Hi, I'm Suzanne Noble, and for those of you who don't know me, I am the host of Sex Advice for Seniors, which is a weekly podcast that you can find on iTunes or Spotify or Substack, where I have my newsletter as well. And also I'm on all sorts of social channels, all of them really, where I just tend to pop up pretty much every day and just say whatever comes into my brain. I'm not a sex therapist, I'm not a sexologist, I'm not a doctor. So what qualifies me? Well, I've had a lot of sex, and as a result of my podcast, I've gotten to speak to over 100 experts whom I've learned an enormous amount from. And oh yeah, back in my 40s when I was incredibly sexually active, I wrote a memoir or two about my Sexual Adventures that is still available on Amazon. So if any of you are curious about what I got up to back in those days, then please go and check me out there. You'll find a link somewhere in my bio. And yeah, I just want to say I'm so appreciative of everyone that follows me and likes me or subscribes, whether it's to my newsletter, to my channels. I do try and keep up with the comments and, you know, the messages that I get But of course, being that I've been doing this for several years now, as you can imagine, there's quite a few of them. I do tend to prefer the ones that are quite specific and not the ones that are just merely asking if I want to marry or have sex with you, uh, because the answer to that is probably going to be no. So anyway, just wanted to say hello to everybody once again. I'm currently in Thailand, which is where I am spending my winter. It's very nice here.
