In this instructional video, the presenter explains how to select and use penis pumps safely and effectively. He warns against cheap enlargement‑focused pumps, calling them low‑quality, short‑lived, and potentially dangerous, and advises choosing devices made for medical use. He demonstrates two models he owns: a manual hand‑pump and a more sophisticated electric pump that includes a set of constriction rings. The preparation steps are detailed – shaving the pubic area and fully lubricating the tube and pump opening to ensure proper suction. He walks through inserting the penis into the vacuum tube, activating the pump to create suction, monitoring the erection, and then releasing the vacuum. Once an erection is achieved, a ring is slid onto the base of the penis to maintain rigidity for intercourse. He notes that the electric pump provides stronger suction and includes rings, but both pump types function similarly. The video concludes with a reminder to follow safety practices, avoid over‑use, and a call to subscribe and visit his newsletter site.

Let's talk about the different types of penis pumps that are available. There are several types available. Generally, I would say avoid the ones that you can find that are aimed at men seeking enlargement because these are generally cheap, they don't last very long, and in some cases they can actually be quite dangerous. I would say if you're gonna use a pump, always go for one that is made specifically for medical use. I happen to have two with me here. This one, as you can see, is one where you hand pump, and this one is an electric version, more sophisticated, and also comes with a selection of rings in different sizes, which when put over the base of the pump then you release it and they hold the erection in place because they keep the blood in the penis. So this particular version comes with rings. This electric version is slightly different, as you can see, from this version in that what you're going to do is insert the penis into the vacuum tube, and that's after you've lubricated the end here. Also shave the base of your penis and around the pubic hair. You want to get this nicely lubricated because that's what's going create the suction. Before you do that, this goes on and you lubricate this end here, and that allows the ring, this ring, to slip on over the device. Because eventually what you're going to be doing is you're going to be removing this top here. You're going to be removing this top, and then once the penis is erect, you're going to be releasing this ring onto the base of the penis, and that's what's going to maintain the erection. Put the penis inside, you press on the power button, and that starts to create the suction. And when you feel that you've got enough suction, you've created enough suction, and you've got a nice erection, you release the button and the that stops the vacuum mechanism from taking place. Again, you can leave it on for a few minutes till you got a nice erection, and then you slide this ring onto your penis, and you should have a nice erection, and you can go, and you can have sex, or you can just wait a few minutes and you can do it again if you want. This electric version is more sophisticated. Than the handheld version, but they both do relatively the same thing. It's just that this will give you a little bit of a better result in terms of being able to create that real strong suction, and of course comes with the rings. So I hope that's been clear.
