Did you know you're absolutely awesome and fabulous!?! Plus how cool is 3I/Atlas

In this informal livestream, Susie Tuff hosts a "Susie Unshape Sessions" episode that blends self‑help guidance with a deep dive into the newly discovered comet 3I/Atlas. She begins by encouraging viewers to breathe and release the "shoulds" that dominate their thoughts, describing how guilt and the pressure to constantly do can trigger panic. Susie introduces a simple BodyTalk tapping method—head, heart, and stomach—to re‑program the mind toward deserving rest and self‑compassion. She then reflects on modern overload: three computer screens, dozens of browser tabs, and a possible ADHD tendency, illustrating how such multitasking fuels burnout. Shifting to the cosmic side, Susie shares a video by space‑weather researcher Stefan Burns, explaining that 3I/Atlas is a plasma‑dust comet roughly half the Sun’s diameter (≈700,000 km) moving at 58–68 km/s, with a trajectory that will bring it close to Earth in early October. She connects this astronomical event to concepts of energy, vibration, and the idea that the universe energetically supports each person. Throughout, she weaves personal anecdotes—her son Max offering a robe and tea, a "crying stool" for emotional release, and the restorative power of a 20‑minute rest. The session closes with repeated affirmations of the viewer’s worth, a prescription of three deep breaths when overwhelmed, and an invitation to explore the comet video further.

Hello, beautiful people. I am Susie Tuff, and this is the Susie Unshape Sessions, where we basically are unshaping anything that doesn't make you feel good about yourself. So it's about getting out of here and getting back into our hearts. So everyone just take a big deep breath, I think, like just a big it right down into your belly and then like, I don't know, oh, it is blue stuff everywhere. That's funny. Well, there you go. Um, that was very amusing. Um, so it has been a bit of a week. Like, there's stuff going on at the moment. I'm not sure if anyone is up to date with all the stuff that's going on at the moment, but like, I mean, um, I'm not sure. I think I have said, mentioned him before, Stefan Burns. He's a like a space weather investigator and geophysics meteorologist. I don't know, I got that so wrong, but he is absolutely fascinating. I'll actually drop, um, his latest video into the chat, and this is where you're gonna really see me geek out because, um, I actually am a bit of a nerd and really love to watch his videos. And they are quite scientific, so a lot of the language can be a bit like feel a bit tongue twisty and hurt your ears a little bit, but the premise is fascinating. So his recent one is there is the, um, the— what's he called? 3I Atlas comet that's coming, um, that's just entered our solar system. And I don't— I think they knew it was coming, but I don't think they predicted how large it was going to be. So this comet is currently measuring— like, it's not dense like a planet, otherwise we'd be in big trouble. But it's, um, it's actually a plasma dust, um, configuration. And he's fascinating to listen to because this comet is actually currently half the diameter of the sun. So if you think about, um, an object that has half the— I think the sun is, um, uh, 1,400,000 kilometers. And, um, 3I Atlas is actually measuring about 700,000 kilometers at the moment. I think those numbers are right. And so for me, like, I think that is absolutely fascinating. And to, to have something that big coming into your solar system. And in the video, he does all the trajectories and he shows you all the ellipticals and, and it's sort of like a 3D model and he can adjust it so you can see how close 3I Atlas is going to come to. I think it hits Jupiter and then it comes quite close to Earth and then it goes, um, on somewhere else. But, and he shows us where the alignments are as well. Um, showing how all the planets align. And if you watch a few of his videos, you'll understand that actually space weather and, um, an object that large— I think it was, um, moving at 58 kilometers a second and now is going to speed up. I'm not sure if it has yet, but to 68 kilometers a second, which I just think is fascinating. Like, I think every teacher in all schools should currently stop what they are teaching and put on YouTube and let all the kids learn from this real-life experience that's happening right now and understand. So he's really in, um, what I find fascinating, um, and this might be boring you all to tears, but it's actually like the relationship that this, that sort of our solar system has with our Earth. And so at the moment there's these really large, um, solar flares happening on the sun, and apparently there was a really big one, but it was on the On the, the back behind it, sun, where we— so behind, so behind the sun, not going towards Earth. Um, but these solar flares, he is— they're correlated directly to, um, what is happening under the ground with all the molten lava. And, and he had— he predicted the 8.8 magnitude earthquake in Russia, and he has predicted some more and some volcanic eruptions. So I just think in this time When I suppose it's quite funny because AI is like, it's nearly like the opposite of that. It's like so tech and so, um, not of physical matter. And then we've got the Earth, um, and the planets and they're all doing things and aligning. And that's a really bad description. But, um, if you want to know more about actually, um, Stefan talks a lot about that, but Pam Gregory is also great to talk about the planets and how they're all aligning. Um, because there's just so much happening, and you're probably like, well, what does that mean for me though? But, um, so I'm not sure where you are along your learnings of where— what life is about and what— why are we here. And I'm not sure if you've heard of the term like vibration or energy, but everything has an energy, and every energy is like interacting at all times. So For us to have a comet of this size coming into our solar system is really spectacular. I think it comes closest to Earth, I think it might be, I'm getting, uh, 7th of October. Don't quote me on that, but it's early October. And, um, just anyway, fascinating. So 3I/Atlas, really cool. Um, largest comet I think we've ever had come this close to the Earth. Um, anyway, So that's what I've been following at the moment. I'm not sure what you've been following, probably not that, but I have been this week really coming back into my heart and, and removing all the shoulds from my, from my thought pattern. And yesterday I was tired, actually I just had a rest before as well, and I suppose I wanted to talk about the waves of guilt that come in when you're doing what you actually feel like doing versus what this keeps saying you should be doing. And so the Unshaped sessions is all about peeling off all