Day 31 - Living From Your Heart (in a 3D World)

In the closing episode of her 31‑day "Living From Your Heart" challenge, Susie Taaffe (aka "Susie Unshaped") delivers a heartfelt recap of the journey and distills the core teachings she has been sharing. She re‑states the central truth that each person is made of the same universal source energy that creates everything, and that recognizing this makes self‑love almost comical because there are no conditions on who we are. She urges listeners to abandon 3D ego‑driven "shoulds" and instead follow the heart’s spontaneous desires – what she calls "pulling the thread of passion" – allowing those desires to guide actions and manifest miracles. The monologue weaves in personal anecdotes about taking heart‑led leaps, listening to channelled teachings (Bashar), and the importance of surrendering the rational brain to universal intelligence. She expands the discussion to shadow work, encouraging integration of traits labeled as "not enough" (lazy, rude, etc.) and reframing them as neutral aspects of the whole self. Susie also shares the backstory of her anti‑shapewear brand Scanties, using it as a case study of how societal conditioning around body image creates the "not enough" narrative, and how she reclaimed her body by recognizing the universal truth. The video ends with a call for community engagement – comments, Instagram DMs, and subscription – and a celebration of completing the challenge, inviting listeners to reflect on whether they have truly internalised the truth.

Hello, welcome to day 31 of Living from Your Heart in a 3D World. Well, wow, just wow. 31 days. I can promise you, you will get this if you do the whole challenge. By day 31, you are going to understand this. You— I just know you got— I just know you are. And I was wondering, am I going to continue the recordings? But I don't think I need to. I think if you have listened to every single day in the lead-up to day 31, you now know your truth. And it's actually really funny because I was, um, watching a YouTube just before while I was driving. And I was talking about self-love and how, like, you've learned to love yourself. And I actually found it kind of comical because once you know your truth of who you are— and if you're new and this is your first time hearing this, our truth is because we exist, we are universal source energy. Everything in the universe has been created by the same energy. That is us, what our soul essence is from, and that is who you are. In the 31 days we have— well, the past 30 days we have delved into why we choose to come to Earth, like what's the point of it all. Um, we've delved into how our 3D projected, like, illusion was designed for us not to remember who we are, and, and how, how we can get the glimpses through to our truth, which is that we are divine source essence. We are divine source energy. Everything is made of the same energy. Everything. Absolutely everything. There's no conditions on it. Absolutely none. It is pure, like, God, God's creation, God's intelligence, source intelligence, whatever you want to call it. It's all the same stuff. And that is who you are, and that is the truth. So it now becomes comical. I think about, oh, self-love. It's like, once you know— like, the part that's comical is once you know who you are, which is created by the energy that creates absolutely everything in the universe. Like, it's nearly comical that you wouldn't love that. Like, once we know that— what it's literally, you only need to know one thing and just keep bringing back any projections in your reality to, is that my truth? And unless it aligns with the truth of who you are, which is a perfect, amazing miracle of God's creation— if you don't associate with the word God, like source intelligence, universal source energy, whatever you want to use, angel dust, I don't know, whatever you want— like, like, there is nothing else. You are perfect. Exactly as you are. Like, there are no conditions on this. So I think it's just now recognizing if old 3D belief patterns come up or anything like that, that you can just transmute it like fast, fast, fast, fast, fast. So then instead of being so busy worrying about all the ways we're not enough, you can actually focus on creating What will bring you joy and what drives you with so much passion. And I was actually— of course I was listening to Bashar this morning, um, because he was actually linking like our passions. Like, we are humans and we like, we take actions. So in order for your like, um, most amazing desires to be presented to you, You need to choose the actions in the 3D world that align with your highest desires. So, and I mean, like, it is as simple as this, like, like, like a child would. Imagine if a child had no rules. It's like, oh wow, they want to go over and look at those flowers and maybe lie in the sun and pick the petals off the flower. Might be a little boy digging down in the dirt, getting really dirty, like If there was no rules when you were a little child, like the wonder and the, like, stand there and like stare at a seashell or something for half an hour. Like, I don't know, like before all the rules of what we should be doing came in, before