So much about sex with a woman, foreplay if you like, starts before you even get to the bedroom. And it's all about the little things. And I think that's one of the things that a lot of men don't realize. They think if they just tell you that you look sexy and they'd really like to have sex with you, that that's just gonna be enough to just win you over. But for a lot of us, and I think older women in particular, It's about all those little things— turning up, looking good, smelling fresh, being clean, small efforts, kindness, doing the washing up, just, you know, just being generally attentive. And it's not a big thing. I don't think any of these things are, are humongous, but it's just about picking up some of the slack so that we don't feel that we're doing everything all of the time, because when we do, it doesn't make us feel particularly sexy.
