Episode 125: Let's Talking about Pumping

Suzanne Noble and sexual wellness expert Susan Bratton explain how vacuum erection devices work: negative pressure draws blood into erectile tissue and can reverse age-related atrophy. They discuss the Grow & Show pump system, constriction rings, and therapies like Gainswave and red-light therapy that stack with pumping, plus how leafy greens and avoiding acid blockers support sexual function.

Suzanne Noble: I'm very excited to welcome our new sponsor, Higher Nature, who have created Rekindle, which I'm currently trying out and is working a treat. A 100% natural libido-enhancing supplement for women, which contains clinically backed ingredients to give your sex life a boost, and who doesn't want that? Hi, this is Suzanne Noble, and you're listening to Sex Advice for Seniors. And today I'm so excited because I'm back with Susan Bratton, who you may recall was on the show a few weeks ago. We were just talking about all sorts of things, but today we decided that we're gonna speak solely on something that I've never spoken about before, and I know that, Susan, you're much more of an expert about this than I am— the penis pump.
So welcome. Hi Suzanne. Well, you know, it's funny, when we were together on the last segment, and thank you so much for having me back, we mentioned pumping and you were very open to it and interested and already someone who was very positive about it, and I honestly don't run into that as often. What I run into is kind of like 90% skepticism, which is reasonable.
Yeah.
And 10% of people who have had experience with pumping are like, oh yeah, it works, it's fantastic. And you were in the latter camp, which was so great. And so I sent you off the, the pump that— the pump system that I recommend. And I'm really glad you want to talk about it because I feel like when I talk about sexual regenerative therapies, intimate wellness to support ageless sexuality, The— I always talk about things that are budget, middle of the range, and luxury. If you have all the money in the world to throw at a problem or even want to make things even better, what would it be? And pumps, whether they're vulva pumps and clitoral pumps for the female body or they're penis pumps for the male body, pumps are that workhorse, that thing that is a couple hundred dollars that can make such a massive change in your erectile function. And, and as we talked about already, women have as much erectile tissue as men, but we just are— people just don't know that. They don't know we've got a penis worth of erectile tissue. Firmness, reversal of vasodilation, contraction, vascular contraction, loss of sensation due to nerve retraction, vanishing clit, as women have taken it to calling it these days. So bringing blood flow into your genitals through what's called technically through a doctor, gynecologist, or urologist, is called a vacuum erection device.
Oh, very sexy.
That VED, right? So we call them pumps. A VED is the single— there's one other thing that's even cheaper and supports the pumping, and that's taking a nitric oxide supplement. And I'd love to talk about that too today, but it's like—
Judd Brandeis and I talked about that.
Oh, great. Yeah, Judd, he's fantastic. My husband Tim, who's 61 and I'm 63, Tim's going to Judd right now and getting a series of Gainswave treatments, which is kind of the next step up, the middle-range budget thing you can do if a pump can't reverse your ED all the way, you can take it to Gainswave, which is a— it's an acoustic wave, a wand that is run over the genital tissue, and it stimulates new tissue growth, revascularization, which then improves sensation, helps with blood flow, and it reverses that atrophy, the shrinkage. Of aging. So, they work, they stack, as we say in the, you know, longevity space. You've got your nitric oxide, you've got your pump, you've got your Gainswave, and then the luxury on top of that, just to put a pin in it, is stem cells, exosomes, PRP, things like that, which I'm happy to also talk about because I think people do like to know what the budget, mid-range, and luxury possibilities are.
And I think the thing— I suspect the reason why men sort of reject the idea of pumping— well, certainly I remember in the back of like comic books years ago, there used to be ads for, uh, you can enlarge your penis, you know, you can do this. And it's not just about getting a chunkier, longer, or whatever penis. As you said, it's about improving the blood flow because essentially that's what you're doing. You're just pumping more blood into it. And rejuvenating that area by just improving the blood flow. It's very— I know that it's often used after prostate surgery to try and regenerate those nerves. And as you said, I've done a bit of it with the vulva one, which is that one. Yes! I mean, I have to say, Suzanne Noble Noble, that I just find it a little kinky, which is why Yeah, a lot of people do. I like it, and my partner thinks it's kinky as well. So we think that collectively, both pumping is quite kinky because, yep, just because the visual— I mean, you're, you're gonna have to imagine, ladies and gentlemen, what happens because the tube looks huge to start with, and you put the lube on the outside of it so you get a good suction. But then once you start doing this thing, It's amazing how much it fills up the tube, and it's horny.