this head took over, when our heart was still allowed to just choose our actions based on wonder and joy and comfort and love. Like animals, I suppose. They don't have that 3D ego unless it's been trained into them that they can't do things. Animals in the wild, they just choose by instinct. So that's now how you choose to live. And it was so interesting because he was saying like You might have this desire for, I don't know, an ice cream that's only stocked at this one shop. And the desire for the ice cream might not actually be the point, but you go to that one shop that only stocks that ice cream that you have the desire for, and then you run into a person that you didn't know you needed to run into. Do you see what I mean? Like, our desires can actually lead us to the next step of our, like, life filled with passion. Like you've just got to follow the thread. So this is a really fun part. Just follow the thread and remove all the shoulds out of your life. Follow the thread. Is it a nice day? Do you want to go down to the beach? Do you want to go and sit in the park under a tree for half an hour? Take a book down there or something. This is now how we get to live, because as you unravel the threads of doing what your heart actually desires and stop listening to all the shoulds. It feels wobbly at first because we're so trained to produce and to be doing what we think is good and not bad. We've got it— like, that's the 3D world part. We've got to slowly dissolve the patterns. Like, what would bring me joy right now? Come on, Universe, show me how miraculous this day can be. Like, show me. I know who I am. And when you know that truth, you know that all of the, like, amazing miracles of the universe are available to you right now. Show me, show me them, show me. And start listening to your heart, because when you listen to your heart That's when the miracles will come in, because that heart frequency is that universal frequency, which is where the miraculous frequency is. So when you follow that frequency and stay in that frequency, that's when that frequency gets delivered to you, and all the magic and miracles in the world can happen. And so, like, just enjoy the journey. Enjoy the unraveling of it. Enjoy pulling the thread of desire. Like, what do I want to do now? What do I want to do now? What do I want to do now? And in that enjoyment of the individual, like, desires that you're choosing and choosing and choosing, like heart desires That's the part where you're enjoying the journey. It's like, I know I've ordered whatever the big manifestations are. I know that. I know they're ordered. And while I wait for them, because I know I ordered them, so I know that they're coming, while I wait for them, I'm going to just enjoy pulling all these other threads of passion and living and And enjoying the journey right now. And yes, sometimes, like at the moment, I'm doing some pretty boring stuff, but I'm doing it out of alignment, not because I should. I'm doing it out of joy and alignment that I am clearing space, like I am clearing the decks. So when this— like when the big miracles start moving, I already know they're there. When they start moving, I'm ready. So it's all about what we do from, like, what intention are we doing it from? Is it a should, or is it a I am doing this because I'm so excited to clear the space so when this comes in I am ready to go and I can just be present with the full amazingness of it? I don't have like 3D boring taxes hanging over my head. I can just dive straight in. So I'm doing them out of the alignment of I'm doing these because I know my miracle is— it's, it's already here, and I know it's going to start actioning soon. And so I need to clear the space to give it its full, like, presence, like, to be able to take it on fully and just immerse myself in it, because I know how amazing it's going to be. So I'm doing the 3D tasks out of alignment with who I am and knowing who I am. And that's Now, how we have to filter everything through, like, are you doing it because you should, or are you doing it because it's in alignment with who you are, alignment with your soul? So I think that that's probably your big, your big question. Am I tidying the house because I should tidy the house, or is it in alignment with my soul? And the answer will change. And I'm definitely guilty of this, and I know it's like I'm only doing because I should do, so I'm not going to do it. I'm going to do something else that I actually want to do. Because your heart is so much smarter than our heads, and that's what we started with at the beginning of all of this. Our heart is connected to universal intelligence, like the intelligence that runs The whole universe. It is the whole universe. Like, I love our 3D minds, but they're human. They're designed to keep us safe. Like, they do a good job. But now when we listen to this and take aligned action that's full of desire and passion, it can lead you to places this brain cannot even figure out. And that's why I start— that's why I started this challenge in the first place, was I was like, I know certain things as truth, but my brain cannot figure out— there is no way I'm going to figure this out