In this brief guided affirmation, the speaker channels what they describe as the divine hand of Source Energy to remind listeners that only love is real. They assert that fears and feelings of lack stem from misaligned belief systems, and that recognizing oneself as a miraculous, divine creation made of pure love dissolves those fears. The speaker invites listeners to breathe in this divine energy, allowing it to fill the heart with love, joy, and bliss, while noting that any thoughts from the ordinary 3‑dimensional mind that contradict this truth are merely non‑truths. The message concludes with a loving farewell.

The divine hand of Source Energy is here to remind you today that anything that does not come from love is not real. All your fears are just unaligned belief systems making you doubt your truth, and the truth is that you are a divine creation. You are from Source Energy. You are a miracle. You are so loved. And see, look here, this divine energy is sending through the screen to you to dissolve all of those fears of lack, of not enoughness, of being not okay. They're all dissolving now because you are enough, because you are a miracle of divine creation. You are source energy. You are pure love. And this divine energy coming through your screen right now is coming into your heart and filling it up with so much love and joy and bliss and— ah, just breathe it in right now. Breathe that in, that amazing divine creation that you are. And anything that comes up into your 3D mind that does not support this. We thank it, but it is not the truth. This is the only truth, that we are pure love in our hearts. I love you. Goodbye.