Well, my, my husband sends me pictures right after he pumped when his penis is full of blood and all the veins are popping out and it looks extra like rich and heavy and thick and delicious. And it turns me on, Suzanne Noble. I love to see that. I'm like, he's like, I'll call him and he's like, oh yeah, I'm pumping right now because he pumps at his desk while he works. And he'll be like, oh, send me a picture!
Susan Noble got some of those pictures as well.
Oh, what I think is really cool is the clitoral pump. So did you try the clitoral?
No, yeah, have not. So that's this little one.
Yeah. So what's cool about it is that you can— at— I mean, we know intellectually that the clitoris is a shaft, glands. It's a tinier penis, smaller penis. But when you see— when the vacuum pulls it from your body and up into the cylinder, which is clear, and you can actually see your little penis, I honestly think that it, it not only is it sexy, but it helps you visualize your, your clitoral shaft, because you can actually see what it looks like. And for women, I'm— for people generally sexually, one of the things that I talk about the most for cross-training orgasmic, you know, capability, improving your orgasmic potential, increasing the number, the quality of your orgasms, the kind of orgasms you can have. Every— all orgasms, all 20 orgasms are a learned skill. But when you activate all that tissue with a pump, you suddenly see, oh, I need to put more attention on my clitoral erection. I have a penis in my genital structure. It's just smaller. But if I pump it, it gets bigger, thicker, meatier. It engorges more quickly and more easily so that when I'm moving into and up my arousal ladder, getting turned on with the 20 minutes it takes the female body at a minimum to do that, 20 to 30, depending on how frequently you're engorging that system. And your nitric oxide and, you know, all of those kinds of things, your nitric oxide volumes. When you see it pop into that pump, you go, "Oh yeah, right." You suddenly connect with your own clitoral structure in a way that you never did when it was buried inside you. And when you feel it getting engorged, then you have that almost muscle memory, the new neural pathways, the mind-body connection, which is so much of sex, where then you're like, okay, well, I'm not really ready for penetration or even oral pleasuring until I get a nice meaty lady boner. No beautiful phrase has ever— no more beautiful phrase has ever been uttered than a nice meaty lady boner. I think this is what you should call this segment. Nice meaty lady boner.
And let's face it, as we age, one of the things that happens is our smaller nerves start to deteriorate and our larger nerves take over. So I'm assuming that when you pump as a woman, you also start to rejuvenate some of those smaller nerves. And I know that when I've done it, I haven't done it a lot, but I've done it, you know, a few times. I definitely feel much more sensitive down there. Exactly. I feel that it's much— I mean, like you said, it's a visual treat. You look, you're like, you know, oh, big clitoris.
Yes, look at me.
Look at me. And, and, and yeah, and it, and it just helps again, improve the blood flow. And there's nothing fundamentally— it's funny that you say that, that, you know, so many people just don't really get it. Because when I was told about it and thought, sounds like a bit of fun. I mean, honestly, it was something I think I just read in a paragraph in Cosmo magazine and not pumping for girls. What the hell's that? I thought I'd done everything. And then I went out and bought this little pump and thought, oh, fuck, this is cool. Yeah, I sent it to my partner and he's like, that is horny as hell. I went, you should get one of these, you should get one of these, you should try one. And because I was like so enthusiastic, he went out and got it. And he said, you know, he loves it. He just thinks it has— honestly though, it has made— even though I know that they say the enlargement thing might be a little bit of a myth, it definitely has made it— it's not a myth. It's definitely changed. The appearance of his dick on the, on a long-term basis. 100%, you know, definitely.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, I don't know if you think this, but I think it's just fatter as opposed to longer.
