In this guided meditation, the speaker greets listeners warmly and leads them through a series of deep breathing exercises designed to release tension and negative feelings. The practice emphasizes inhaling peace, calm, beauty, and joy while exhaling "ick," "yuck," and any lingering stress. After establishing a calm breathing rhythm, the meditation transitions to a vivid visualization of a soothing waterfall flowing over the listener’s head and body, washing away overwhelm, impatience, and irritation. The speaker encourages the listener to imagine water fairies removing these burdens, leaving a refreshed, rejuvenated state. The session concludes with repeated breathing cycles, affirmations of love, and an invitation to carry the calm into the day, emphasizing that the waterfall can be revisited whenever extra calm is needed.
