So much of getting older and sex is about acceptance. Acceptance that we may not be able to perform as well as we did when we were younger. We may have bodies that don't look as great as they did when we were younger, and we may need to adapt our behavior and the way that we have sex to deal with some of those health or mobility issues that you we all may be struggling with. I know that I've been in situations in relationships where my partner was struggling to get an erection and was really worried about that, and it did turn out that there was actually quite a serious underlying condition that was leading to him not being able to get erect, and that was something that we had to deal with. So, you know, there are instances where, for instance, you may be taking antidepressants and that may be leading to, to erectile dysfunction, or maybe there's some psychological issues going on there, or maybe there are some serious underlying conditions that you don't— that you need to deal with. Whatever, whatever's going on, the best thing that I can suggest, because I'm not an expert, I'm just a person who's had some experience experience of having to deal with this with my partner is to go and seek the help of a doctor, of a specialist, and check yourself out and make sure that there isn't anything more serious going on. Of course, there are things that you can do if you've got erectile dysfunction. As an example, you know, you can take pills like Viagra, um, and other similar substances. Similarly, if you're a woman and you're struggling with, with dryness, there are of course lubricants and hormone replacement and all other things that you can do about it. But none of us should suffer in silence. I believe that it's important that we all seek help if we want to have a healthy and happy sex life.