Well, okay, so there's about 4 things I want to respond to of what you just said. Yeah, the first one is that a very simple thing. Number 1, you're very— you and your partner are very lucky that you have such an open relationship to discuss these kinds of things because the single reason that prevents someone from not using a vacuum erection device is my partner wouldn't like it, wouldn't let me, you know, wouldn't understand it. And I try to explain that penis pumping and vulva pumping and clitoral pumping— just call it pumping now— pumping, yeah, that when you frame it as self-care down there, Yeah, when you think about it, not just as a sexual turn-on, you know, kind of a thing, but actually as a way to keep your genitals working. Because, and I'm speaking to the choir in your audience, which I love, which is the people who care about having ageless sexuality, sex that keeps getting better your whole life long. You have a very rarefied audience because most people, And thank you for listening to us today, because most people think, oh well, once I hit 40 or 50 or whatever, my sex life is basically over, and they check out of it. And then it's research— multiple longitudinal research studies have shown that the people who have intimate pleasure 3 times a week or more, and that could be hugging, holding, that's oxytocin generation, it could be manual pleasuring, it could be anything. Playing with toys, anything, not just intercourse, not just intercourse as in, you know, people think sex is intercourse, it's so much more, as we know. The people who do that 3 times a week, just connection, intimately pleasurable, they live a longer, healthier, happier life. They look younger, they feel better, they have lower incidence of depression and anxiety, they have more confidence, It's— there's just so many benefits to it. But if you— as we age and we atrophy, as we shrink, you know how our grandparents are smaller than we are because they've atrophied. All of our genital structures atrophy. And what the pump does is it uses negative vacuum pressure in a cylinder or in a, like a little oval cone over the vulva or a little tiny little cylinder over the clitoris to pull in more blood flow than is normally in the genitals. When the blood comes into the tissue and it saturates the tissue, it actually expands the tissue. It's like blowing up a balloon. It expands the balloon full of blood and it pushes the blood to the edges of the tissue because what we have is vascular contraction. As we age, one of the reasons we shrink is that we're not pushing the blood. We're not getting pink in the face with exercise or doing high-intensity interval training or, or doing strength training and building muscle. We're shrinking. And so when we shrink, the vascular system, the capillaries retract, they come back in toward your organ, your heart, your brain to protect the core. So they're not out at the edges of the skin. This creates edema, like if you can't get rings off or your ankles swell. Well, or what have you. That's— or you have erectile dysfunction. These are the beginning signs of vascular contraction. But when you push the blood to the edges, it's like a workout for your genitals. And that then allows the nerves to regrow back to the edges. So you regain sensation that you've lost as well. Then the next piece of it is that When you're pulling that blood in and expanding the tissue like that, you're actually stretching the tissue. Let's just take the penis as an easy example, easier to visualize. The penile tissue, the skin itself, pulls a little bit, right? That also pulls the erectile tissue in there. It also pulls on the membrane that holds the erectile tissue in called the tunica albuginea. Luginea. It opens and just teases that open a little more, and then the blood rushes in, the capillaries expand, the nerves start to grow, the tissue rebuilds. It's called mitochondrial or cellular biogenesis, regrowing cells. So your cells multiply and it grows new tissue, new capillaries, new nerves. Girth often shows first. You see the girth happen when you pump regularly, but the big cylinder— the— so here's another thing. People who have gone to an adult store and bought a Chinese novelty item instead of an actual medical-grade penis pump, who have not had a good pumping protocol, who have done it a few times and said, oh, this is crap, it doesn't work, they just What they haven't had is the right tool and the right protocol for success. So the pump cylinders come in two units that come together for the pump that I recommend. It's called the Grow and Show. Grow and Show is the pump. Now we've actually expanded it from the Whopper, which was a two-cylinder system.
Right.
Guys were growing out of it so fast and they were having to order new, new cylinders that we said, let's just charge $20 more than the old system, put 2 more cylinders in there so that they can grow through all 4 cylinders as they go without the muss and fuss. And so I've taught nearly 200,000 men. I'm going to creep up on a quarter million men this year that I've helped over the last 5 years since I got on to pumping and wrote my book called The Pumping Guide. It's at pumpingguide.com. It's free. Since I wrote that book, I've helped 175,000 men and counting get gains that they love, and then they just maintain them. So you, you pump frequently, 2 to 3 times a week. You have your pumping session with your two cylinders. One cylinder is a little bigger, and your penis and your testicles go in it.
