Feeling a wobble? How to pull yourself out and remember who the ! you are 🥰

In this solo, conversational coaching video, Susie Taaffe reflects on slipping back into the "3D"—the autopilot, brain‑driven mode—after completing a 31‑day heart‑based challenge. She explains why the slip happened (stress, trying to figure out new reality with the human brain), and offers a step‑by‑step mental and emotional toolkit for getting back into heart‑led living. Core advice includes: rejecting shame and guilt, welcoming the "wobble" of doubt and fear, using Abraham/Esther Hicks teachings to "reach for the next best feeling," and employing simple sensory grounding anchors (soft pillow, blanket, cold hand). She uses metaphors (carrying the world like Atlas, learning to drive a manual car, a baby learning to walk) to illustrate the clunky but necessary process of surrendering the brain’s reins and trusting heart intelligence. Throughout, she emphasizes that the 31‑day challenge cemented her sense of purpose, making it easier to re‑align, and encourages viewers to integrate heart‑based actions into everyday tasks (tidying, caring for her daughter) as practice. The video serves as a practical guide for anyone who has completed the challenge and now needs to navigate the integration phase in daily life.

Hello and welcome back to Susie Unshaped. Now I think I have been MIA for a bit, um, and so I think this video could be nearly out of all the videos one of the most important, like crucial videos that I'll ever make. And the reason for that is I got sucked back into the 3D Like big time. And I've been trying— like, it was really interesting. I have not been— look at that coughing, can't get it out. I, after doing like that intensive, um, 31-day challenge— so 31-day challenge of living from your heart in a 3D world— and I think I was like, if you haven't done it, it's free, just find the playlist, um, And I highly recommend it because the reason why I recommend it is it's going to make this video make more sense. But I was sucked back into the 3D. I have been on autopilot. I have not been living from my heart. I have been, um, like really, really in the 3D. I have not been present. And so it was sort of last night, like I kind of knew it, but I wasn't Even allowing myself the time to like center and ground back in. And like, I don't know— I'm sorry, well, I don't— I do know why, because I've done a meditation on it this morning. And, um, and I— that's why I think— look, I've rambled on now for a minute and 41. If you, if you're still here, then you really are gonna— then you're gonna get this message. And if you're not, you've clicked off already because I'm rambling on about nothing. And so why would you still be here? But anyway, if you are still here, I think this message is really important because when I did my meditation this morning— so this morning I woke up and I started to have the anxiety loops again, and I know that I'm not grounded when that anxiety sets in. And if I think about to the last week, I've had that anxiety, but I was doing really 3D tasks, so I didn't have time to even like check in. I just had to keep going and keep going and keep going. Last week was a busy week, and, um, so the anxiety set in this morning and I was like, okay, Go back to— go back to basics. So that's why this video is important, because it's how do you pull yourself out of the 3D? Like, I'm not talking when we're back at square one, like back at day one where we didn't know what we learned and uncovered in the 31 days. I mean, like, how do you catch yourself when you flicked back into the 3D and the old habits of not being aware and present and And look, it's easy to happen. It just happened like that. A few things came up, um, a few things like happened, uh, like people were staying, all sorts of stuff happened, and I flicked out pretty quickly. And it took me probably 10 days, being today being the first day, to be able to come back and ground back into my heart and remember. But after doing the 31-day course or challenge, it was so much easier because I already know like who I am and what my purpose is. Like, I, I know that. And doing that for 31 days and uncovering that for 31 days, like, that is cemented it. Like, you can click now, it's like right. And then it's how to pull yourself back and get yourself back on track. And so that's why I think this is the most important video, because this is the 3D world. This is like, I'm 45, I've had 45 years of conditioning. So 31 days is, is like, it's fantastic. And 31 days, I now know who I am. I know to my core why I'm here. I know the purpose of like my existence for myself. Like, I have uncovered that for me. Um, and so it's much easier to write, okay, let's go back to basics. And I literally went back to basics. Like, like, for me, one of my go-to— if you want to feel Like, if you want to just come back into who you are and how to get yourself out of a hole, just search up any of the Abraham Hicks things. There's like a million on YouTube, and just start listening to them because she is so clever. Esther Hicks, when she channels Abraham, like, hey, they're funny. They're so funny. So they laugh, but they don't make you feel bad about yourself because