Are you experiencing vaginal dryness, perhaps burning sensations when you have sex, and perhaps you're too scared to go to your doctor and talk to him or her about it? I know that I've heard from lots of people that they've even been dismissed by their doctor and told that at this age, at an older age, we shouldn't necessarily as a woman even expect to have pleasurable sex because let's face it, we're not procreating anymore, so what's the point of having sex anyway? And for a lot of those women, they just lack the basic knowledge to understand that there is stuff out there that can really help us to experience and keep experiencing sexual pleasure. And it's really our responsibility to educate ourselves about female sexual health. So when we go to the doctor and they tell us something that's absolutely nonsense, that we have the ability and the information to be able to tell them what it is that we want and we think that we need. If you find that your doctor is not listening to you, or he and she is just kind of batting you away and making you feel inadequate, go and find somebody else.
