In this guided meditation for the second month of the Wings of Hope transformation program, the instructor welcomes participants and introduces the core theme of "letting go" as a pathway to freedom. She describes emotional baggage—resentments, frustrations, disappointments, and societal "shoulds"—as a heavy sack carried on the back, urging listeners to imagine releasing this weight. A central tool is the mental "emotional basket" placed outside the door, where stressful or looping thoughts can be temporarily set aside, acknowledging them without immediate action. The speaker encourages participants to regularly empty the basket, discard the heavy sack, and cultivate lightness, joy, and passion throughout the month. The tone is warm, conversational, and instructional, aiming to inspire compassionate self‑release.

Hello, my beautiful people. I hope you really enjoyed month 1 of your Wings of Hope transformation program. Now, month 2 is a process that is very, very dear to my heart. And so month 2 is crucial to integrate freedom into your life. And it is the concept of letting go. So By letting go, I mean let's drop the things that no longer serve us. Let's dump them off our backs. Let's free ourselves to actually be amazing and free. So if you're carrying like disappointments or frustrations or like I call it the big bag of resentments and you've got the big sack on your back with all the resentments and your hurts and frustrations and expectations and ah, the list goes on and on and on and It's heavy. Just for a second, imagine letting it all go. Like, you can feel the lightness already. Like, carrying this, a lot of it isn't even our stuff. So why are we logging— lugging around all this extra pressure and weight when it's not even ours to carry? This month, I really truly hope that you can find a way to let go of all of the things that no longer serve you, that don't bring you joy and passion. Let's get rid of them. Like, boom, gone. Anyway, I hope you love this. I hope you love this month. I hope that after this month and getting used to the process of letting go, Um, for example, I in my mind have a permanent basket that sits outside my door. It's not real. It's in my mind. But whenever my mind starts to crowd with thoughts that are stressful, of things that like looping thoughts, things I can't fix right now or I don't need to fix right now, I just mentally, I put them in the basket. So I'm not pretending they don't exist, but mentally you can just put them in the basket and then go about Feeling great right now. You can deal with them later. You know you're going to deal with them. You know you're going to get through it eventually. So create your emotional basket, and let's also get rid of that massive sack of resentments and and disappointments and pressures and shoulds and all of those things. Just let them all go so that we can feel free and light and amazing. I hope you enjoy month two and letting all of this stuff go. Love you so much.