she brings her human into it, and like, she Like, so that's my number one thing, is number one, if you have slipped back into the 3D and you've been like not present and sort of living nearly probably with like blinkers on— I had my blinkers on— number one, you are not allowed to shame yourself or guilt yourself or any of those things. Number one. Number one, there's no room for that. There is absolutely no room for that. So let's just Think of a little phrase. It's like, oh, my human is so cute. Like, my human's so cute that it went and just was a human for a while and we forgot who we were. We forgot for a second. And but that's okay because we know who we are. So our humans are like, we've been doing this our whole lives. So there will be no shame or guilt from you, um, for like forgetting who you are and living on autopilot. So number one. There is no space for guilt or shame. None. Like, the past doesn't exist. So right now, this present moment is the only thing that exists, and you can choose whatever you want in this moment. And I can tell you, if you're still watching this, we're not choosing shame and guilt. Uh-uh. There is no space for that. Nope, not in this now present moment. So if you need to, if you need to just chuck them out the window Put them in the bin, kick them out of bed, go. They're gone. We are not here for that. That is, we, we know better now that there's no space for that, and that now is the present moment, and that's all that exists. The past does not exist. So thank you, funny human, you've had a human time, but now I'm choosing, I'm choosing to come back into my heart, and I'm doing it like in baby steps. And that's what I love about Esther. Hicks and Abraham Hicks is that she's like, just reach for the next best feeling. Like, just reach for the next best feeling. You're probably not going to be at a 10 out of 10, but just find what's the next level up from where you are. Like, like, own where you're at. Like, we're not going to bypass it and just jump up to like, oh, I feel amazing. Like, do you know what I mean? Like, really be okay. Like, thank you. Yes, I was human for a bit and I forgot for a bit. And I went on autopilot for a bit, but I know that I can now bring it in. I can choose right now. And so in the meditation, what I saw was what I'd done. I was carrying, I was carrying like Atlas carrying the world. I was carrying the world on my shoulders, like I was carrying all this human stuff that my brain was Trying to figure out, like my brain was trying to figure out. And I think that that's what spun me into the 3D, because what we are like, us new humans, what we're accomplishing right now, like the worlds we are creating, our brains cannot figure them out. And if you try to, this is what happens. Like when you try to figure it out and we forget. Our human kicks in and then we get stressed. And when we're stressed, we're not grounded. Like, we're spinning, we're looping, we're, we're like, we're like numbing and running and binging and whatever it is to take our mind off how overwhelming the stress is of trying to figure it all out. And so that was the first thing my meditation was like, dump that. It's like, just pick it up, put it down. It is not your job for this human brain to figure it out. And if you're in the job of trying to figure it out, it's going to stress you out. It's going to cause you to like numb and run and do all the things possible that you can to avoid it because you can't figure it out. Like, that's it. Like, your human brain, your human cannot figure out This next— these next steps. It can only come from our heart. Like, that, that's just it. End of. Like, what we are creating in this new world, these new humans, this new frequency— our human brain has never seen it before. So it can't even compute what it is, where you're going, what the opportunities are that are going to come up. Like, it can't— And I tried, I jumped that into it, and then I got imposter syndrome. Then I was like, oh, but how is this going to work? And how is that going to work? And that just stressed me out more and more and more. Breathe. Just breathe. Just breathe and just come back. Like, if you're still watching this, you're on the same frequency. Like, you're on this frequency. You understand what we're talking about. If you haven't done the 31-day challenge, I highly recommend it. It's free. Um, share it with whoever you like because like it was my process, it was my journey through uncovering all these layers of my human and, and, and what we're here for and what our purpose is. And once you've done the 31 days, it's so easy to click back in when you choose to. And then to see what have you— what are you carrying that you don't need to carry? Because when you're trying to carry it and figure it out, what you're actually doing is blocking the, the heart inspiration. Like, the heart knows because it's connected to the universal source energy. It's like divine intelligence. And we love our brains. They've kept us safe in this human world. And for lifetimes and lifetimes and lifetimes, we've relied on them. Like, there has been intuition that's come through. Like, you have done heart-based living without knowing it, but now we're