with my brain. Absolutely no way. So I was like, I am going to be committed to 31 days Of recording. I didn't even know what it was going to look like, to tell you the truth. I just pressed play and started speaking. Like, I had no idea. And then we've had aha moment after aha moment after aha moment. And I also know that the universe had to have me backed so tightly backed into a corner. Like, I was so tightly backed into a corner that I had no alternative. But to switch this off, switched it off, and come into here. Because my heart, my heart knew I was supposed to be here. My heart 100% knew it, like 100%. And I took such big leaps that I had no idea how it was going to work out. It was just, they were pure heart leaps. Even though up here was terrified, terrified, I was trusting my heart. And that's when I realized, like, I was still backed into a corner, but I knew from my heart, I knew I was supposed to be here. Like, I knew it more than I could know anything. And that's when I had to fully let go of the trying to figure it out in my brain. I had to completely let go and let my heart drive, or let Spirit drive, let the universe drive, like let the angels drive, whoever you want to call it. It's all the same energy. It's all linked to the same universal intelligence. Let universal intelligence drive, because I— there was no way I could figure it out in my human brain. Absolutely no way. And I used the challenge to keep myself accountable because it was now or never. And what's so interesting is we're finishing this challenge, and by day 30, it all became clear. Like, by day 30, it got dropped in, and I'd had a massive moment of surrender, definitely surrendering to the bigger picture, surrendering to the larger perspective. In the, in the days previous to that, surrendering into the trust that it's all going to be okay and that everything is happening as it should, and not trying to control or manipulate the narrative. Just surrender to your heart space, which is like surrendering to God, surrendering to the angels, surrendering to universal source energy, surrendering to a power which in religion they say it's a power greater than you, but it's not. The power is you. You are it. We are all connected. We are all the same universal intelligence. So you're really just surrendering to you, but you just— the surrendering is just turning this brain off and just, I trust, I trust everything is happening Perfectly for me right now. And it's so interesting because I suppose I'd like to bring up also, if, if things had worked out earlier for me in like little ways, I would not have been backed into that corner and I would not have pressed record. Like, but, but those little ways might have only been like a tenth of what this magic that's unfolding is now. So do you see what I mean? Like, you have to trust it's unfolding perfectly for your highest good. Like, you have to trust that. Because I had definitely had time of victim, victim, like, oh my God, why isn't this working out? Why isn't this working out? And only in hindsight can you see— only in hindsight can you see how it had to happen that exact way. Like, you cannot see when you're in it, so there's no point looking. Do you see what I mean? There's no point even trying to figure it out because this brain, this brain is limited to human— like, the human thoughts that we have is limited to our human ability to interpret things, whereas our universal intelligence It's not limited to the human 3D brain. It has infinite intelligence of all things, like everything. It knows everything and then some. Do you know what I mean? Like, so I love that. Is it a Garth Brooks song or Tim McGraw? One of them. One of God's greatest gifts is unanswered prayers. And I think that that is so true. Like, trust what is meant for you will not miss you. I have always remembered that line. Like, if it's meant for you, it will come back around. If it— if you think you've missed it per se, but you might have missed it at that time for a reason because you had to go to B, C, D, E, Before it can come around and be ready to be received. So no matter, no matter what it is, what is meant for you will not miss you. Never, never, ever, ever. When you trust and know who you are, everything is happening for your highest good at all times. Oh, just breathe, just breathe, just breathe. Like, I just love you guys so much because I want you to comment if you've done all of the days and if you're now on day 31 and you've done them in order and you're like with me going, yes, yes, I get what she means. Like, I get what she means, but I'm so thankful and grateful for you all because If I hadn't pressed record and started speaking to you, I actually don't know where I'd be. I do not know where I would be. Like, I started this challenge out of desperation, like out of like pure desperation, and then we've ended the challenge. Like knowing my truth, like it is— once you get it, it is so simple because there is only one truth and everyone has the same truth. Like everybody has the same truth, and no good or bad traits that you perceive make you better or worse can change the one truth. Nothing changes the one truth. Nothing changes it. It's