She recaps the previous months—finding an inner sanctuary and letting go of uncontrollable emotional baggage—then introduces the core practice for tough moments: pause, take five deep belly breaths, and use a reset meditation. She shares a personal travel story about navigating from Macau to Hong Kong with 60 kg of luggage after a visa disaster, illustrating how breathing, step‑back thinking, and asking for help enabled her to overcome a seemingly impossible challenge. The speaker repeatedly affirms the mantra “you can do hard things,” encourages listeners to trust themselves, seek assistance when needed, and recognize their hidden strength. The video ends with warm encouragement and an invitation to reconnect with inner strength.

Welcome back, beautiful people, and welcome to month 3 of the Wings of Hope 12-month transformation program. So I hope you've enjoyed month 1 with finding your inner home and your inner sanctuary. Month 2, letting go of things that we can't control that do not serve us, letting go of all of that emotional baggage and feeling lighter and free. Now month 3 is about your inner strength, your emotional resilience, and how we can learn to trust ourselves. And guess what? You can do hard things. I know sometimes you might need a little pep talk, but I will tell you my process. When things get tough, guess what the first thing you should always do? Take a step back and just 5 deep breaths. So really big breaths in through your belly, in through your— out through your mouth or your nose, whichever feels right. But really get that air deep into your belly when things get really tough, because when you panic like this, you can't see through any way forward. So instantly, 5 deep breaths, and then we run through this meditation. Actually, the reset meditations are fantastic for when things get tough, But I will let you in on a little secret, and that is you can do hard things. Hear that? Yes, you can. You can do hard things. So I'll give you a little example of this. And I was actually traveling back from Macau. I'd had a disaster with visas, etc. We'd had to go the long way around. And as I do, I was always— I was packed to the hilt with my luggage. So I think I had about 60 kilos of luggage. I had planned on taking the airport transfer, and then they were like, oh, sadly the transfer is not working today, you can't take that. So all of a sudden, me thinking I was turning up there and putting my luggage on a bus and off it would go and I would get it at my destination, all of a sudden I had to catch public transport from Macau to Hong Kong with 60 kilos of luggage on my back. So what did I do? I was like overwhelmed. I was like, oh my God, how am I going to do this? And I was like I had given myself plenty of time, so I took a few deep breaths, just grounded into myself, and I said to myself, it's okay. I can do hard things. You've got this. And then I worked out the plan step by step. In fact, a lovely man helped me to the bus for the public transport. And yes, it did take me a while to get where I was going. I was a bit like a snail with all his home on my back, but— In the end, I did it. Yeah, I was pretty wrecked by the end of it by the time I got there, but this is the point: you can do hard things if you just breathe, take a step back, ask for help, see who else might be able to help you with it, like the nice man with my luggage. But I know you can do this. You've got this. You are actually way, way stronger than you think. Love you lots. I hope You love month 3 and reconnecting back in with that inner strength that you all have. Bye for now, lovelies.
