The recording is a guided meditation designed to help listeners reconnect with joy and playfulness. It opens with a gentle invitation to create a safe, undisturbed space and reminds listeners not to listen while operating machinery. The guide leads a breath‑work sequence of three deep breaths, then introduces a soft golden‑light body scan that moves from the head down to the feet, fostering relaxation and a sense of being held. Listeners are then visualized stepping into a vivid "joy garden" where they walk barefoot, feel the earth, and recall joyful memories. In the garden they encounter a younger version of themselves—an inner child—who leads them to explore ribbons, streams, butterflies, and playful water‑splashing, emphasizing that joy is an innate, accessible state rather than something to be earned. The meditation includes a "joy menu" of simple, light‑bringing activities (e.g., hugging a child or pet) and repeats affirmations such as "I remember what joy feels like" and "I am allowed to feel good." The session concludes with brief interjections of words like "Dancing," "Laughter," and "Sunshine," reinforcing playful themes, and a final invitation to carry the feeling of joy into the day. The overall tone is soothing, nurturing, and encouraging, aiming to restore emotional lightness and self‑compassion.

Welcome, beautiful soul. This is your time, a space just for you. No expectations, no pressure, just a soft place to land. Before we begin, please make sure you're in a quiet, safe space where you won't be disturbed. This meditation is designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed emotional state. For your safety, please don't listen while driving or operating any machinery. Give yourself this time just for you, a moment to soften, to breathe, and to come home to yourself. We spend so much time taking care of others, being strong, holding it all together, and somewhere along the way we forget to take care for ourselves the same way. This meditation is your reminder to You are worthy of your own joy. You deserve lightness, not just from the world around you, but from within. And even if joy feels far away right now, today we're not chasing it. We're just here to remember what it feels like. There's no perfect way to do this. Just bring your breath, bring your heart, and let yourself soften one moment at a time.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Allow your body to settle, supported and relaxed. If it feels right, gently close your eyes or soften your gaze. Bring awareness to your breath. No need to change it, just notice. Feel the inhale and the exhale. Now let's take 3 deep breaths together. Breathe in through your nose, gently filling your belly. Exhale through your mouth, releasing tension. Again, breathe in softness, And breathe out all the pressure and expectations. One more time, breathe in lightness and joy, and exhale anything weighing you down. Now imagine a soft golden light above your head, gentle, warm, nurturing. With each breath, Feel it slowly flowing over you like a soft, warm, golden bubble. Feel it move across your forehead, softening all the tension you are carrying. Feel as it gently flows down over your cheeks, then softly let your jaw relax, feeling warm and peaceful. Feel it continue into your neck and shoulders, releasing all the tension, and let them drop slightly as you exhale. Let the golden bubble of warmth travel down your arms, Into your hands and fingers. This soft golden light now moves into your chest, gathering at your heart space. Feel its warmth as it swirls around, Let it gently hold you here. Let yourself be soothed. Let this light continue down through your belly, your hips, Your legs, and finally your feet. You are held, you are safe, you are Enough. Now imagine yourself stepping into a beautiful garden. It's stunning, alive and filled with color. This is your joy garden, a space where everything is allowed to bloom. You walk slowly, Barefoot on the soft, smooth grass. Feel the warmth of the earth beneath you and the golden sunshine on your skin. As you move, begin to remember all the joy you have felt in your life. A memory surfaces, a moment of laughter, play, or lightness, a moment when you felt free, Happy and alive. Let it come. Let it expand. Feel the joy in your heart. Now you notice a younger version of you in this garden. She is playful, free, full of light. She dances, she skips, she laughs. Let her take your hand. Let her show you the way back to your own lightness. Together, You explore the garden, laughing and smiling, feeling so fully content. There are trees with ribbons hanging from branches, memories of joyful moments from your life. Touch one. Let it whisper a memory, a feeling of joy. Feel the joy of that memory swirl around your heart and feel the happiness deep in your soul. There's a stream ahead sparkling in the sunlight. You sit beside it and Dipping your fingers and toes into the cool water, your younger self playfully splashes droplets of water, and you join in. The ripples carry your laughter into the air. Such a simple joy to play with water again. Above, butterflies dance. One lands on your shoulder. Together you remember joy is not something you earn, it is something you are. Joy lives quietly within, ready to be accessed anytime. With your hearts full of love and joy, you and your little one start to dance and skip and sing. No one is watching, and you feel fully free and completely happy. The sun is shining down on you as your giggles and laughter drift across the breeze. Let the joy swirl around you. Let it move Move through you. Feel it rise in your chest, in your smile, in your breath. Let joy return. Not as a goal, but as a remembering. You were never separate from it. You simply forgot how close it was. Now let joy swirl in your heart like a golden flow of happiness. Place your hand over your heart and repeat softly. I remember what joy feels like. I am allowed to feel good. I give myself permission to Joy lives within me, always. Let these words settle in your body. Let them become truth. Now imagine creating a joy menu. Simple things that bring you lightness. Hugging a child or pet.
Dancing. Laughter.
Silliness.
Sunshine.
Keep this list close. And use it whenever you forget. I welcome joy. I return to lightness. I am whole. You are safe, you are free to feel light, and you are allowed to welcome playfulness into your day. I will leave the music running for a while, and when you are ready to return, bring this feeling of joy and happiness with you. You are joy. You are free. You are whole. You are loved.
