how this plays out in the 3D world, this choosing your thinking, choosing your thoughts. So I was just doing the washing and like doing loads, folding, etc. And I, number one, made myself present of my thoughts because that's definitely something you can go on autopilot. And then what I did was I spam chose, like I just pelted all these positive thoughts, like anything I could think of, even though it seemed crazy. That's what I started pelting myself with. So, e.g., oh my God, I'm so lucky that I've got clean clothes. I'm so lucky I've got a washing machine and a dryer at my house. I'm so happy that I've been able to get these clean clothes and now I have the time to fold them. And oh my God, it feels so good when all the washing's done and all— it's all put away. And oh my God, I'm so lucky that I have this washing that I can actually fold and put away. And just keep spamming yourself and spamming yourself and spamming yourself. With how lucky and how amazing it is for whatever the task that you're doing is. So that is my tip for forward choosing your emotions in a 3D world with 3D responsibilities and 3D life. Okay, bye-bye.