Yes, this one.
Yes, the larger. That's why we originally called it the Whopper.
I was wondering, I did read the instructions for this, and I was like, oh right, this is The scrotum goes in this as well. Yes, right, because those Chinese ones, that's not the way they work. They just, they're much smaller. Yes. And the other one that I've got here is the other tube. That's the, obviously that's just for the penis.
Just for the penis.
Yes.
So the big cylinder pulls on the suspensory ligament, and that's the ligament that when your guy gets an erection and he hangs towel off of his dick and shows you how he's so hard and he holds— the suspensory ligament is that thing that pulls up the erection to firmness. When you tug on it through pumping, it elongates it a little bit and then men get more length in addition to girth. So, the big and the small pump give you girth, but the big pump also gives you length. So, it's length and girth. 20 to 25% overall penile volume increase in 10 to 12 months of consistent pumping practice. That's 2 to 3 times a week. But guys want a bigger penis. If they're a 5, they want to be a 6. If they're 6, they want to be a 7. If they're 7, they want to be an 8. If they're an 8, they want to be a 9. No man ever said, "I want my penis to be smaller." Maybe a couple do because they are actually so well endowed that women are overwhelmed by their size. Yeah, that's the high end of the spectrum. Most men would love to not only be larger, they want to be thicker, but they want to be longer, and they want both flaccid growth as well as erect growth. Yeah, flaccid growth is harder to come by, and it actually depends in often on the way that the the tissue has been laid down at birth in your penis. Some men have the tissue— like, think about the grain of your skin. The grain of your skin can run in the length or it can run in the width, and it kind of does a combination of things. But if it's got more grain that runs in the length, they'll get longer faster and more easily, just the way their tissue laid down as it was building out and as they were formed in utero. Which is so interesting. I know, really nerdy stuff.
But, but any of this, Suzanne Noble, I know it's a fascinating thing.
And once guys hear me talking about it, and women too, they're like, oh, okay, she's given me enough information that I don't need to be skeptical. She's got hundreds of thousands of people who are happy. She's got a protocol. She's got the pump that actually makes a difference. And I think that all of those things are very, very— they really help people go, oh, maybe this is a possibility for me. And it makes such a big difference. Men love it so much. Their partners love it. They love having— one of the things that is a funny thing that people really like, another kind of kinky thing, is that your penis gets veinier. Yeah, and like men enjoy looking at our boobs and they like our butts, that gynoid fat that we have, which is a sign of fertility, and, you know, sexual vitality. When women look at a penis that is kind of bulging with veins, you know, really straining the skin in its firmness, that is mouthwatering to us.
Indeed. And we should just mention that the pump that we're talking about that Suzanne recommends is called the Dr. Joel Kaplan Male Enhancement System. That's That's the one that I was sent.
Yes, it's called the Show. It's called the Grow and Show. Grow and Show, the one with the 4 cylinders. That's my special one. And I've given you a link for that in your show notes, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, good. And I've got, yeah, I've got like an invite code and everything like that. But great. I think, you know, it's about removing the stigma. And also I know that men that— this is especially true, as much as it's lovely to have a bigger penis, I think for a lot of men that are struggling with getting an erection post prostate surgery. Yes, that's when— and that's when this sort of apparatus becomes really important.
Agreed.
I know from personal experience of, you know, dealing with people, friends of mine, that they feel a lot of shame around all of this. Of course, because it's a difficult time. You've all of a sudden just not been able to get an erection. And I think it is about normalizing the idea that pumping is not just for people who have prostate, but it's just for anyone who just wants to improve the blood flow in your penis. That's— yeah, it should just become a standard thing that older men have, because yeah, by the time you're 40, you should be pumping at least once a week. No, absolutely. And, you know, the stats are 50% of all men over 50 have some form of erectile dysfunction. So, so, you know, my big issue with, with everything is like, why are physicians, why are clinicians, why are doctors not just selling them when they go into the practice and going, right, let's get you pumping to start with?
Well, urologists do that. Urologists do. Yes, they do.