unconditional. Like, it is finite. Who you are is finite. So like, it's just amazing. Now just follow the threads of passion. Like, follow what brings you joy. If you need like Okay, I'm trying to think of some practical tips for day 31 to just close this out. I don't know. I don't think there are any pract. If you're on day 31 with me, I think you've got it by now. Like, if you haven't got it by now, please comment below. Say I have watched all 31 days and I still don't get it. Because I would really like to know if you don't, because I would love to— I would love— I would just really like to know if you don't get who you are by now. Maybe only a certain percentage of people can actually hear what I'm saying, and I know that will be the case. And if you've— if you're still watching at 20 minutes on this video You've either watched all the other videos or you're resonating with what I'm saying right now. Like, these long-form videos, people won't watch them. People won't watch them unless you're supposed to hear it. You certainly won't be still at 20 minutes. They might watch the first couple of minutes and go, what is this lady on? She's cracker crazy. But I know there are people of you out there that are ready, and I think if you're still watching 20 minutes on, on day 31 You're my people. You're my people. So I've never asked this in a video, but please subscribe so that we can stay in contact, or send me a DM at um Susie Unshaped on Instagram. I don't know how to do DMs in YouTube. I don't think you can. You can leave comments, but send me a message on Susie Unshaped on Instagram, or my other brand Scanties, S K A N T A E S. Which is actually— I'll just wrap that up because Scanties is why we're here. Scanties I created as an underwear product to stop chafing. Basically, I wanted to feel comfortable and I didn't want my thighs to rub. And then in e-com land, you've got to keep telling your why and you've got to keep digging into who you are as a brand. So it was— I've spent the last like 10 years reiterating what this Scanties product is. And I decided to call it anti-shapewear because I was sick of people telling us our bodies were not enough, that our bodies weren't thin enough, they weren't the right shape, they needed to be squished and squashed into all of these like smaller packages to be worthy, to be pretty, to be good-looking, to be skinny enough. And so that made me dig down to why do we hate our bodies so much? Like, why Like, I knew obviously advertising, like, when I dug down into it, like, I think, well, apparently skinny models were brought, like, were introduced into the fashion scene when they had the clothes on all these beautiful voluptuous women and no one was looking at the clothes, they were looking at the women because the women were so beautiful and curvy and gorgeous. So then they literally decided to make the look like a coat hanger. So that people are looking at the clothes and not at the woman's body shape. Like, women are supposed to be curvy. I think the statistics are that there's only about 5% of people with the body shape that models have, and I don't even think that that's as thin as they are. And I think there's a large percentage of models that don't eat. Like, that's not healthy. Like, to have all that pressure put on you to look a certain way To be enough for the clothes. So anyway, sorry, I digress. I can talk about that all day, but that's not the point. It was, it was just a way for us to be told that we're not enough. And so then I looked at how long our bodies have been like, how long this messaging, and really it's been post-World War II. Before World War II, like going back in history and stuff, everyone was just scrambling to be alive, I think, to survive, etc. I don't think Body image wasn't a thing. If anything, curvier bodies meant you were wealthier, and, and like, do you know what I mean? So really it's been from the '50s, so it's been about 75 years. And we also touched on the fact that wouldn't it be funny in this last incarnation where we come and don't remember who we are— you'll know what I'm talking about if you've watched the other videos— um, Wouldn't it be funny if this last one we decided to throw in hating the bodies that is— that have allowed us to continually have these human experiences? Like, we think that's actually pretty comical. Who's the royal we? I don't know. I think it's pretty comical. Me and my sister Cass, actually, we were the ones talking about it. We thought it was actually pretty hysterical. In the last lifetime where we're not— so this is the lifetime where we remember who we are. Like, the veil is being lifted. The veil is gone. Like, once you know it, you can't unknow it. So this is the last lifetime where we're not going to remember who we are. So we're not going to be able to have the wool pulled over our eyes saying we're not enough. So it is comical that we decided this lifetime to be the one where we wanted to hate the bodies that we were in. Well, I think it's really funny because I don't think there's many lifetimes before this that have been so intent on— and I mean in the lifetimes in the last 75 years It's so interesting. Anyway, I digress. I don't even like— I