrong. Everything is perfect. And in that moment, I was so grateful for my life and for everything in it, no matter how situations are and how they're working out. So it's just Retraining ourselves to still see the gratitude and the joy and the appreciation whilst feeling the emotions, whilst feeling the emotions. I think the emotion is definitely—it's like you need to feel the emotion. But what we've been learning these past 29 days, 28 days, is not to link that emotion with any story or pattern or belief system that because of that you are not enough. So that is the key. It's like, I can still feel this way, but I'm not going to let that situation Unalign me from my belief that I know who I am and I know my truth, and I know that I'm a divine creation on this, in this universe, in this human form. And I came here to feel emotion and came here to embody the feeling. And with sadness, you also get joy. It's interesting, I was actually, um, I was listening to a little clip on YouTube this morning. I actually was just flicking up, um, and it came on and it was— I'm not sure who he was, but he looked like some sort of like monk or priest, like a monk, like up in the hills, like someone very spiritual. And he said he chooses peace. Um, he doesn't choose happiness, he chooses peace, because with happiness there's sadness. And so instead he chooses peace. But I don't know, I like feeling happy too. If it comes with sadness and it comes from a place of love, then I think that's— I'm happy with that. It means that I've loved something. And I always remember once I like really understood that once we die, we don't like that yes, our souls do continue on, that we don't— we're not just— it's not just black forever. We continue. And once I understood that when people transition from this world into the, um, formless world, the formless energy, the universe, that they just go into pure bliss. Like, up there, it's just like they have no worries. There's nothing, nothing up there. Like, they are completely at— they're at peace. They're in bliss. They don't have the human feelings that we have on Earth. And so I was like, well, I understand that. And so then really them crossing over is not a sad thing, it's actually something to be joyous. And I suppose that's probably a little bit like spiritual bypassing. It's like, because then I heard somewhere being read that no, the reason why you grieve and that you're sad, like the sadness is actually commensurate to the amount of love you have for that person. Like, so that you're actually— like, it's a part of the pro— the human process. We don't just spiritually bypass and say, oh, they've gone on to a better world, I'm fine. It's not that at all. It's actually like your grief and sadness at their passing is a part of it. Like, that's a part of this human experience. To love something so much that that's the other side, the grief and the sadness when that thing you loved is gone. Like, you can know theoretically where they are and that it's all amazing and fabulous, but this is the point of why we became— like, why we are in this human body right now. It's to experience that, a love so great that you could feel so much sadness and so much grief. Like, that's it. That's the point. Like, we, we chose to come here, like, to do this, exactly this, to feel and embody all these feelings. So yeah, so anyway, that's like the human self, the 3D world. Like, the 3D world It's been really good, this. Like, I think it's come at a really good time in the challenge actually too, for my 3D world to like rear its ugly head in all its 3D-ness and see if I can put into practice the theories, all the aha moments that we've had. And I think the biggest one is— the biggest one is linking anything happening in the 3D world Linking it to the fact that you know your truth. You're a divine source intelligence. Your soul essence is from the same energy that creates worlds and universes, and you are enough. So whatever 3D messaging comes in, as long as you still align with your truth that you are enough exactly in this now present moment, You can still be enough and have sadness. Do you know what I mean? Like, I— you don't link the sad situation to you not being enough. Well, it must be I wasn't good enough, I wasn't enough. Like, do you know what I mean? Like, I— like, we don't— there's no blame or judgment on the situation. You are enough and you are worthy of everything in the world right now. And just trust That you are infinite source intelligence, and infinite source intelligence knows what it's doing. You just got to take your hands off the wheel. I trust that you know what you're doing. Me— our hearts know what we're doing. Like, they know it. As long as we stay aligned with our truth, then we can trust and surrender that the best outcome is always happening. Even if the outcome, the pathway looks different to what you thought, like nothing that is for you will miss you. So whatever the path is, you just have to trust that it's going to be your highest, most miraculous, most joyous, synchronistic path and journey. And then just enjoy the journey in that trust, like you know that your meal is coming out from the restaurant, you've ordered it. You've ordered your off-the-menu, which you've created. You've ordered it, and now you can just enjoy while you wait, in the trust that you know who you are and that you're worthy of anything your heart possibly desires. And staying in that clear truth, that is how we play this in the 3D world. So there is no more victim. How can a divine creation of the universe be in victim mode? Impossible, impossible, as we say. Me and the kids always say that. We say love you, and they say love you more, and I always say impossible. And then Nelly always chimes in and says, hmm, I can do the impossible. Anyway, so it's just staying in that alignment, and any new Any 3D pieces of information, they cannot anymore tell you that you're not enough because we know our truth and we know that we are enough. And then just staying in the presence, just, just so we can keep choosing the 10 out of 10 channel. Like, I want to, I want to live in joy and peace and happiness and fun. And you can stay on that channel even if you're— even if you are sad, because you're being in alignment with your truth. And it's the alignment with your truth that you can be sad but still be worthy of the entire universe. It's about— it's balancing that. And it's not like you can be sad and then it makes you angry. You can be sad and stay in your alignment I know it's from a place of love, and that, that is what— that's the 3D, like, implementation is what I called. So I love you lots, and I hope this made sense, um, and I'll see you tomorrow. Bye!
