In this guided meditation, the speaker leads listeners through a series of deep‑breathing exercises to calm the nervous system, then invites them to acknowledge any negative emotions that arise from situations beyond their control. Listeners are encouraged to sit with these feelings, label them, and consciously decide how long to hold them. Using the breath as a tool, they are guided to exhale the unwanted emotions and replace them with vivid memories of joy, love, and peace. The meditation emphasizes personal agency—while external events may be uncontrollable, individuals can choose their internal response. Repeated affirmations of love and encouragement reinforce the message that choosing a positive emotional state is both possible and empowering, ultimately aiming to shift the listener’s overall experience toward calm, contentment, and joy.

Hello, my lovelies. Hello, amazing people. Well done for taking five seconds for yourselves. Maybe not five seconds, maybe a bit longer. But as usual, we're going to start with a big deep breath in because it's so simple and it can bring instant calm. So big breath in. So big as you can hold it, try and get that breath right down to your belly, and then a big sigh out. Get it all out. Gonna do that again. Big breath in, dev right down into your belly. Now big sigh out. Ah, get it all out. One more big breath in. And a big sigh out. Now just back to your regular breathing. And I want you to feel amazing because you've given yourself this time. It doesn't need to be long, but you are so important. How you feel inside is so important, and you are in the driver's seat of that. Other people can do anything to us, but we are the ones who choose how we react. So congratulations on choosing yourself. The go-to trick is to breathe. Whenever you feel overwhelmed or stressed, especially by external circumstances that you can't change, just breathe. Listen to me in your head. Haha. In. Susie says, in, breathe in. And then she says, breathe it all out. Just breathe. People really underestimate how important— we could nearly call it breath medicine— is. Breathing properly will do more for you than any drug will. So this is your reminder to breathe in and breathe out when everything is overwhelming. And then once you've got your breathing regulated, in circumstances where we can't change, we have no control over the influencing factors, It can feel really powerless, like everything is happening to us. However, once you're in your breath calm state, it gives you the ability to step out of the picture and look at things in a different manner and choose For yourself how you want to react in the situation, because this is the magic key to all situations that we have no control over. How do you want to walk away from the situation feeling? Feeling... It's nice, you can think, yes, it might anger you, it might piss you off, it might make you really irritable. Do any of those feelings serve us? Absolutely not. However, it is still okay to feel the feeling first. So feel it, sit in it, decide how long you want to hold on to that, because if you hold on to that feeling for a long time, it's going to start impacting you in a negative way. So I like to sit in it. In my human, I say, gosh, I'm feeling annoyed right now. Gosh, I'm feeling pissed off, feeling so angry at that person. So I acknowledge that, and then deep breaths, breathe out that feeling, and then choose how I want to feel inside. Our human likes to take over and wants to churn on that negative feeling, but that's going to bring you no joy, no peace. It's going to ruin your day And it's something you have no control over. So from a logical point, why would we hold on to that? It makes no sense. So you can feel it, but then we're going to learn just let it go. It's someone else's stuff. It's not your stuff. Use your breath to come back in, back into your center. Back into your heart. And now I want you to replace those feelings. Breathe out those yucky feelings and replace them with memories of joy, happiness, fun. Whatever image you can find that you can replace that yucky feeling with, I want you to breathe that into your heart now. And feel empowered that you are consciously choosing to still feel good. Another person doing something outside of your control is no longer going to ruin your day. You are going to use your mind and your heart and your body To shift yourself back into feeling calm, peaceful, content, joy. If there's some really big feelings, you may need to run it out or box it out or something to get it out. And then once you've gotten rid of it, let's replace it with the good feelings again, because we are not here to feel bad. The purpose of this life is to feel joy and love. And happiness and peace and contentment. If you can learn this trick to swap out these emotions, this is going to change your life. I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you. You can do this. Choose to feel better, that is within your control. The other stuff is not in our control. It's up to you to make the choice about how you want to feel. And don't let other people get in on your space. It's your own heart you're in control of. I love you, I love you, I love you.