And this is—
urologists are the number one— this The Show and Grow is the— Grow and Show, I always get it backwards. The Grow and Show is the number one pump given to patients by urologists worldwide, that particular company's product, because it's an FDA Class II device for erectile dysfunction, and they keep their FDA paperwork up to speed. So, and they're a 30-year-old company, so they've been providing these forever. And they're launching— the one that you have here is a hand pump. They're also launching a new, um, a little device that goes on the cylinder. I've got it right here. Let me— I think I've got it right here. Let me grab it.
They're starting to do these pumps, um, that are more— I've got this. So the little cheetah that I've got has got a button on it and it fills up, you know, it, it, it's Sucks the vulva. That's the one that I've got it myself. But you know what, my, my friend that uses the handheld one, and I don't know if you agree with me, the thing that he likes about the handheld ones is that you can really have total control over how much or how little you want it to pump. And I think it's also worth mentioning, which we haven't, is that initially when you get started, it feels weird.
You know, guys love the way it feels once they— after they get used to the initial, you know, okay, what am I doing here? Yeah, it feels so good that the biggest frustration they actually have is that when, when they pump, they want to ejaculate because it feels so pleasurable. But we recommend waiting at least 3 hours before ejaculating because you don't want to pump in all the blood and then whoosh it all out with an ejaculation.
You actually—
one of the things that you do, and this is in the program, protocol. One of the things that you do is when you're finished your, your second or your third set of the pump in your pumping session, you roll a lasso or a constriction device or a strap— there's three different options— onto the base of the shaft of the penis, and that traps, and you leave it on for no more than half an hour. Then all the blood that you've pumped out to the edges is held in there so that it encourages the capillaries to penetrate that new tissue, and then the nerves can follow suit. I found the new electric pump head. Oh, it's got it in my hand here. So you're posting this on YouTube, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So what's your YouTube?
Sex Advice for Seniors.
So Sex Advice for Seniors, Google that on YouTube, and you can see See me holding up the new pump head. This is the electric one. And what's great about it is what I'm also holding up is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 different sizes of cylinders. Because that's why the Grow and Show has 4 cylinders in it. You start out with a small cylinder, but then you need to graduate up as mostly the girth gets so thick that it touches the sides of the pump wall, and you don't want that. You want the air to be— the vacuum to kind of be surrounding the penis so that it's really pulling all of that blood in. So, you've got to grow as you go, and then when you have the pump, you essentially— you used to have this hand pump, which was great. Yeah, but because it always leaks out a little, so you're always topping it off to hold it at the correct pumping pressure for the protocol as you go. You don't start off at level 11. You work your way up slowly so you don't bruise the penis or pull on the tissue or what have you. But now, instead of a hand pump, we have this beautiful little electric pump.
Oh, that's really clever.
So, even easier. And I was mentioning that my husband works while he pumps. He sits at his desk and he just puts the pump on his penis and he props it up with a towel under it and he works. And the old electric pump was like this large device. Now it's this little tiny electric pump and it just automatically holds the pressure at the negative pressure that is right for where you are in the protocol. So you don't have to do it by hand anymore. You don't have to pay attention. You can literally just watch TV and it'll do its thing.
And will it vary itself automatically then as you're pumping, or you have to keep, you know, just pressing a button?
No, you don't have to do anything. You set it for the vacuum that is right for your place in your protocol because it goes up over time. You can take more negative vacuum as you begin to stretch the tissue, stretch the tunica albuginea, improve the erectile elasticity. Because when you have erectile dysfunction, 90% of ED is actually something called venous leak. That's the type of ED it is. Essentially, what that is is hardening of the arteries, including the penile artery, and it gets calcified, it gets plaque, fat, it calcifies, it gets stiff, and then it can't lock off and hold the blood in. And so, what pumping does is it disrupts knocks that tissue. It kind of— Gainswave does this even better. So, if you have a fair amount of ED, go right to Gainswave, which is the acoustic wave device that you go in to get treatment. They rub this wand on the tissue. It kind of knocks the plaque off. It gets the hardening of the arteries' tissue soft again. It generates new tissue, new vascular cells. So, Sometimes, for some guys, the pump isn't going to be enough to reverse ED. That's if you catch it in the early stages, but you want to pull in that blood to the vacuum amount and then hold it steady, and that's what the electric pump does really, really well. So, this is kind of the newest thing, and then there's— I would like to tell you about two other parts.