choosing to live from our heart all the time. So it is going to take a while to deprogram this darling brain that's trying to jump in and fix everything and figure things out and sort stuff out. And it— that, like, that's why it's so clunky. This, this period of time is clunky because Our brains don't know how to let go of the reins. And I think I did a video a couple of weeks ago about how I, how I figured out what a total surrender is. And I think the total— like, to totally surrender, totally surrender is actually— it's in the details of I feel scared, I feel doubt, but I'm go— like, I love those parts of me. It's like, I think before that I mentioned I was spiritually bypassing it, like just jumping into the, but I know who I am and I trust, and I trust that everything— like, I trust, trust. It was sort of like the positive flip side, and I wasn't giving space to the sides and parts of me that were fearful and that were having doubts. And like, and so love those parts. Loving those parts, I think, is what surrender actually is. Like, it's easy to surrender to the trust. Well, easy— that's the step one. But it's— but I think step two— Yeah, so step one is like learning to just trust it's all going to work out. And I have been doing that for a long time, and I feel like I was bunny hopping through that, bunny hopping through that, because I feel like the massive shifts have come when I've actually accepted the part of me— like, I could accept the part of me that trusted, but I didn't— wasn't accepting the part of me that was fearful and had doubts. And that, like, it's sort of— we know who we are. And so unaligned belief systems doesn't mean we can't be doubtful and we can't not trust it's going to work out. We have to love those parts as well and accept those parts so that we can be the whole human and not just the one that trusts. It's actually being accepting of the fact that your human might feel scared and your human might feel doubt, and feeling those feelings and not just band-aiding them with trust and, and you've got this and all of that side of it. It's like feeling the doubt and feeling the fear and feeling the wobble, I suppose. Like, I was having a big wobble on Saturday, and like, it was sort of like I knew I knew the trust. I knew all of that, but I think I wasn't just okay. You're allowed to wobble. You're allowed to wobble. And I love me for what I love my human for wobbling. It doesn't take away from who I am. I know who I am. Like I know that I am a divine source creation, as are you. We are all the same. We are all made from the same magical energy. But that doesn't mean my human brain isn't going to wobble. And to— and, and instead of pushing the wobble away, that's what I've been doing, is I've been pushing the wobble away instead of bringing that wobble in and like just accepting. And like, okay, yes, we get it that your human's wobbling because you've never done this before. It's all brand new. It's all brand new. So Loving your wobble and loving and accepting the wobble and, and knowing that that's just your human trying to protect you. That's just your human brain. And it's funny, my gorgeous friend Anna was just like, that's just your brain trying to protect you. And I was too in the wobble. Like, I got it. Like, I— yeah, I get it. Yeah, I know it's going to work out, but I didn't really embrace it. I didn't fully embrace it. And she was bang on. That, that was just my human brain trying to protect me, because our human brains have never been, um, we've never been told to let go of the reins and just let the heart drive. And that's what we're doing. We are letting go of the reins. And I'm a fixer and a figure-outer and like a making stuff happen person. Like, I— to let go of the reins completely and let this heart intelligence Strive. Yeah, well, I had a wobble. I had a wobble, and we threw in more ingredients into the pot, ingredients that have come up from living from my heart, like ingredients that have, like, that, like, things that have come in that I've been like, oh my God, I never even knew that opportunity existed, and yet here it is presenting me. So it's a new ingredient into the pot, and so my, my 3D brain has gone in like, oh, but And started to like troubleshoot. We've got to like bang, bang, bang the round peg into the square hole instead of just hands off. Just lead by, lead by your heart. Lead the next, pull the next thread. Find like, just let the inspiration and the opportunities come to you because our brains can't figure it out and they'll just put you in a tailspin. You'll be like, you'll feel overwhelmed and stressed. And then you'll like literally disconnect. I feel like I was like even for a few days like completely like nearly out of body, like dis— what's the word— dissociated. Dissociate out because the stress was so overwhelming with all the what-ifs and hows and, and analysis, like paralysis nearly. It's like I, like I went to the grocery, I couldn't even shop at the grocery store properly. Like I couldn't even make decisions there. Like you should know, like what do I want to eat for dinner? Like that shouldn't be a hard question. What do I feel like right now? I'm like, so breathe and love your wobble. That's