don't even know where I was going with that. Oh, sorry. That's how I was digging into like why we hate our bodies. And I only had that realization about this lifetime about like maybe 10 days through or something, which was like a big aha moment. Um, but then it filtered down to all the other ways that we're being told we're not enough. Like looks is just one way. You're not rich enough, you're not smart enough, not fast enough. Like all of these, like these are all the belief systems that feed into the I'm not enough. So, so any then behaviors like— and this is the shadow work, and I did touch on shadow work. Shadow work is just integrating traits of yourself that you deem make you not enough— lazy, rude, arrogant, sloppy, messy, anything, any traits and personality, like things that you think that you have that make you not enough— shadow work is about looking them in the eye and saying, actually, I— even though yes, I am lazy, I love— like, I love you, lazy. I love you, lazy, because maybe you— I was being lazy one day and I didn't do XYZ I thought I should. Maybe I was being lazy one day, but maybe that 3 hours of rest that I had then stopped me from getting sick the next day because my immune system was a little bit stronger because I'd had a bit of rest. And so that bug that went past me on the bus or something didn't catch on because I'd had that rest. So Maybe lazy was actually helping me. And seeing that each particular trait, it's only deemed bad because of the stories we've been told that, oh, if you're lazy, then you're not enough. Lazy people aren't enough. And it's like this weird moral high ground. I'm not lazy because I do all of my— Like, everyone is lazy. This is the point. Everyone can be lazy and everyone can be productive. Everyone can be the two sides of every single thing. It's only how we were using it to judge ourselves. And that's so funny. It was like the self-love and the you've released judgment of yourself. It's like once you know the truth, like once you know your truth, that one piece of information which is like It is so simple. Like judgment just instantly is released. How can there be judgment once you know that truth? It's impossible to have judgment on yourself once you know that truth, and on others because your truth is their truth. We all have the same truth. That's why it's really easy. Like there's no conditions on this person and conditions on that person and conditions on that person, etc., etc. And I'm not going to delve into it, but Conversations of God, Donald— Neil Donald Walsh. If you want to deep dive into how we are all exactly the same, go and listen to his audio. He has a book, Conversations with God, or, um, an audiobook on Spotify. Go and listen to that if you want the in-depth of why we are all the same. I know he does a spectacular segment on Hitler. It's like, well, how can you say that I'm the same as Hitler? I'm going to let him answer that for you. I am going to let you answer that for him— him answer that for you. But do that deep dive, because I promise you it's worth it, because we are all from the same universal energy. We are. And if you can't accept a trait in someone else, that's a really good indication. Like, if someone really bugs you for whatever reason, ask yourself, why do they bug me so much? Why do they irritate me so much? Why do they get under my skin so much? And try and figure out the traits that they have. That really irritate you, because that is just a mirror. That is just a mirror of traits that you are being high and mighty about, trying to pretend that you don't have. But guess what? We all have all the traits. So that's how we transmute it. It's like Yes, actually, okay, I see that person, they irritate me. This behavior, this behavior, this behavior irritates me. It's like, but actually, I do that too. I do that too. It might not be in, in the same way. Maybe this person, I don't know, they— I don't know why I can't even think of an example, but maybe this person was rude to the waiter. And you're like, oh, I would never be rude to a waiter. Never, ever, ever. Moral high ground. Um, hang on, my daughter's calling. I just have to cancel her for a second. Um, moral high ground. I would never be rude to a waiter. Okay, so then I obviously have a problem with aligning with the trait that I am rude. Have I ever been rude in any other way? Have you been? Yeah, you probably have. Well, I know you have. Everyone has. Everyone's been everything. You have been rude another way. Maybe you cut someone in traffic and that was rude. Maybe you, um, were rude to, I don't know, anyone. But just see what I mean? It's like you still can be rude, and there's nothing wrong with being rude because it doesn't make you any less than who you are. Because we know what we are enough exactly as we are. Okay, I think I'm digressing. Thirty-one days. Like if you have done this whole challenge, congratulations. Like I am just so excited and so thrilled. And please, like leave your comments. Send me a message if you've done the thirty-one days. Like I just want to congratulate you and me. We did it. Okay. So signing off from thirty-one days of living from your heart in a 3D world. Love you. Bye.