Can you use that with the women's ones as well, Suzanne Noble Noble? Yes. Oh wow. Amazing.
Yeah, it works with all of them. The other thing that I have is a— there's a red light wrap that goes around the pump and, you know, that, that, that red light stimulates your mitochondria, which are photosensitive.
Yeah.
And the mitochondria, the batteries in your cells, are what create the ATP or energy. So when you're doing that, that cellular biogenesis, the growing of new cells, of new tissue.
Yeah.
When you feed it with red light, it helps recovery because similar to how you pump up your bicep and then you don't pump it up again the next day because you got to give it time to grow new tissue. You're doing that with your penis and the red light helps with the recovery and the growth phase. So it accelerates growth. And then there's also a traction device. So some guys, they just, they're happy to get girth and a little length. Some guys want even more length.
Yeah.
And so they have a traction device that you put on for about half an hour before you pump, and it gently tugs tags on the lengthening tissues so that when you pump, they're kind of soft and ready to be lengthened and you get increased length, growth of length.
Yeah.
So between the traction device, the red light, the pumping, the Gainswave, and the nitric oxide supplementation, you can eat more leafy greens and beetroot, which is what your body needs to have more nitric oxide.
Yeah.
The problem is that if you use an antibacterial mouthwash and/or you're using acid blockers or proton pump inhibitors in your stomach acid, yeah, then that negates any benefit you get from eating the vegetables. So by the time we're 50, we have half the nitric oxide production we did when we were in our 20s. And That's how PDE5 inhibitors work. Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, etc. They keep the blood supply system open more so you can hold more blood so you can have a firm erection. When you take nitric oxide supplementation and you top up your nitric oxide stores, often a guy can move from a full dose of Viagra, like a 60mg is a typical full dose, down to like 5 or 10 milligrams sublingual, goes right into the bloodstream.
Yeah, that's what I heard, that which is amazing. I was going to say, is it— does it— I know that Dr. Brandeis also, I think he sells something, a nitric oxide supplement for women. So I think women also can get benefit from nitric oxide, not just guys as well.
We need it as much as men do, because if I— if you visualize a banana, as a penis. And you think about how you have one just sitting there, Suzanne Noble. I do. Of course I do. And if you think about a banana as a penis, half of the banana sticks out of his body. Half of it goes in and down toward his testicles. So he has this buried shaft of erectile tissue as well, similar to how our clitoris, a tip peeks out, but most of it's internal. But the thing is that if I peel this banana and I take out the fruit, which is mostly what banana is, it's basically skin and fruit. The, the, the fruit is the erectile tissue. It's kind of that ratio and the skin is just the skin in the tunica albuginea. If I took all that banana's worth of erectile tissue and I curved it into a circle that came to a point at the top like a teardrop, Yeah, yeah, that's how much erectile tissue we have in our vulva.
Yeah, that much.
Because we have the clitoral shaft and tip, we have the clitoral arms, the crura, the clitoral legs, the vestibular bulbs, the G-spot, which isn't a spot, it's a sponge, the urethral sponge, and the perineal sponge underneath the base of the vagina. So our vagina is wrapped in erectile tissue. So when we use a vulva pump, we're pulling blood into essentially our penis worth of tissue. And when we use the clitoral pump, we're pulling it into our shaft and glands. And so when we do that, we need the same amount of nitric oxide supplementation as our male-bodied partners do.
Wow, really? Yeah, amazing. I have learned a huge amount today. It's—
there's a lot to it, but also it's very simple. It's kind of like once you know and you understand the concept, concept, you're like, oh, well, that all made sense. I'm going to try that. And that's where the skepticism comes in. You know, you are providing such a service to your listeners because we can have a conversation like this. There just haven't been conversations like this until people like you and I start getting together to share the knowledge.