those shoulds because we've had years and years, our whole lifetime really, of putting all these layers of conditioned, conditioned beliefs and toxic thought patterns about ourselves and you know, the guilt-shame cycle, all of those things. And none of them make us feel good about ourselves in our heart. So, um, I yesterday did a little mini session whilst I was sitting there feeling guilty for resting and not doing. I am a chronically addicted doer. So, um, um, and I did get these little mini waves of sort of Panic. Oh, but I should be. But I should be. And if if your brain says I should be dot dot dot, you really need to take a big deep breath in. And I even love the three tapping. So the head, the heart, and the stomach. So just to re-pattern. So we have. I think I called it a a head breath. It's actually we have the heart here. We have the stomach consciousness, and we have the brain consciousness. So it's sort of like we've got three. centers of consciousness. So it's a modality called BodyTalk, but if you tap and it's like, I am deserving of rest, I am deserving of rest, and tap the head and the heart, and then the heart and the stomach, or the head and the stomach, it doesn't matter. Um, and just to try and tell all your centers that, um, we are deserving of rest. You are deserving of rest because you're awesome and amazing and We've become such— I'm sure you've heard it called this before— human doings instead of human beings. And life has just sped up so fast. Like, like, I actually just looked at— I look at myself and, and I have got 3 screens here, 3 screens. And in those screens, I've got probably 5 Google windows, Google Chrome windows. And in each window, there would have to be 6 or 7 tabs open at least. So we're talking maybe 42 tabs open at any one time. So like if you think back before the smartphone or even back to when like in the early 2000s when our computers were like this big and sort of dark screens and we didn't have multiple monitors, like life has sped up so much and so we're outputting so much more. Um, that I think that there has to be a point where you realize that's how you're going to get burnt out. Like 42 tabs open. I have my lovely friend Anna. It just drives her crazy. She's like, I can't cope with your, I can't cope with your setup. You've got like, just, it is stressing me out. And, um, I suppose actually back when I was working as an engineer, I used to do something similar, but we didn't have 3 screens and they weren't tabs. They were all big physical A3 drawings, like isometric drawings. And I used to call it my horizontal filing system. It was like, I'm not a naturally neat person. Like, I do love everything to be neat occasionally. Like, I— so I have once a fortnight is like tidy day and everything goes back in its place. So everything has a home and everything goes back in its place. But in between those times, I am messy, not dirty. Everything's clean. It's just there is papers everywhere and there's Headphones. I'm seeing some USB sticks here, lots of papers. Um, and so I don't even know where I was getting with that. I was saying my vertical horizontal filing system, like I always know where everything is. Look, I am absolutely babbling, but I suppose that's the equivalent of my tabs. So, um, I think I might have ADHD, but that's a story for another day. Um, anyway. I am going to stop babbling now. I'm not even sure what this live contained. A bit about 3I Atlas, the enormous comet coming into our solar system. I'm going to have to dig in a little bit deeper to that to see like how, if it's going to be visible, when it's going to be visible, because to me it's just fascinating. Um, so if that interests you at all, check out, I'll leave the latest video Stefan Burns had below because I just find it fascinating. And as always, you are amazing. You are a miracle. You are loved. You are supported more than you will ever know. So just remember that. And you know the prescription: 3 deep breaths always whenever you're overwhelmed. And just remind yourself. And if you need to do the tapping, like, I am loved. I am supported. Like I don't think you understand how much support you have. It's, it's an energetic thing. It's not a, um, physical thing. And when you're feeling like, woe is me, which I am very guilty of, um, taking some deep breaths and remembering you actually energetically supported by this amazing universe that we live in. And I think the chances of you actually even being born, I think they're— One in— I was gonna say 4 trillion, but I don't think it is. Maybe one in 4 billion or something. One in 4 billion chance you even— maybe it's 400 million, I don't know. It's a large number. The fact that you're here is a miracle in itself, and you chose to come down to this earth and live this life. And if everything's not going that well for you, instead of— I've been really practicing this lately— instead of focusing on what's going wrong and Pam Gregory is really good with this as well. Instead of focusing on the bad, imagine what it would be like, like in a perfect world. In your perfect world, what does that look like? Like, like see it, close your eyes, play like daydream, play an imaginary game. Like in a perfect world, what would my, um, what would my— Actually, that's a really— I'll tell you a cute story. My son, um, I've been talking like this for a long time, um, and learned to pick myself up off the ground more than you could possibly imagine. Um, I have a crying stool in the kitchen for when I just break down in tears. Um, and I remember I was probably on my crying stool because it was in the kitchen, and Max, my darling son, he came in— oh, it was a few years ago now, I think— and he said, okay, Mum, in a perfect world— I, yeah, I think I was crying— in a perfect world, what would happen? I'd be like— I was like, oh, I would get in my robe and hop into bed and have a cup of tea and just have a rest. I think I'm really tired. I'm really overwhelmed by everything. And he said he thought— he was very considerate. He thought about it. He goes, okay, well, I can get you your robe. And he goes, and we can go into bed. He goes, but I don't know how to make tea. And I was like, it's okay. It was just so sweet and considered. And so I think I just took some water. I don't even think I took the tea. But anyway, point being, I went into bed. I think I had a 20-minute rest. And you'll be surprised at what 20 minutes of rest will do for you, for your heart and for your overall soul. So if you want some nice calming music, or if you just want quiet and silence— many mums with young kids are probably in the don't talk to me, don't make noises, just quiet, just quiet. Right. Rain noise, like maybe rain. Anyway, I really am babbling. So if anyone watches this whole thing, let me know because I will be truly amazed and you are wonderful. Okay, love you lots. Bye.
