Scanties are anti-shapewear: they smooth your silhouette without compressing your body into an artificial shape. The longer leg length eliminates panty lines, the waistband doesn't dig, and they let you look like yourself instead of forcing you flat.

What is the difference between scanties and shapewear? Well, this is why I call them anti-shapewear, because they are not shapewear at all. They will not compress your body into a shape that you are not. That is the antithesis of what we are doing here. Scanties can still give you a smooth line through their structural design. So because we don't have any waistbands digging in, you will have a smooth line of your natural form, which is my education to you is beautiful. And we need to start seeing our bodies as these beautiful creations that they are and not as some idealized shape that was designed to sell clothes, which I think— Beautiful bodies are like the Venuses and the Aphrodites. They are curvy. Like, no one has a flat stomach. None of the beautiful Greek gods have a flat stomach. Have you seen one? Sorry, I digress, but that is the difference, is I am not trying to shape you into something you are not. They are anti-shapewear, but I will still give you smooth lines. So because they have a longer leg length, you are not going to get the visible panty line if you're wearing a fitted dress or a fitted skirt or trousers or pants or gym shorts or Ski pants or any of that because they are, they finish at the mid-thigh. So you are going to have a perfectly smooth line there. And because of the waistband design, you're going to have a smooth line there as well because it's flat and just sits with your body. It doesn't try and make it go anywhere that it's not supposed to. And it means that it's actually comfortable so you can enjoy yourself instead of like sitting like this at the table or not being able to sit down. So. Scanties are not shapewear, and I don't believe you need to be shaped.