Yeah, for sure. And also just the fact that, as you, you know, as you acknowledge, and I know, there are a lot of people who just think that sex over 50 or 60 is just not— it's just not important anymore. And I think what we demonstrate through having conversations like this is that if you are struggling with erectile dysfunction, if your libido is flagging, if your clitoris isn't getting as aroused and stimulated as it used to be, there are things out there that can help you. For me, that's what this is about, which is there is— there's no reason to suffer in silence. This stuff is out there. It's readily available. I can post links to it. You've got links on your website. You've got a whole book about this. There are resources available, so nobody has to go without if they don't want to. That's always for me the thing is like, if you want to continue to have sex and you're struggling, there, there are ways that you can do that through things like pumps, for instance. And yes, there's no reason why we need to be ashamed of finding things like pumps that can just support our sexual health. Yeah, right.
I have about 6 little things I'd love to just show you very quickly. May I?
Go for it.
This is a leather strap that you can use as a constriction device. It comes with the pump.
I saw that.
This is a lasso if you prefer a lasso-style constriction device. This is— these are Bump-ons.
I love those. The donut things.
Yes. What are they called? I think they're called—
they're called O-Nuts. O-Nuts.
Thank you. Yes, O-Nuts. In case you want to be bigger than your partner's comfortable with, you can put these on at the base of your shaft and you won't get too big, so you don't have to worry about getting too big. The other thing I wanted to show— and here's a simple construction ring. You can get— they come in different sizes.
Yes.
And then I just wanted to show you 3 devices that are really, really good. 4. So this is a double vibrating penis ring. I'll give you the links to put in your show notes. It has a vibrator for her at the top, a vibrator for his perineal area. When you have sensation loss as you age, having a perineal vibrator really helps you get to climax, and it helps her because she's got this, so you can have intercourse. This is really good. And then I have this, which is the Tanudo. This one is for men who are small to medium-sized with very, very, you know, heavy erectile dysfunction. They cannot maintain an erection even with a PDE5 inhibitor. This This is essentially a constriction penis ring with perineal and vaginal, you know, clitoral vibration. So even a guy who can't maintain a firm erection, go get your Gainswave, do your pumping, you'll get there, but you can use this in the interim. I'll give you a link to that.
I like that.
These are two of my favorite prostate massage tools.
Oh, I just got one for my friend. That one looks very nice.
This is a medical device. Urologists give this out. This is called the Molto. I'll give you a link to this. This is very nice and it has an app. It's app-driven as well, so you can run through different programs, turn it up, turn it down off your phone, and it's a very nice slim prostate tool, which is nice with a nice big base. This one is called the Plex. I'll give you a link for that. This one is remote control operated. I've got a remote right here. This is remote control operated. It's got a nice flare base, and this one's a little bit bigger. And prostate massage is a very important aspect that works very well with penis pumping because it stimulates blood flow in the prostate and through those prostate nerve bundles.
Interesting.
And when you have blood flow, you have oxygenation, you have healing you have healing factors that help you recover from prostate issues, and it also helps men who have premature ejaculation, who feel like they can't— they want more stamina because it helps you with the mind-body connection to the internal pleasure rather than the way that you have been ejaculating, which is usually right out through, you know, the end of your penis. This helps you kind of bring your turn-on up into your body and it gives you P-spot orgasms or prostate orgasms or blended orgasms, P-spot and penile stimulation.
And of course, last but not least, it's the— this one's the Teck ring, of course, with the sensor on it. But you know, you probably might have a Max PR ring there, which is just a very, very nice cock ring.
Yeah. Exactly. Nice and stretchy.
Nice and stretchy with a hook. And that's— yeah, that's— and here's my very transparent cock.
I love it. Perfect demo. Yeah, so I mean, it's just nice to see that there are a lot of tools available for you to maintain, to reverse erectile dysfunction, and then to maintain it. Not only just to maintain, but to also enlarge your penis and your clitoris and to bring plumpness back to your vulva. So yeah, thank you so much for having me on and talking to me about it and letting me do a little show and tell, and I'll make sure I have links to you for all of the things I've discussed because people are like, what was that one? You know.
Yeah, yeah, we will have links to everything. And Suzanne, it has been an absolute pleasure.
Thank you.
Well done on your appearance on Diary of a CEO. I feel like now, of course, I'm dealing with an absolute superstar celebrity, even more so than you were before.