why I said there's no room for shame or guilt. Your, your human brain has never done this before. It's never let go and let the heart drive completely. Like, it has in bits and pieces, but you haven't been consciously aware of you that you're doing it, really. Do you know what I mean? Like, that's how intuition does come in when you're doing stuff that you love and you're having fun and And that's why you've got to chase the better feeling, because when you're chasing the better feeling and doing stuff that you love, that's when the ideas pop in. That's when you flow. That's when opportunities come out of nowhere. It's because you're in alignment with your soul, so you can communicate. When you get up in our head, this is just like a blocker for the heart communication. But like, that's why this video I think is so important, because it is going to be like driving a manual car for the first time. You know, the bunny hopping and trying to get the clutch like clunky clunky, like bunny hopping down the road. That's what we're doing while we shed this brain relationship with it being in charge. Like, while we're shedding that And learning to just live from here, it's going to be clunky and you're going to wobble because you've never done this before. Like a, like a baby learning to walk. That's what we're doing. Like, we're learning to walk again, which is our— like, it's the best analogy. You're gonna fall down, but then you're gonna get back up and you're gonna remember, okay, I don't know how babies learn to walk. I'm sure they remember why I did this last time and that kind of works, so I'll have a go at that again. Or And use like, um, use YouTube, use these videos, use the 31-day challenge. They're like your— and the baby holds on to the rails or holds on to the side of the table. That's what that is for now, because it's just your reminders. It's your reminder on how, like, how to live from your heart. And it's a reminder of who you are, and it's a reminder of how amazing and fabulous and insanely magical that you are and that we all are. So whatever you need, get your magic toolbox because we're gonna have to keep coming in. Like, and, and like, it took me probably 10 days to snap out of this heady, heady, um, trying to figure it all out. And it was to the point where I was like, I can't. Like, I was so overwhelmed with everything that I was just like Something's not right. And then the meditation, which is like bang this morning, this massive like sack of stuff on my shoulders. And it was all, it was all the human figuring out. Like, we can't make the cake because only our heart knows the recipe. So you can get as many ingredients as you like, but your heart is the one that knows the recipe. Our human brain cannot create from the ingredients because it doesn't, A, know all the ingredients. Only our heart knows all the ingredients, so you're never going to get the recipe right if you try and figure it out. So I quite like that analogy. I quite like that. I quite like that. It's really good because our heart— like, there's ingredients in there of where you're going that you can't even imagine what they are. So you can't buy every single grocery store in the whole world just to figure out a recipe you don't even know the recipe for. And then the ingredient might not have even been stocked at any of these, do you know what I mean? Like, our heart knows the recipe, and so we've just got to like get— like choose a better feeling. Like, I love how, um, Abraham Hicks, they like— it's just pick the next best feeling from where you're at, and then slowly you can climb up that way. So for me, if I get that anxiety in the morning, my go-to is now like, oh, how soft is my pillow? Or slide your hand up, you know, the cold parts, like, how nice does that feel? Like, just bring it to the immediate, like, what? Oh, like, how soft is my blanket? Like, oh, how lucky is it that I've got 5 more minutes that I can just snuggle here and just really enjoy how cuddly and snuggly my bed is? And then we just go from there and just allow the wobbles, because as I said, we've never done this before. So that's why I think this video is super important, especially if you've done the challenge and it's this next step of integrating, integrating in the 3D world. So I love you lots. I hope that this made sense. If you're still watching, I think it made sense to you. Anyway, I love you lots, and I am going now to You know how I've said before in my videos, like tidying the house, like you feel like you should? Today my heart actually wants to. I want to get it all nice. I want— like, I really am— my heart wants to do it, not because I should, but because it's going to make me feel good. I'm gonna put some music on. My daughter's just got back from a trip, so I'm gonna unpack her luggage, wash everything, put everything away, get it all nice because my heart wants to. So go and do what your heart wants to, and I'll bet you while I'm doing that, that ideas are popping in. Inspiration will come. I'll get a text from someone, who knows? Because I'm just going to be pottering around doing what I want to do, not because I should and not because like I feel guilty, just because I want to. Love you lots. Bye.
