Here's something that I learned today that I didn't know before, thanks to Dr. Lauren Streicher, which is that if you're using vaginal estrogen, you don't need to put the applicator all the way up. You just need to put it about a third inside your vag, because that's where it's going to be the most effective. Who knew? So for all of you like me who have been using the applicator and pushing it all the way up, we need to stop doing that right now.
