It features a single speaker (a self-described controlling woman) giving a first-person monologue about why some feminists or empowered women prefer submissive roles in the bedroom. The speaker explains the appeal of switching off daily control, describes dominant–submissive dynamics (not necessarily violent), and gives practical advice on establishing that dynamic—discussing it with a partner, taking things slowly, setting the scene, and ensuring safety via boundaries and safewords—while recommending further resources (videos and books).

Why do so many women, women who purport to be feminists, women in control, take charge kind of women, like in the bedroom to be more submissive, to prefer that the man takes control, takes charge? And a man who is dominant or dominating in the bedroom is not necessarily rough. They don't have to do, you know, hardcore things like choking and all that sort of stuff. It can just be more about taking control, about expressing their desire, what they want their female partner to do, and to do that in a way that is giving pleasure really to both of them. And it's often women that do take control in their daily life that like to do completely the opposite, because when you submit in the bedroom, you just turn off all of that stuff that you do during the day and just give in to the pleasure, which can be extremely erotic and hot and a real turn-on, especially if you are that kind of person. And how do you establish that sort of relationship? Well, you have to discuss it with your partner, and then it's about doing things slowly. So it could be about asking your partner to take her clothes off and to get ready in the bedroom or to do something else that you desire and to prepare or set the scene. And setting boundaries, having safe words is really important, as is establishing beforehand what it is that you're both accepting and willing to do and what is really not acceptable to one or both of you. So if you haven't tried being dominant and you've had that discussion and your partner said that she likes it, then give it a go. There's plenty of great videos on YouTube about the dominant-submissive dynamic, books that you can read, but speaking as a controlling woman, I love it.
